I like this place. From my perspective it is perfect: it is clean, relatively modern, it has small but functional bathroom and comfortable bed. Location of the room is simply wonderful. If you are alone and you intend to spend your time in the city, not in the room, it will be perfect. Also the staircase is nice. Assistance of the personnel in the office is perfect (thank you!). If I am next time in Porto and I am alone, I will try to have this room again.

Overall cleanliness was very good, but the bathroom is a little bit in need of work if you look very closely the calling around the shower needs fixing, the area under the bowl of the sink is a bit dirty and needs new calking, also around base of walls, etc. Also only one half-roll of toilet paper when I arrived. Luckily eventually the cleaning lady was able to provide more. Only two coffee pods for four days is not adequate. Otherwise amazing, thanks.

The location was convenient to both the river and other attractions for me. I walked to the national art museum and also to the Ribeira district.

A small bedside lamp might be useful, I chose a bed because of the light switch, which at least I could switch the over head lights from the bed. Or perhaps a dimmer switch for the overhead lights...? If there were more coffee capsules I might have had a second coffee in the room.

The shower pressure and heat were great, it was just down the hill and around the Sao Bento Train Station, so the location is perfect. The bed was comfortable and the staff was incredible- they were so helpful. Must try restaurants in the area- Don Pepe Mexican food and Le Frenchy...both are really good and a short walking trip from the apartment.

The room was pretty small and the shower and bathroom doors didn't shut easily, or all the way.

It is close to the bridge and metro stations. The beds were really comfortable. We had everything that we needed in the room.

The street looked not so safe, a lot of strange people. The Sity view was not so great. They sent a lot of instructions via email and in dm. Sometimes, they are not so clear.

The whole facility was good. Very clean and with just The necessary things to stay for a couple of days. Close to all center major attractions of the city

The internet connection was very poor. I had to be near the door to be able to have a consistent connection

Accommodation accessible, clean, comfortable and staff friendly.

If you prefer to not walk up hills, make use of a taxi as the accommodation is close to metro but it's a tough walk getting there with your bags.

it’s simple and kinda clean (bed and the floor) and shower worked well. location nice, we basically walked everywhere in 10 mins. staff were friendly, professional, helpful and efficient. Wi-Fi working well. the tv was not working but we didn’t need it. the check-in was easy and fast.

the basin was a bit dirty but we cleaned it. it was a bit noisy day and night (construction, traffic and animals? but for us was not a problem.

The apartment was very clean and easy to access. Also in great central location

No issues with the accommodation itself, I just would have liked to pay a little less. However, I was overall very happy with the booking.

Porto Villa is an affordable accomodation right in the city centre. Rita was an amazing host and she helped us with siteseeing locations as well as gave a brief idea about tourism in Porto. I would recommend highly about Porto Villa for good budget accomodation
