We had a terrific room at the top, quiet. You could see the sunset. 🤩 One can select own excellent breakfast and it's served in the room. There are plenty of nice restaurants and cafes nearby and also metro and bus stops. Location is perfect at the pedestrian shopping street. One can enjoy coffee, cake and fruit in a nice space on the second floor. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Thanks for everything. 🙂 Cozy feeling.

Small minus is that there weren't good chairs in the room. Otherwise nothing comes to mind.

The room was spacious and spotlessly clean. The bed was super comfy. The breakfast was yummy. Loved the coffee stations on each floor and the complimentary cake and snacks in the afternoon. Same goes for the complimentary port. The front of house staff were really friendly, knowledgable and helpful. A big thank you to Beatrice for carrying my case up three flights of stairs. Alison and Luisa were both super helpful as well. The location is brilliant. Five minute walk to the metro station for the airport opposite Santa Caterina. All major attractions are easily walkable. I would definitely stay here again, and try other FLH hotels.

I'm not a fan of bathrooms with glass walls!

Perfect location. Comfortable bed . Very friendly and accommodating staff. Breakfast delivered the room every morning was comprehensive and delicious! There are coffee/tea making facilities on each floor and the cookies and cakes are delicious.

There is no small fridge in the room although there is space for it - it’s nice to have a cold drink and a snack after a long day walking rather than having to buy it. Be aware that there is no lift - long climb to the higher floors - not a negative, but just be aware.

The small kitchens on each floor were great, and the cake every day at 17:00 was a nice touch. The location was excellent. While most of the staff were nice, Luise went above and beyond to make sure that our stay was great.

In our first room (#14) we woke up at 5AM to find a fairly large water leak in the corner, which started leaking while it rained overnight. It appeared that the water damage had been there for some time and hidden behind a fake decorative plant. Luise handled this very professionally and moved us to another room in short order once we told them. Other than this, our stay was fabulous.

-No elevator -cold bathroom Breakfast was a bit disappointing: -we found the plastic in the middle of the ham slice (coming from the ham packaging) -we usually ordered breakfast for 8.30 am. One morning at 10 am the girl from the staff repeatedly knocked at our door while I was showering. At the end when I opened the doors she wanted the cart back.. -one day we came back to the room at 3 pm and it wasn’t available, it was still in the cleaning -one day the breakfast came at 7.55 even if it was at 8.30

Very small accommodation right next to front desk so it was a little noisy at night and we heard the phone ring around 4am from the lobby. Our room’s bathroom was separated from the bed by a thin piece of glass with sliding door so very little privacy in the room

We got in late in the evening but were warmly welcomed at Santa Catarina FLH Suites. The room was cozy and comfortable, and the little balcony was a total surprise. While we didn’t get to take advantage of the balcony (it was raining), it would have been a nice breakfast spot. Breakfast, chosen the night before, was brought right to our room at our requested time, and was very good. The hotel was quiet and the bed was comfortable. It was obvious that a lot of craftsmanship went into renovating the building. We had a very pleasant stay.

Stairs! There is no elevator, and very steep stairs up to the rooms (as stated on hotel overview) Unfortunately, I will not be able to return there, but highly recommend it for more younger and fitter!

Louisa and Allison were great examples of how to treat guests. They made our stay there very welcoming and they went above and beyond what was expected of them. From the very first moment, Louisa was helpful with recommendations for the area as well as being very accommodating with our stay. Allison was very warm and bubbly and made us feel welcomed.

Sometimes the order we made for breakfast needed to be corrected

This hotel deserves more than a 10. All of the staff were super friendly and helpful. Andre was the best of the best. He did everything he could to make our stay enjoyable. The location was good; centrally located. It was easy to get anywhere in town from this location. They serve snacks in the afternoon and breakfast in the room. And the breakfast was plentiful and tasty.
