Really liked this hostel- excellent choice for a whole week's stay! The location is excellent, still not too loud. You have some privacy in the dorms due to the opaque curtains on the beds, there could just be a little more space around. The common area, showers, kitchen and rooftop terrace are great and everything is very well cleaned! Some of the staff are really sweet and even helped me to get back my lost cellphone. Would definitely book again!

Tall people might have a little issue with the rather small toilet cabins, but this is not a very relevant con for me.

I appreciated the welcome especially after some rough travel. I was greeted with a warm smile and it was a pleasant stay from start to end. The rooms were comfy, each having a unique theme, and the guests friendly and nice. The location is great if you wish to rely on walking as your main mode of transport. There are plenty of showers and toilets so you will not be left wanting and if you are keen to cook, there's a fully working kitchen too.

The only, and I'm stretching, is that there are only stairs, no elevators. So if you have heavy bags or are tired, just a bit of a warning. Although if you need help, the staff are more than willing to assist.

This hostel is the perfect way to explore the city and make friends: it is located in the city center, it offers free walking tours and it has a large kitchen table for sharing breakfast with other guests. There's also a stunning rooftop terrace where you can enjoy the evening. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and perfectly organized, with lockers and comfortable bunk beds that offer privacy. Breakfast includes everything you need, both sweet and salty, and during the day you can always find tea, fruit, and a cake in the kitchen.

Both bathrooms and cabins for the showers are quite small.

The location, the space, the facilities, the rooftop terrasse, everything was great! The room itself was simple but clean and comfortable. They accomodated us with our 1 year old daughter by supplying us with a crib. It was the first time we were staying in a hostel with our baby and we didn't know how it would go but it worked out great in the end and I'm sure she entertained a few people :P The staff was also amazing!

They have movie nights almost every night, which is awesome but isn't our thing, While our baby was sleeping in our room, we wanted to hang out in the living room but there was a movie playing and we didn't want to bother. So we ended up chilling in the kitchen :P which was fine but just something to note if movies aren't your thing and you want to use the living space in the evening

literally great location, even better staff and breakfast - the bathroom is so well designed, especially the showers with a separate dressing and showering stall (never seen that before) and each bed has its own curtain - it's very well thought out and reflects the thoughtfulness of the staff! furthermore, the staff here helped me so much and one of them literally saved my life (shout out JP). I had a health emergency and one of them encouraged me to go to hospital (which allowed me to get treatment on time from a good place), meanwhile the other staff were flexible with my check out date, helped me move my luggage, and even brought me my backpack in the hospital - the staff are soooo sweet I will def be recommending this place to others and will try to come back with my family!! muito obrigada🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻🥹❤️

I loved my stay here. The staff was so friendly and helpful, the bed was comfy and the bathrooms were clean. The rooftop bar was a fun place to hang out and meet people. The breakfast buffet had enough choices to satisfy anyone. I loved the location, It was an easy walk through the old town and to the Cathedral which was beautiful. I highly recommend recommend doing the free walking tour. It was fun and so much information I would have never known otherwise.

The street noise can be a little loud at night. I also had trouble with the shower set up. But that was a minor issue.

Everything is well organised. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Good free breakfast. The key card for accessing the hostel, the room, or even the locker is very good. Also, the bed could help protect guests' privacy. The personal light at bed will not disturb others. You can store small stuff in the small compartments adjacent to the bed. The bathroom is very good and clean although it is a little bit small. I really like the shower room that has two compartments; one for hanging and putting the dry stuff and another for showering. This hostel is the best hostel I have ever experienced. It should be the standard for other hostels in managing and organizing the hostel.

The decoration of the place; The breakfast (they still have one of the best ones for the price with coffee, milk, juice, bread, butter, jam, cheese and ham, cereals); That you'll be able to cook and eat your meals, which it's good for someone on a budget; The views on the terrace are great (although I thought there was a pool last time I stayed and didn't see it this time); The living room is cute snd comfy; They have some tours in the morning (I just couldn't go because I had to go to work, but maybe next time); The staff is nice

It's so small.. The bathrooms are mixed (that I should have known/searched); The space you have in the bathroom, either for the toilets or bath are tiny (even if the bath had some points for a dressing area); The dorms are small and it's not easy to climb those stairs; People huffed and coughed because I was taking my things (slowly and as quiet as I could) of the bags in the closet (like pj, brush and toothpaste, etc) and it wasn't late, like 11pm if that (not nice but it could happen when sharing a room); The bed itself it wasn't that comfortable but it was ok; The space in the top bed is small and have some wooden beams, so careful cause I bumped my head 😅

We loved our 3 night stay here. Excellent central location, beds were comfy. We had a twin room, a double room, and also stayed in a couple dorm beds so we can speak to the various accommodations. All beds were comfy, bed linens clean and adequate warmth. No towels so remember to bring one. Shared bathrooms were kept very clean and there are enough. Lots of young people staying here, good camaraderie and nice common spaces to hang out. Very homey. Staff super friendly. Breakfast was a nice plus, basic but very adequate. We didn’t need anything else to start our day.

The hostel is very cosy, organized, clean, and the female shared room has enough space for you and your luggage. Also the bed is very comfortable. An interesting and good observation is the room cabinet you lock with the key room, which is a very convenient thing. You don't need to buy a padlock.

Everything was excellent, just two observations of improvement. First, include eggs as an option in the breakfast, but all food included for breakfast is good, such as fruits, cow and vegetal milk, bread, cheese, ham, cake, coffee, tea, etc. Second, the bathroom of the second floor one shower is in maintenance and another shower is leaking water, so it is not so good to take a shower. However, in general the bathrooms are very well organized with good facilities (dryer, wipes, paper towels, liquid soap to wash hands, etc)
