The room was spacious and clean. The aircon was nice (since there was a heatwave in Oktober). Breakfast was good and all in all the Hotel was comfortable and super nice to stay at. The staff was super friendly and helpful (especially Will and Marta). There are a lot of nice places to eat and drink right around the corner.

Please consider that there is construction work going on at the moment (not the hotel’s fault and they informed us about it before we got there). So construction starts at around 08:00 am during week days and it can get loud.

Staff was fantastic. Location was great. Room was pretty good size and the balcony was great.

It would've been nice to have some additional drawers to put clothes in. There was really only two very thin drawers. Not a big deal though. I do wish there was a shower door or curtain that covered the entrance to the shower. These are very small complaints. I was very happy overall.

Pros: - Great staff - Tiago was my favorite person to talk with :) - Nice design - Clean rooms - Enough space to go around - Mini bar - Breakfast - Central location

Cons: - Lack of phonic insulation (e.g. good glass for the windows). Events/ concerts in the city center that were up to midnight were impossible to ignore. Even people on the street were so easy to hear due to the low quality of insulation. - The same with the noise from the constructions. It was just terrible - you were woken by it and during the day you could not have a rest because of that. - The main doors from the room were not insulated either. You could hear people as goog as they were sitting with you in the room.

Great location, in the heart of Porto. Within walking distance to all the main sites. The room was spacious, clean, and well decorated. The staff was super lovely, from check-in to check-out, always with a smile on their faces and ready to provide recommendations and chat.

The only downside was the construction work on the property across the street. This is no fault of the hotel and it was only worrying on my first night when the works started way earlier than what is legally allowed. Had it not been this, it would have been a perfect stay.

Staff were, without exception, friendly and helpful. On arrival they explained about the local construction work and offered to change rooms, if i found it too noisy. The staff member in charge of the breakfast room was also very helpful

There was nothing wrong with the hotel, but no-one had informed me beforehand about the construction of a new metro line close-by. This did not disturb my sleep, but as there was the potential for 24 hour working, it could disturb some people. A room away from the work should therefore be asked for.

The decor is lovely, kept very clean all the way throughout and the beds were extremely comfy. Despite the room not being very big it was still spacious and in no way did it feel cramped. The breakfast room and terrace were spotless, and the food nice and fresh. The staff are wonderful and made us feel very welcome.

There were no facilities to use after check out for late flights. The downstairs bathroom was spacious enough to use but no shower to freshen up before the evening flight

The hotel met my expectations and the room looked exactly like the pictures. It was spacious enough and extremely clean and comfortable. It is also very well located, in the center of Porto, close to nice shops and the staff was very welcoming and helpful. I only stayed there for a night but would have been happy to stay longer!

During the night you could hear sometimes people having a good time outside in the streets but that did not bother me so much and I still had a lovely stay :)

Amazing location, most comfortable bed ever, beautiful rooftop, lovely sized balcony, I literally cannot fault one thing. The highlight however was the most wonderful receptionist Marta - she looked through a map of Porto with me, looked at my list of sights and gave me more recommendations and tips of how to get there etc. Just all round a lovely person who made me feel so welcomed from the moment I walked in the door. Will definitely be staying again next time I'm in Porto!

The staff is extremely polite. They help me with all the queries I had. I also liked the bed. There were many pillows not too soft not too hard.

The location is fine because it is extremely central. During the night there was some noise of people going around and I could hear it in my room.

I was very happy all around with this hotel. The room and bathroom were well designed and comfortable. I really liked the electronic flushing toilet. Now I want one in my home! The room was quiet in spite of all the construction in the area and this is because they had wooden shutters on the inside of the room. You could open them during the day for light in the room. The A/C worked well and the bed was quite comfortable.

It would have been nice to have a nespresso coffee maker in the room. I like to have my coffee first thing when I get up. There was instant coffee but that will not do for me.
