The staff of the hotel is very professional, attentive and very kind! The breakfast is great! All is there and very tasty! Good choice and lots of variety of food! Very good location in the very city centre! The lobby and breakfast area + terrace on top floor are very good!

The hotel is a bit overpriced, because the rooms needs to be refurbished as well as the bathrooms. In our room the double large bed was very uncomfortable and one side was broken, no smart TV, so no Netflix and no YouTube. The hotel really needs to change TV to a smart one, because only Portuguese people can watch it or people who speaks Portuguese. All tv channels in Portuguese. However the size of the room was definitely good for our family of 4. Room number 103. Please change the big bed as it's really bad ( one side is broken or something).

The location was perfect for every purpose (train, metro, walks etc). A kettle for tee was available in the room and a fridge. The bed was comfortable. The view from the breakfast room is remarkable. There is a small rooftop terrasse for more views. 8,5 of 10.

The coffee at the breakfast could be better. Everything else was great. There were no free water bottles in the room. The soundproof of the walls between rooms was moderate.

We stayed at this hotel in 2019 and chose to return. We liked the location and the ability to be able to walk to many places, including restaurants for dinner, although it is up the hill from the riverfront. The room was spacious and clean. We chose to visit some of the local pastelarias for breakfast instead of eating breakfast at the hotel. The staff was helpful in calling a taxi for us on the day we left to take us to the train station. Overall we liked staying here.

Initialy we couldn't find the room numbers - they are on the floor outside the rooms, and the hallways were a bit dim.

We arrived early and were checked in, however the room we were in was next to kitchen vent fan. We asked to be relocated, and they accommodated us the next day of our 5 day stay. This room was larger, and was a vast improvement All in all very comfortable. The young man at the desk who helped us was very accommodating.

This was out of the hotels control, but we booked that hotel as it was on the tram line which would make getting around easy. Unfortunately the line was closed due to metro construction.

Good location. Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast. Nice having the ice cold water dispensers after walking around all day. Mini bar with free mineral water. It’s also nice having the elevator carded.

Happy hour on the roof was great the first night. Second night a tour group had taken over the roof top bar and service was not available . Third night not enough bartenders so happy hour was downstairs. That was fine but the glasses were wet and when my wife grabbed her glass it fell over. Went to the bar to get a towel. He handed me a couple napkins. I told the bartender with spilled the entire drink. He may no offer to remake it. We could not get our room cooled off at night.

We had an upgrade to a privileged room, the view of the São Bento station was beautiful, very quite during the night and we were able to block sunlight with the curtains, amazing to sleep! They had products from Nuxe in the toilet, very good smell. The size of the room it was good for a cople. In the rooftop we were able to enjoy the view of Porto. The location was the excellent!

The wardrobe was not very practical to distribute the clothes, as there is no trays.

The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. There is a need for more counter space in the bathroom. We found that there was a lack of space to rest our toiletries. That is our only suggestion in order for the hotel to provide a more comfortable stay to their guests.

We basically liked everything else, from the location to the room, the friendly and helpful staff and the convenience of their restaurant with its tasty food.

Hotel was very clean. Staff were super friendly. Water and apples were left in reception every morning, for guests. I couldn't fault the hotel at all. Highly recommend it. I loved the fact that the hotel was very central. It was a 10 minute walk to the Metro. 5 minute walk to the main shopping street. 2 min walk to the hop on-hop off bus stop. 15 minute walk to the river.

Excellent and convenient location. Hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. Our room although not the largest was comfortable , very clean and met our needs. The over bath shower was powerful and warm.

Not a big issue but room service didn’t replace items in the refreshment area and had to request them from reception.

room and bathroom very spacious, bed very comfortable. Window a little small - but with a great view of Oporto. Good to have the bathrobe and slippers. Soaps, shampoos etc lovely. Policy of not charging for mini bar excellent - as well as bottle of water ready to go.

Breakfast. Maybe bacon and eggs could be maintained a little hotter - some mornings they were quite cold.
