the hosts are lovely and very helpful. met us in person to hand over the keys and very responsive to whatsapp messages. we appreciated the port and chocolate that was left for us. the apartment is clean and tidy. it is small for a family of four but we were out and about most of the day anyway. the aircon is good and works well in the summer. the kitchen is basic but has the essentials needed to make a simple meal. the location is excellent - walking distance to lots of things. there is a laundromat within 5 min walk (a bit expensive but clean and convenient)

the apartment is pretty small for four people. fine for two nights but would be squishy longer term. there is some noise from others in the stairwell and outside on the street but not enough to disrupt sleep. car parking isnt included and you just need to go to public garage - next time we would park in the closest carpark (we picked the garage a little further but with better reviews). as the walk with luggage in the heat and with the hills was hard work. but not the hosts fault - just a note for other guests who are driving in.

We arrived at the house by car and found it very easily. There's a parking lot nearby. Beyond that, it's near public transportation spots and a great location for exploring the city on foot. The hosts, Hugo and Filipe, were very helpful. We received a very warm welcome and brief. They sincerely answered every question we asked. Moreover, our key broke on the first day and despite it being a public holiday, they resolved the issue in a very short time. The size of the house was especially suitable for families. Everything we needed was in the house. I definitely recommend it for a comfortable holiday in a great location in Porto.

Everything went smoothly as planned. We met Filipe at the apartment and, he gave us an orientation and provided instructions for the last day. The apartment is clean, comfortable with all the amenities we need and we appreciated the extras like coffee, water, olive oil, salt, surprise welcome gift (Port wine & chocolate). The apartment is very central, right next to Clerigos Tower and 3 mins walk to grocery store for water, restaurants and attractions etc. Mostly great communication from the host (Hugo) all the way leading up and during the stay.

Very nice apartments, in the middle of the city center and so close to everything. 5 minutes walk to Sao Bento, 5 mins to the Cathedral, 10 mins to Ribeira district. Also 7-8 mins to the main street Rua Santa Catarina. Despite being centraly located, very quiet and calm street. The apartments have a lot of space and everything you need to feel like home. And the host Hugo is so helpful and kind, he was a big support during our stay in Porto. He was in communication with us all the time and helped us a lot for everything we need. We had two apartments and I recommend them to anyone who wants to really enjoy Porto.

This accommodation was absolutely spot on! The location is simply perfect – everything important is just a few minutes' walk away. The host’s attitude was truly outstanding: incredibly kind, quick to respond, and extremely flexible in adapting to our needs. He also helped us a lot with arranging the transfer, which made things so much easier for us. It’s rare to come across such a guest-oriented approach. Next time we’re in town, there’s no question where we’ll be staying! Thank you so much :)

Very central location. Just a few mins from Sao Bento station. Great to have a small kitchen to prepare food and drinks. Fantastic shower with plenty of hot water. Very responsive host. Arrived late evening and Gabriela was waiting for us and took time to explain everything and give us lots of information about the area. Hugo also contacted us to ask if we were settled in and check If there was anything we needed. He was also very responsive and helpful when we managed to lock our suitcase inside after checking out! Really sorry Hugo!

Double bed pushed against the wall may be difficult for some. Apartment is on the 4th floor with no lift, and situated half way up a steep uneven cobbled street. This was not a problem for us but something to be aware of if you are less mobile.

The apartment was everything we needed and more! We were only in Porto for a short time, so especially appreciated how easy it was to find and access the apartment as well as the the uncomplicated and quick handover of the keys. There are buses, metros and a tram stop super close by, which made it ideal for discovering the city and even the nearby beaches. The apartment itself was like new - super clean and well-equipped with a big bed in the main bedroom and a comfy sofa bed in the living area, which the hosts were kind enough to set up for us already. Internet connection and water pressure were great and the personal touches and local recommendations of things to see, do and eat made it feel like a second home from home. The hosts were really keen to make sure our stay was the best it could be and really went the extra mile for us. A fantastic apartment in a fabulous city - we can't recommend it enough and look forward to returning some day soon. Thank-you for everything!

Such a great location to explore Porto! Our group of six booked 3 of the apartments in the building, we each had our own space, plus room to gather in the evening in one of the apartments. 😊 It is a vintage building, lots of character, and stairs only! We were steps away from loads of great restaurants, we really enjoyed our meal together at Lóios 80, close by. Also close to Tram 18, Clerigos Tower, Livraria Lello and lots more! Our host was easy to communicate with and very kindly helped us coordinate pick up of luggage we left behind. Great memories of Porto.

Great location, really well equipped with good A/C & great shower. Host really helpful before arrival with our questions and arranging luggage storage on final day. Not at all noisy given central location so perfect base of visiting a great city

Nothing other than host could probably do with replacing fitted sheet as elastic is starting to go on the one we had !! We had top floor apartment - not a problem if you're fit and healthy but probably not ideal if you don't mange stairs too well especially after a day walking in hilly Porto

I really liked that the apartment was in very central area and the fact that the apartment was very clean and comfortable. The apartment was fully equipped with towels, additional blankets, shampoo, all electrical machines that you could need for the kitchen, coffee machine, first aid kit, even umbrellas and a boarding game, that I thought was really nice thing to put in rented apartment. Also, both Mr Hugo and Mrs Gabriella, that did our check in, were extremely nice and helpful with anything that we might needed. Also, because we arrived earlier than the check in Mr Hugo let us leave our luggage for free in a cafe 1 minute away form the apartment. This facility is not easily found and we really appreciated that, because it made our staying to Porto even more pleasant and easy to organize and see all the stuff we wanted to see. This apartment is definitely the best choice we could have made for our trip in Porto and if we would go again to Porto for sure we would choose this Apartment again

The only problem, that I noticed with the Apartment was the humidity in the bedroom.
