The location of the property is good, friendly staffs, comfy beds. Plenty of restaurants around for dinner.

Thought the credit card details was provided during booking and after self check in, the payment should be taken automatically. Did not expect if not pay the booking upfront, we have to go to a different location to make payment with physical card to machine, to collect keys, then travel back to the property where we booked to stay for the night. Not ideal when arrive in the evening.

Close to beautiful train station and restaurants. Easy access for taxis. Older apartment but roomy. Spare toilet but shared bath/shower between bedrooms

No air conditioning and noisy fans. Area around train station full of smokers and cigarette butts and beggars put a damper of Porto.

The booking stated to collect keys from reception at another place which upon arrival, they said the process had changed and we had to collect from the apartment itself so this misinformation was a little inconvenient with two hungry children in tow! It would have been better to have been sent code information for the apartment sooner as with the length of travel and Google maps in our car hire, my phone battery had died so I didn't have access to the door code information. It would have been better for bed to be a double rather than two singles as this was not stated in the booking.

The location is excellent, minutes from Sao Bento. The studio was very clean, and well set out. Though small, it did not feel cramped. The kitchen area was lovely with enough space to use comfortably and plenty of pans, cutlery etc.I didn't see instructions but the cooker was straightforward to use. It was a bit hot and stuffy on arrival but the ac was effective and quiet. All the information we needed to get there and check in was clear and easy to follow.

Overall, the studio was well stocked but it was the little things that need attention - there's a coffee machine and kettle but no tea, coffee or sugar or oil for cooking (only salt and ground pepper). Not the kind of things I want to be buying for a short stay. The door and windows are directly onto a small street. There are blinds, but it means no real natural light as you need to keep them closed and when people walk past talking, it's like they're in the room with you, though it was a fairly quiet street. Fine for us as we were only there for one night and mostly out and about.

It was very easy to communicate and coordinate with the property --- key code information was promptly given to us before our arrival so it was easy and seamless to get in. We were given the option to do self-check-in and this was very convenient. The location is very central --- walking distance to the Sao Bento station, to the cathedral, and mostly everywhere we wanted to go. The two apartments we rented were very tastefully designed with complete kitchen equipment, plates, utensils. We enjoyed cooking while we were there. We also appreciated the complimentary wine provided as a thoughtful gesture. We initially had some issues with the WiFi but it was resolved the following day after a router reset. It was an enjoyable stay and we'd definitely love to stay here the next time we visit.

Nothing really as the issue was resolved promptly. It would help if a manual/guide for appliances can be provided or maybe just a link to a site we can access. Some words weren't in English and there was a need to Google how to get the washing machine to work.

Great location near Sao Bento station. Nice roomy apartment with all the amenities. Ability to check-in online.

It was quite warm during our stay and one of the bedrooms (without windows) was very warm even with a fan running all night. Otherwise, we really loved the apartment.

The house is very nice and spacious, and in a great central location. If you go by car there are several parkings near to choose from (just make sure to book your spot in advance from a parking application or else it may get pricey). The staff was very communicative and helpful and the self check in process was easy and smooth.

Ideally for up to 5 guests, since the double sofa bed is not so comfortable for two adult persons. It tends to get a bit hot inside and while some fans are provided, I am not sure how comfortable staying there would be in mid summer.

Perfect location, the room was clean and comfortable

There is no door in the bedroom, so you have less privacy. For some people staying a long time this could be a problem. It did not affect our stay as we didn't mind

The location was right next to Sao Bento station. Clean and unique space, able to do some people watching as it is right on top of the busy touristy street. The apartment is surprisingly quite despite located right next to the busy street and bus stop.best part is that we could store our luggage for free at Spot Storage and Lounge after check out and continue to explore the city! Other plus points are the large toilet on the ensuite. There is an elevator to the apartment level.

No washing machine.

Location was amazing, although a little hard to reach with luggage (it's on a high slope street) so if you have trouble walking I would avoid. Apartment is fully furnished with all required amenities. Bathroom was clean, although a little small. The reception (which you don't have to go through) has free luggage storage and a lounge with a coffee bar, bathrooms and hoswrrs, to relax and get organized in before your flight. It was 10 minutes walk away from our apartment, but we took a Bolt ride for less than 5 euros.

Street is very steep and it was hard getting there with luggage. Reception for luggage storage is 10 minute walk away.
