Conveniently Located near the metro station and close to the tourist attractions. Any issues I had were addressed very quickly. We arrived earlier than check in time and the cleaning crew graciously let us leave our luggage at the apartment. Our group of 10 stayed 2 nights in 2 different apartments. We had enough room. Perfect for our stay in Porto. I wasn’t planning to prepare a meal during our stay so our accommodations suited of fine

The kitchen area is very small and not set up to cook and prepare meal. Common area needs more light. It was a bit dim at night. We ran out of hot water for shower. Only 2 could shower at a time Not enough hooks or hangers. No place to hang your coat or your bath towel.

Very clean - any issues where sorted immediately and great communications. Location is fantastic right in the centre. If I was going back to Porto again I would definitely use this accommodation again.

If I had two small suggestions. The apartment would benefit from a welcome pack with instructions on how to operate the hob and extractor fan.and information on local attractions. Lighting in the kitchen area could be improved.

Spacious lounge and kitchen area and main bedroom.  Fantastic location. Host was very responsive and allowed us to book in a little earlier which was greatly appreciated.

Very noisy during the night. There must be a nightclub nearby- music till 6am. The second bedroom had no windows. No hooks in bathroom or bedroom.

The apartment is well located, closed to all the attractions and shops; we couldn’t have asked for a better location. It is very spacious and clean.

Despite being so spacious, there are no places where to leave your stuff. A couple of shelves and hooks would have been quite appreciated. There is no window or fun in the toilet.

Location was great. Bed was very comfortable with lovely clean white sheets. Good wardrobe space but bedroom was small. Lighting by bedside would be good. Great shower but bathroom was dissapointing, better lights and bath towels needed. Not luxurious. Kitchen corner with fridge was a plus. Good for a short stay and great location close to centre. Host answered my messages promply and we were able to access the appartment early which was great. I would return to this property again

The space in appartment was good as in photos but it did not feel or look luxurious like a hotel bedroom would. The balcony with seats was nice to have but needed a little attention.

The apartment was in a brilliant location and was a great size for 3 adults. Beds were comfortable and aircon was a lifesaver in the 36c heat. Great facilities and felt comfortable and safe.

The floors could use a more thorough clean. They definitely had been cleaned when we arrived as apartment was spotless but they are just that type/colour of floor that hides the dirt however our white socks showed it up straight after we areived and had a quick shower.

Location wise it is absolutely brilliant, in the heart of Porto, easily accessible and minutes away from the Metro.

There were some construction works on the neighboring building during the day though as we were away sightseeing we were not affected, also the owner/manager had advised as such.

Space was large but there wasn't a place to hang up.a coat in the hall. the bathroom hooks were so.high you had to be a giant to use.

there was a dying plant in the apartment as a touch to nature. and another dying plant in the main entrance? why not prune a little and water them.

It was a really big apparment for the 5th of us. It was renewed and clean. Good bathroom. All the rooms had AC. Great location. We had all the amenities we needed.

The sofa bed was really uncomfortable. We didn’t have any facilities to leave our luggage before check-in and after check-out. Too late check-in.

The apartment was a great location and property management was able to accommodate our requests like early check and a crib for our baby.

One bathroom only and there is no where to hang anything including towels.
