This was our fist foreign trip away as a family and I am exceptional glad I choose Porto and this hotel in particular. Staff were amazing from checking to checkout. Their welcomed us warmly everyday and were amazing with our 4 year old girl. Kind , courteous and so professional the whole time. Location is amazing. Walking distance everywhere even with a child and close to metro and main train station , shopping sights also. Breakfast was super, the catering staff were wonderful to us everyday. They heard us talking about getting some pepper one morning at our table from a distance away and before I was halfway to the table where it was kept they had brought it over to me. Service was the best and I am definitely staying here again next year on our return trip to this amazing hotel and destination.

I had a great stay at this hotel in Porto! I was there for an educational event, and the conference facilities were excellent — well-equipped and comfortable, which made attending sessions very convenient. The location is superb — everything is within walking distance, making it easy to explore the city during breaks. The staff were absolutely fantastic: friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful throughout my stay — truly the highlight of the experience. The bed was very comfortable, and I slept really well. Breakfast was also very good, with a wide variety of delicious options to try each morning.

The room was quite small, but that was expected and didn’t take away from the overall positive experience.

The staff of the hotel is very professional, attentive and very kind! The breakfast is great! All is there and very tasty! Good choice and lots of variety of food! Very good location in the very city centre! The lobby and breakfast area + terrace on top floor are very good!

The hotel is a bit overpriced, because the rooms needs to be refurbished as well as the bathrooms. In our room the double large bed was very uncomfortable and one side was broken, no smart TV, so no Netflix and no YouTube. The hotel really needs to change TV to a smart one, because only Portuguese people can watch it or people who speaks Portuguese. All tv channels in Portuguese. However the size of the room was definitely good for our family of 4. Room number 103. Please change the big bed as it's really bad ( one side is broken or something).

The location was perfect for every purpose (train, metro, walks etc). A kettle for tee was available in the room and a fridge. The bed was comfortable. The view from the breakfast room is remarkable. There is a small rooftop terrasse for more views. 8,5 of 10.

The coffee at the breakfast could be better. Everything else was great. There were no free water bottles in the room. The soundproof of the walls between rooms was moderate.

We stayed at this hotel in 2019 and chose to return. We liked the location and the ability to be able to walk to many places, including restaurants for dinner, although it is up the hill from the riverfront. The room was spacious and clean. We chose to visit some of the local pastelarias for breakfast instead of eating breakfast at the hotel. The staff was helpful in calling a taxi for us on the day we left to take us to the train station. Overall we liked staying here.

Initialy we couldn't find the room numbers - they are on the floor outside the rooms, and the hallways were a bit dim.

Perfect location, 6mins walk to almost everything. Right next to a church, you will not get lost. Safe neighbourhood. Small but clean and quiet room, has everything you need. Im travelling solo so its ok, might be hard to walk around if you have two big suitcases. Bathroom is big though. Super friendly staff, love my stay here! Not the cheapest but worth the money if u dont have much time in Porto.

It’s very central and easy to access. The hotel has a terrace w/green plants and vegetables. Also there were couple of chairs and tables we could use. We enjoyed the view and sunset w/our drinks.

Front desk/receptionists (there were 3 different people) were so cold and no smiles kinda persons 😬 Lots of groups were checked in with us simultaneously. Maybe they were tired and exhausted because of this..

We arrived early and were checked in, however the room we were in was next to kitchen vent fan. We asked to be relocated, and they accommodated us the next day of our 5 day stay. This room was larger, and was a vast improvement All in all very comfortable. The young man at the desk who helped us was very accommodating.

This was out of the hotels control, but we booked that hotel as it was on the tram line which would make getting around easy. Unfortunately the line was closed due to metro construction.

We had an upgrade to a privileged room, the view of the São Bento station was beautiful, very quite during the night and we were able to block sunlight with the curtains, amazing to sleep! They had products from Nuxe in the toilet, very good smell. The size of the room it was good for a cople. In the rooftop we were able to enjoy the view of Porto. The location was the excellent!

The wardrobe was not very practical to distribute the clothes, as there is no trays.

The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. There is a need for more counter space in the bathroom. We found that there was a lack of space to rest our toiletries. That is our only suggestion in order for the hotel to provide a more comfortable stay to their guests.

We basically liked everything else, from the location to the room, the friendly and helpful staff and the convenience of their restaurant with its tasty food.
