It's fully automated self registration. My room was on the roof, and it had a huge window upward to the sky. It was quite bit room with a nice shower. Extra linens were already there in the room. I loved it

The thing that I did not like much is that extra hours explanation in the web page. I paid 10 Euros (not exact, but somewhere there) thinking that I can check out at later during the evening, but then got a call to empty the room because actually the extra hours was until 2.00 pm. Other than that I would say everything went perfect even the neighborhood is a little bit scary for me. IYKYK.

The location is excellent, really central and within easy walking to the Douro river, restaurants and attractions. If arriving by train it’s right next to the beautiful old Sao Bento train station, one stop from Campanha station. The room was clean and tidy. The code entry was easy into the building then into the room.

Good location, clean and good value :

The door is a coded door and can be difficult to open if not shown . Should leave a step by step how to open at check in for people as I helped a few people to open their doors .

The location was perfect. It's very close to the river and all the sites and just a stone's throw away from the fabulous Time Out market and train station with the iconic tiles.

My room had a skylight so I was unable to see out - and check the weather, which I was unlucky with.

Perfect location, great experience! it was our 2nd time in this place, whenever we come to Porto we prefer to stay there. And all was good.

We had a small issue during the check-in (with the door codes etc.) but it is quickly solved by the helpful staff =)

Great location right next to the train station and the city center. The room was very tidy and clean. The cleaning staff were lovely and helped us get the code to access our room super quickly. Nice and convenient.

The only minor issue we had was a slightly temperamental shower.

No reception or keys. Codes were text through at check in time and that opened the main entrance and room door. Great location next to Sao Bento Train Station. Nice breakfast included in the room.

No kettle

Great location, I extended my trip for one more day but I couldn’t get same room, but staff was really helpful to keep my luggage safe until next check in.

Property has lockers, but they really small. Indicated for small bags, or only carry one.

It was by the train station. Easy to get into and the room was perfect. The bathroom was very clean.

I should have looked at a map to know what was nearby ! Right beside the train station was perfect.

The location is good and it's easy to find. The equipment in the apartment is new. The room was clean.

The room has everything but it's rather small. We had a balcony which was also small.
