I loved my stay here. The staff was so friendly and helpful, the bed was comfy and the bathrooms were clean. The rooftop bar was a fun place to hang out and meet people. The breakfast buffet had enough choices to satisfy anyone. I loved the location, It was an easy walk through the old town and to the Cathedral which was beautiful. I highly recommend recommend doing the free walking tour. It was fun and so much information I would have never known otherwise.

The street noise can be a little loud at night. I also had trouble with the shower set up. But that was a minor issue.

literally great location, even better staff and breakfast - the bathroom is so well designed, especially the showers with a separate dressing and showering stall (never seen that before) and each bed has its own curtain - it's very well thought out and reflects the thoughtfulness of the staff! furthermore, the staff here helped me so much and one of them literally saved my life (shout out JP). I had a health emergency and one of them encouraged me to go to hospital (which allowed me to get treatment on time from a good place), meanwhile the other staff were flexible with my check out date, helped me move my luggage, and even brought me my backpack in the hospital - the staff are soooo sweet I will def be recommending this place to others and will try to come back with my family!! muito obrigada🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻🥹❤️

Everything is well organised. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Good free breakfast. The key card for accessing the hostel, the room, or even the locker is very good. Also, the bed could help protect guests' privacy. The personal light at bed will not disturb others. You can store small stuff in the small compartments adjacent to the bed. The bathroom is very good and clean although it is a little bit small. I really like the shower room that has two compartments; one for hanging and putting the dry stuff and another for showering. This hostel is the best hostel I have ever experienced. It should be the standard for other hostels in managing and organizing the hostel.

The decoration of the place; The breakfast (they still have one of the best ones for the price with coffee, milk, juice, bread, butter, jam, cheese and ham, cereals); That you'll be able to cook and eat your meals, which it's good for someone on a budget; The views on the terrace are great (although I thought there was a pool last time I stayed and didn't see it this time); The living room is cute snd comfy; They have some tours in the morning (I just couldn't go because I had to go to work, but maybe next time); The staff is nice

It's so small.. The bathrooms are mixed (that I should have known/searched); The space you have in the bathroom, either for the toilets or bath are tiny (even if the bath had some points for a dressing area); The dorms are small and it's not easy to climb those stairs; People huffed and coughed because I was taking my things (slowly and as quiet as I could) of the bags in the closet (like pj, brush and toothpaste, etc) and it wasn't late, like 11pm if that (not nice but it could happen when sharing a room); The bed itself it wasn't that comfortable but it was ok; The space in the top bed is small and have some wooden beams, so careful cause I bumped my head 😅

We loved our 3 night stay here. Excellent central location, beds were comfy. We had a twin room, a double room, and also stayed in a couple dorm beds so we can speak to the various accommodations. All beds were comfy, bed linens clean and adequate warmth. No towels so remember to bring one. Shared bathrooms were kept very clean and there are enough. Lots of young people staying here, good camaraderie and nice common spaces to hang out. Very homey. Staff super friendly. Breakfast was a nice plus, basic but very adequate. We didn’t need anything else to start our day.

The hostel is very cosy, organized, clean, and the female shared room has enough space for you and your luggage. Also the bed is very comfortable. An interesting and good observation is the room cabinet you lock with the key room, which is a very convenient thing. You don't need to buy a padlock.

Everything was excellent, just two observations of improvement. First, include eggs as an option in the breakfast, but all food included for breakfast is good, such as fruits, cow and vegetal milk, bread, cheese, ham, cake, coffee, tea, etc. Second, the bathroom of the second floor one shower is in maintenance and another shower is leaking water, so it is not so good to take a shower. However, in general the bathrooms are very well organized with good facilities (dryer, wipes, paper towels, liquid soap to wash hands, etc)

The bunk beds design was well thought out to have the little shelf for socket, charging and place personal things. The bed curtains were good design to allow lights being switched on in the middle of the night without waking other people. WiFi was fast, well connected, food and drinks available in the kitchen. X-factor: laundry drop off and pick up at reception which allows travellers to focus on travel instead of laundry! It’s also very affordable.

The showers could do with maintenance and fixes. The shower room is tiny with not much room to move around.

I really enjoyed the movie in the evening in the common area. I also found the common area open and roomy so that a lot could enjoy the space and not feel cramped or intrusive. I was starting the Camino and had too much in my pack. The hostel allowed me to leave a lot of my extras in a bag until I returned a few weeks later, free of charge. Amazing! The location was central and next to everything and a 2 minute walk to metro. I appreciated the wide age range of the travellers at the hostel as well as the breakfast in the morning! The staff were very friendly and accommodating. One gave me his umbrella to use all day until I could purchase my own.

I stayed in the female 4 bed dorm room. It was very small and mostly all wood so that if you hit the wall, it was loud in the room. it would be really nice if there was a small light in the locker to see your things as even your phone or headlight was so bright in the space. The AC didn't work in the room (Oct 1). The door to the room faces a very busy street so leaving it open was not an option. Really minor compared with the positive attributes of the hostel.

Location was perfect, right in downtown, close to everything I needed (restaurants, shops, transport stations included). Breakfast was nice, just there was almost nothing left when I joined, but the guy from staff gave me a coffee and my day was saved. For the next 2 days, when I had to leave the hostel very early, the staff made breakfasts boxes, which was very appropriate. I liked the room a lot. It was with comfortable bed furnished with individual socket, shelves right next to me and curtain separating every bed, also everybody had individual lockers. Everything was organized the way, I was feeling safe and provided with my individual territory. The shower cabins have an entrance where you can leave the clothes, towel, etc. while taking shower.

There was noise from the street, as were some special days for the graduating students as I understood and they were having parades. The toilets and showers were common for male and female.

The location is top and even with it being in the city center and close to bars the street noise wasnt uncomfortable. It has a nice relaxing living room, great kitchen too.. enough toilets and showers as well, very clean ones!

The rooms don't even have a chair to put your stuff on, i had a top bed and getting dress was a hard one.. You can obviously hear the people in the hostel, thats expected, but there was a family with kids and they would run and yell from early morning, adults included, so more emphasis in keeping quiet would be important.
