Fantastic Stay – Highly Recommend! Would highly recommend this apartment to anyone staying in Porto. The location is perfect — very central, with lots of bars, restaurants, and shops nearby. The city itself is very walkable, making it easy to explore. Check-in was incredibly thorough. Nuno was fantastic — he met us at the apartment at 9:30, showed us around, and answered all our questions. There’s a lift for luggage, which was a great bonus. The apartment is in a safe, clean, and secure building that seemed to be popular with other tourists too. A supermarket is just a 1-minute walk away. The apartment itself was spotless and well-equipped, with a lovely balcony offering great views — perfect for relaxing and taking photos. It was warm and cosy, but fans were provided for extra comfort. We were also able to store our luggage on the last day while we explored more of the city — again, Nuno was incredibly helpful with this. A definite 10/10!

We spent a few days at bnapartments Loftpuzzle, and our experience was very positive. The apartment was spacious, comfortable, and surprisingly quiet, despite the metro construction in the area. This is a hotel without a reception, but the staff was always responsive and helpful, ensuring smooth communication and a hassle-free experience. We appreciated the convenient location for exploring the city and thoughtful details like the umbrella supply, which came in handy with Porto’s unpredictable weather. The only minor drawbacks were the bathroom design, which wasn’t the most practical, and the lack of coat hooks for wet jackets. Overall, though, this is a great choice for those looking for a comfortable and well-located stay in Porto. Highly recommended!

The location was excellent - right in the heart of the historical center, which made it easier to explore on foot. It was easy to get around and everything was close by. Very well organized especially for a couple who's comfortable with each other. It was very easy to access the building and the staff was very nice. The flat had a cosy atmosphere with every facility you need for a couple of days. Bonus - this had a balcony.

There were a few things that could be improved. The cleanliness was overall good, but the bathroom was noticeably not clean which was disappointing. Additionally the bathroom ventilation did not work, so all the steam and smells stayed in and spread into the flat. The area is quite noisy with construction and renovation happening and we could hear everyone in the building. We understand that this is common in central Porto at the moment, but it’s worth being aware of if you're a light sleeper or looking for a more peaceful stay.

We caught a very rainy weekend in Porto and I found our apartment as the best highlight of the trip! We were amazed by the whole layout of the two floor flat, the view from the second floor was just the best. I loved everything about it - starting from the aesthetics till the location itself, we were in the heart of Porto life, 2min till a small market so we could cook ourselves a good breakfast and dinner. 200% recommendation!

It was quite difficult to find the location first, we had to ask around till we found a tiny number 10 on the top of the entrance. So I would suggest to make a sticker or so to differenciate the door from others.

Very spacious room in a central location. Comfortable beds. There is an electric kettle, cutlery, plates, glasses, a small fridge, and some cooking amenities. There were public works outside on weekdays (I believe a new line of the metro is under construction), but it was quiet during the night. The heating can be regulated, and it warms the room quickly. There is no reception desk, but we could leave our luggage before check-in and after check-out.

It was hard to control the water temperature while taking a shower. When turning the shower knob only slightly to one side or the other, the water often became either too hot or too cold.

Close to Sao Bento station. Close to all the sights of Porto. Would stay again. Huge room! High ceilings. Loungesuite. Fully fitted out kitchen with all the utensils, glasses etc you need.

We found it hard to find! The info sent on catching the metro from the airport to Sao Bento was very helpful. But when you are in the street of the apartment there is a number 15 at the lower end..a clothing shop...so walk to the upper end and on the opposite side of the street look for another 15 number..there is no signage to show its the apartments. Phone to get let in. Steps to get up to first floor, then lift after.

Great accommodation, it had all amenities we needed for our 5 day stay!

The bathroom door was difficult to open en close. Other than that, everything was great!

The apartment was true to the photos and a very central location. I was lucky to have an apartment looking into the little square where I could see the station. Despite being central it was quiet and pleasant to sit on the balcony. As I’m travelling for 6 weeks I enjoyed being able to cook and the kitchen had everything I needed. When some of the power points weren’t working and I noticed the umbrella was broken the staff were quick to communicate and fix these for me.

There was a little bit of noise from the apartment above. Just footsteps but it travelled late at night and early in the morning. Not the end of the world!

The location could not be better. Surrounded by luxury hotels you will feel like royalty. Enjoyed the spaciousness of the room as well as the balcony. Excellent for a longer stay, but we were there only for two nights. A beautiful apartment with quality furniture.

Only small things that did not sway the general experience - Beautiful but very noisy floorboards and no sound isolation on the outside doors. There were dishes in the dishwasher when we came in. The bathroom shower floor is unsteady and probably should be fixed.

A fabulous location - once you can find it! Google maps struggled a bit, this may be due to the construction in the area?! The apartment is very spacious and well equipped, we loved being able to spread out and relax. So close to everything, it is located just behind the Metro Sao Bento, so we were close and walking distance to everything.

We were unable to find the property so called the office and the staff member could not direct us to it! (He sent us back to the station but we had been in the right street) We struggled to locate the property due to a map issue and because the property has NO sign. Photo below shows the construction that the property is opposite for location reference. (No the construction was not too noisy!) The bathroom is very dimly lit and the floor slippery after a shower, no way around this as you are in a pre- made shower pod.
