The lady who met us there (forgot her name) was VERY helpful and friendly. It was a little tricky to find the place, but once we did and got inside we were VERY happy with everything. The shower was great, air conditioning was great, the living space and beds were great. For the price and the location, I would ABSOLUTELY recommend.

I wouldn't say I didn't like it, but you have to find parking a little ways away from the place. But having to park away and walk was worth it for the place.

Paula the onsite host is the loveliest person to deal with. She sent us the code and let us know when our room was ready. We were able to leave our bags as we arrived super early to check in. Communication was smooth. The building and room were super clean. We were overlooking the main shopping street of Rue de Santa Catarina. The location is ideal.

The construction across the street. They tend to start early but I'm an early riser anyway and really this had nothing to do with the property itself. Just lots of construction going on throughout the city.

I loved my stay here. The studio has a little kitchenette with everything you may need to make coffee or heat up restaurant leftovers. I loved that it had windows facing Santa Catarina which was nice for people watching. It’s located in a great spot near everything and very safe. The assistant, Rita was wonderful with anything I needed. Everything was very clean and the bed and bed linens were very comfortable. Also good quality towels. When I come back to Porto I would definitely stay here again.

I didn’t like that you only get coffee pods for the first day and then you have to pay for extra for the rest of your stay. I think it should be included for each day of your stay.

We got on the 1st level with a small balcony. The apartment was cleaned daily (its a free service). Location is at the Santa Caterina Pedestrian street but it was quiet since we faced the back yard. The walls are thin so, the family's next door children did some noise. Shower was roomy and clean. The beds are a bit soft for our taste. air condition was great. access to the appt building and flat is by a personal code which is great. host is responsive using whats up and by phone. All in all, I recommend this apartment.

We apartment didn't have the basic cooking materials like salt+paper, oil, vinegar. I guess its due to regulations. Anyways there's a very large supermarket - "pingo duce" near to buy everything.

The room and bathroom were large, clean and comfortable with windows that opened out onto Santa Catarina i.e. THE shopping street in Porto. The on-site staff were personable and friendly. The location was fantastic! We looked out upon the street with students singing and otherwise performing right below us, as well as a women's drum corp going by our windows. It was very quiet in the evenings with all the street entertainment during the day. The Majestic Cafe is only a block or so away on Santa Catarina we well. We loved it here and would certainly stay here again if/when we are in Porto again! Also, a complementary bottle of wine left for us!

The apartment was fabulous. Very clean and fresh. Nice Rituals products in bathroom. Decor beautiful. Bed really comfy. Nice bottle of Rose wine left as a welcome gift. Good aircon. Friendly staff. Arranged to hold our luggage on our last day and also called a taxi to take us to airport. Location was amazing on main shopping street. Nice cafes and foodie places outside apartment. We had a family room with balcony which was a treat as we could sit out and enjoy the guitarist playing out on street. Great facilities in room including fridge, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine, microwave, washing up liquid and sponge for dishes also. Would recommend to anyone wanting to visit beautiful city of Porto. Apartment beside Majestic Cafe and quite near metro stop Balhoe

Not enough English tv channels but we were out until late so wasn’t an issue. Got English news ok.

Very nice room in the middle of Porto busiest road, although without any noise when inside the palace. The room is full of everything, with also a kitchen (even a dishwasher!), a very big and nice bedroom and a nice bathroom. We only stayed for a night but it's a hotel apartment that deserves a long stay for sure. I recommend everyone to stay at this place, the price is also fantastic for the position and what it offers.

Maybe the only thing I would add is a door separating the bedroom from main room and change tv for recent smart tv.

Great location , comfortable bed . The high ceilings were great . We had a room facing away from the Main Street so didn’t hear the street noise.

Check in instructions were not clear . We had to call the property when we got there , so keep that in mind if you are traveling without a working phone. They sent us the entry code after we had already checked in. Our upstairs neighbors were really loud, I think they had kids that were running around , but otherwise location , value and comfort were amazing ! We would book this place again for sure .

Everything was just perfect. But it was a lot of noise from the street, even at night. I have to close the windows. A/c was working great, but it was pointed to the bed. Had to shut it down, because became to sneeze. May be some people like it… The rest is good. And clean, and everything was working. The host Sofia was super friendly and helpful! Enjoy your stay in Porto.

Super well located apartment in the shopping street, walking distance to all tourist attractions. No need to use a tube at all. If you want to use it, it is 2 min walk away from the apartment.Great breakfast and lunch options few steps away. Live street art music in the street that you can watch from your window, quite noisy but after 9.30pm it becomes quiet. Window curtains are great, enabling full darkness so no lights from the shops are visible that make your sleep comfortable. Apartment new, modern and very clean. Rituals brand cosmetics in a bathroom. Lift in the staircase, so no issue with luggage transport. Very easy check in, in addition you can download the app with useful info about a city. Fully equipped kitchen.

The only disadvantage was a lack of the table and chairs. Instead, there was a bar and hockers. So kitchen is big and fully equipped but area to eat/drink is very small.
