Youropo are running an amazing business here with outstanding service. Due to me breaking my leg during our holiday and then the big Portugal power cut we had to unexpectedly extend our stay in Porto twice. Youropo were the only people we knew (particularly during the power cut when all communication was down) and they bent over backwards to find appropriate apartments from the various apartment buildings they administer. They carried bags for us (as I couldn't), even lent us cash during the power cut so we could buy dinner. Most amazing people. And a very clever business too, they operate their office 24/7 servicing all their apartments making it a bit like a distributed hotel in terms of service levels. If I could give more than 10/10 I would.

First impression was excellent upon entering the reception building that is separate but very close to the apartment. We were able to store our luggage, and we had a lot, for free before we could check into the room. When picking up our luggage we were given free squeaky hammers for use during the Sao João festival. The young lady at reception went out of her way to help us with our luggage and walk us to the apartment. The apartment was plenty large for our party of 5. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you would need to prepare a meal. They even supplied us with coffee grounds for the expresso maker. Location is great, right at the walking street of Santa Catarina and everything is within walking distance that you could possibly want or need. Beds were very comfortable.

The keys was collected round the corner approx. 3 mins walk from the property. Luckily the luggage was not with us and we had friends at the apartment with the luggage whilst we got key. Special mention to staff LUZ who always replied to all our queries in a very timely manner and we was well looked after during our stay especially when we needed a pharmacy on Sunday and additional towels. JULIETTA too who gave us the keys and map and recommended things to do. The bedding was professionally cleaned and super comfy. Showers powerful and water was contently hot. Good supply of utilities. Location could not be more perfect and very safe. I would definitely use Youropo again !

The pictures was not the same as we expected but realised that there is more than one apartment there. However still very spacious and perfect size. As it was a walk in shower cubicle, the glass was a similar size to the shower head it was difficult trying to keep the floor dry so this was constantly mopped and we needed extra floor towels. More ventilation in the bathrooms. Coffee machine broken but there was a coffee shop round the corner.

The location is perfect if you are a backpacker and do not travel by car. All attractions are within walking distance. The standard of the apartment is very high. The reception where you can pick up the keys is 2 blocks from the apartment, but this is not troublesome at all. We arrived early in town and were able to put our luggage in lockable storage in the reception building until our rooms were available for pickup. The service staff were extremely kind and helpful, they all responded very quickly on chat. The whole stay was marvellous.

The location is excellent. The hotel staff was available, courteous and excellent.

You can hear the street noises loudly in the apartment, there were tiles falling apart on the floor, the window in the living room was broken and the light in the hallway was strong and was supposed to be turned off by a motion sensor, but in reality it didn't turn off and at night it was problematic.

Very spacious apartment with nice living room where we all could enjoy to chat and have breakfast. Very well equipped kitchen with coffee and tea facilities. Two bathrooms made a positive difference for a group of 6. Amazing location in the city center very close to the market (Bolhão).

Minor details like the wooden floor near the entrance, that needs maintenance. But very positive in general.

The staff on welcome were fantastic The apartment was so big and beautiful right in the middle of the city.

My only thing was the coffee filter machine did not work properly. Very cheap and that was a little disappointing We arrived in the evening and it would have been nice to have something to drink milk orange juice or something in the fridge The front bedroom extremely noisy with traffic but this could easily be fixed with window sealing

The location was excellent. Lots of shops and restaurants right outside the door. The apartment was large and well stocked. The umbrellas were much appreciated. The bathrooms were modern. Check in was easy. And the beds were very comfortable.

Everything was great. The only suggestion would be to close off the showers better so the bathroom floors don’t get all wet.

Location was excellent, centrally-placed and accessible. Accommodation itself was comfortable and a great size for our group. Easy to collect/drop off keys with the friendly reception staff too.

Loose floor tiles in the hallway. Couple signs of lack of cleanliness (couple dirty windows etc.) but otherwise presentable!

Lovely apartment so well located!!! Paid parking close by at a reasonable cost. Lovely comfortable beds. Only 1 bathroom to share but great amenities. We had filter coffee left for us as well as washing pods for the washing machine which was appreciated. Very spacious and lovely retro feel.

There was no dishwasher and the kitchen sink had no plug to washup. We thought there were two bathrooms but there was only 1
