Wow what a place. Spacious bright and clean, quiet night's sleep right next to the Bolhão, a metro stop, and all of walkable Porto. Super friendly hosts, very responsive over the app and WhatsApp.

Check in was a little complicated because we had a rental car, but the office is so close to the rental that we could have parked at the shopping center before checking in. Rather we found a place to double park to check in, then parked at the shopping. Parking tip, you don't need to change your ticket, just pay the guys on the 6th floor directly for a more than 24 hour stay.

Good location for walkers, clean and comfortable, safe, near restaurants, grocery markets, coffee shops, historic sites, walkable to the river. We found a couple parking structures within a couple blocks. Kitchen was equipped well enough to make breakfast and simple meals, although we ate out a lot. The reception staff were all very helpful.

When staying for a few days, we like to eat or have coffee at a table. There is a desk type of table which worked okay. It was hard to figure out how to use the washer/dryer. They need detailed instructions for it in different languages. It would also nice to have a safe lockbox.

Our check-in was very last-minute - we had to change hotels unexpectedly and booked the apartment close to midnight. The front desk called us immediately and managed to check us in without any issues, even at that late hour. The apartment itself was a big upgrade from our previous hotel: very clean, spacious, well-furnished, and with a great shower. The location is excellent as well, close to the main streets and just a 9-minute metro ride to the bus terminal. It's a perfect spot for couples or solo travelers looking for comfort and convenience. The management was very supportive and consistently responsive to our messages.

It would have been perfect if there was a washing machine in the apartment.

Large, clean, modern, secure, centrally located, comfy bed, free wifi, friendly and helpful staff - what’s not to like? Our stay here was perfect! We like to walk and this apartment was within easy distance of all the major sights. It is just 2 minutes from Rua de Santa Catarina, Porto's main shopping thoroughfare, so there are plenty of shops, eateries and cafes close by as well as the Balhao Markets directly opposite. The 24hr reception is located one street across on the other side of the markets and the staff are super friendly, helpful and responsive, communicating via WhatsApp. Would totally recommend this place and would definitely stay here again if ever we have the opportunity to return to Porto.

Great communication throughout from the reception via WhatsApp messages who are available 24/7 for any questions/ queries you may have. Room was immaculate and very spacious. Excellent location within walking distance of most points of interest & also a metro station right outside. There is a market with great food & drink stalls / restaurants opposite the building. There was no sound pollution from outside. You get the keys for the apartment from the reception which was one street over from the apartment we stayed in. While picking up the keys the lovely gentleman working the desk gave us a map & wrote a tonne of places onto the map where we should visit/ eat and drink which was very helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent location - 15 min walk from Sao bento train station; 1 min from Bonhao subway. Bonhao market is in the next building. Rua de Bandeira with shopping, numerous eating options 100 mts. The reception is in another building 150mtrs, 24hrs, very friendly and helpful. The building has elevator, very clean and nice all over.

Minor issue - the shower is of the "half-wall" kind - i.e. half of the shower stall covered by glass panel, the other half open. Very common in Portugal. Makes it impossible not to spill water on the floor. But there's no mop to wipe it, so it makes it a bit awkward.

This was a fantastic property. It is very central just opposite the food market and beside lovely coffee shops and bakeries. The property had everything you would need and was of an exceptionally high standard. It was perfect. The office for the property is in the street parallel to it, a one minute walk away and this is where you have to pick up your key. The staff there were fantastic, friendly and very helpful. They took time to explain how to get to the different sights throughout the city. Nothing was a bother to them. It was a straight walk of about 750 metres to get the tourist bus and you were in the main square. Confeitaria do Bolhão is at the bottom of the street and the selection of breads, pastries, teas and coffee is fantastic and well priced. Breakfast is a must.

Beautiful and clean great location seems to have good security little frustrating to have to go to the main office which is around the corner, but it is 24 seven and when I had a problem they did come over pretty quickly. They also helped me with my luggage when I had my cap to go back to the airport.

It would’ve been nice to have the Security 24 seven people in the building at one point I had a little trouble with the lock - I always feel more secure when there’s 24 seven reception in the building

Apt, so no breakfast was included or expected. Easy to get groceries. Bolhao Indoor Market across street. Also had good Restaurants there. Hosts were wonderful. We needed extra help and we got it. 24hr (I think) storefront front desk closeby if you need help. We liked location. Felt safe. Was somewhat North but could walk to the river easily if you took the funicular. Liked Porto.

Washing Machine was not in apt. Inside the building but there were some mix ups which were resolved. There is paid parking available in a garage nearby.

The apartment has an amazing location - it's central to everything you'll want to see in Porto. When in doubt, you can always visit the market directly across the street for a-class food. The staff were the best thing, one of the hosts gave us a map with all of his recommendations for what to see, eat and drink during our stay which was very helpful so big compliments for this. :) Other than that - very big, clean and comfortable apartment.

The only thing was that the walls were kind of thin so we could hear our neighbours when they were in.
