The location is excellent. The lobby and breakfast area is super chill and perfectly comfortable. The bedrooms could use someone with good taste to create a more inviting experience such as “Being porto” in Porto. The rooms are drab to the point of uninspiring/apathetic and for €110 per night, this is the weak link in my experience there.

Location. Elevator. Bathrooms outside the room. Price. General cleanness. Roommates. I stayed 6 nights in an 8 female room and at ALL times, day and night everybody would be very quiet and respectful. At 11:30 lights were out. Through the day everybody would also be very quiet. Right after booking I asked for the lower bed and since they had available they provided it. Thank you very much.

Kitchen was difficult to use, most of the time taken by the staff to prepare meal for groups. Bed was comfortable but under the sheet protective plastic would heat up from the body heat during the night to the point of boiling.

The dorm rooms are nice, the curtains on the downstair beds give some privacy, appreciate that a lot. There are shared bathrooms. Which isn't always great, but Nice Way staff did a great job on keeping the bathrooms clean (everything else also, but i'm picky when it comes to bathrooms) The common room is planed nicely, places to sit, work and relax. There's a kitchen with all the essentials and a room where you can wash and dry (!!) your laundry. All the staff was really friendly and helping. Especially Joshua was sure to check everyone is enjoying their stay and has everything they need. Would definitely recommend staying here at any time!!! thanks again

The kitchen for the use of everyone is nicely stocked, but not all guests understand what it means to clean after themselves. not the hostels fault obviously and also the only thing I could "complain" about

I have stayed here a few times and always found it to be a great location, with good facilities and a relaxed atmosphere.

At 9:00pm on Thursday 5th June a staff member decided to play music at full volume in the lounge area. A lot of people were trying to plan their stay, but the needs of guests were clearly secondary to the desires of the staff member who treated the venue like her personal party place. This went on until 11:30pm. I’m not sure if this is routine. It has never happened before. But it was very inconsiderate of the needs of all guests. We found the sound of people walking outside our private room to be very loud due to a poorly fitted door and the bare floorboards.

I think this is one of the best hostels in Porto. It has space and comfort, friendly and dynamic staff, it is clean and centrally located. I checked in exhausted from a long journey, I really needed a comfortable bed and a little space to reorganise my things. I stayed in Porto for a few days and found a pleasant, warm and hospitable environment, very welcoming people and city. I liked all the places I stayed in, only one was poor, a hostel in a semi-central area run by an individual, I found it really bad there. The hostel keeper only showed up for check-ins and let guests loose in the building and the garden the rest of the time, which probably gratified some of them. The hostel however was not clean in my opinion, I only saw one cleaner working with great difficulty. Above all, furnishings, installations and objects were in my view gone and outdated. I was given a worn out bed and didn’t sleep a wink. I think anyone with an empty house near the centre of Porto can easily do better than that!

The Lobby offers a cozy and welcoming atmosphere, perfect for relaxing, reading, writing, working on your laptop, or even enjoying the board games they provide. The amenities are excellent—you can cook, as well as wash and dry your clothes with the machines available. The location is fantastic, making it easy to explore the city; I found myself going on walks almost daily to soak in the surroundings. I recommend to order at the bar thr “Green wine” it is like white wine with an extra something that makes it better :).

Lovely vibe. Really nice common room with lots going on....bar, several different tables and couches, games, good wifi, friendly staff. The common area makes this place what it is...a great place to connect with other travelers. One day it rained all day and we were tired from traveling anyway, so we did laundry, played games, read and hung out. Could not have done that in a normal hotel.

The room was super basic....nowhere to put anything, one single light in the center of the ceiling...gave off prison vibes, but the overall vibe, location, good laundry facility, 2 euro wine, friendly staff, etc, made it more than worth it. You can definitely get a nicer room for what they charge for a private room, but the communal aspect makes up for it.

I booked this place last minute for New Year's Eve and couldn’t have been happier. It’s in a great location, the beds were super comfy and clean. The best part? The staff! Guilherme was amazing—he made sure I had everything I needed, gave great tips on exploring Porto, and made everyone feel at home. Special thanks to Jaz, Hugo, and Isabella for their company! Honestly felt more like staying with friends than at a hotel. Would definitely come back!

There was nothing I did not like but I guess I would have preferred more privacy (I did book for a mixed 10-bed room) during New Years Eve so I cannot complain...

Hostel was VERY central. Staff was extremely friendly and I particularly loved staying in the common area sipping a glass of porto wine or a beer. If I had a question, staff was ready to answer. Overall the hostel was clean and I was able to access porto's sightseeings just by walking. I loved the hostel and I will definitely be returning. The dormitory I was staying in was spacious, had AC, lockers under the bed, private power points and light. I had bed curtains to close if I needed some privacy. There is absolutely no negative feedback!

I could not think of any negative feedback. If I MUST provide some feedback, I would probably say that the hostel could have provided some shampoos or soaps for the shower. But I did not mind as I had my own soap.

Amazing Hostel, ideally located and within walking distance of attractions and public transport. My room was large and bed was super comfy, additionally the staff were super friendly and helpful and the common area was relaxing and welcoming. The hostel had a kitchen area for you to cook and eat which is always a plus.

Nothing negative really, the bathroom/showers were just a little down the corridor however you had the choice of mixed or same sex facilities so not much of an issue.
