Absolutely fantastic location, beautiful quiet street in the centre of town. Lovely sized apartment, with room to relax and unwind. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming and the complimentary bottle of Port wine was a lovely gift that we appreciated very much! We had a wonderful time in Porto and loved our apartment.

The bed was not the most comfortable, and there was no specific area to keep luggage. Also the lack of bedside tables was a little inconvenient. But the other positive attributes of the apartment & the service we were provided definitely make up for the very small downfalls.

Comfort: Great. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Wifi: Excellent! Super fast. Location: Excellent. Close to major attractions, shopping centers, food, markets, laundromats. Staff: Very friendly and informative. The apartment came with a complimentary bottle of port wine. Noise level: Little to none. Even though there were lots of construction going on around the hotel, we could not tell inside the rooms. I give this a 5 out of 5 rating. I would stay with them again.

Lovely helpful staff gave us detailed introduction to the city. Modern interior with a relaxing colour scheme. Kichenette is well equipped (microwave, kettle, hobs, plates…) Good aircondition. Good location: easy walk to Sao Bento station, close to nice coffee shops and eateries, and a Spar supermarket. Our room was facing away from streetside and was quiet at night.

We were on the third floor and could hear people walking around and creaky floor on fourth floor very clearly.

The apartment is in a great location. It was very spacious, beautifully decorated, and had a great power shower. The receptionist when we arrived was also very helpful and gave great recommendations.

There were two coffee pods in the room on arrival and 2 bottles of water which was great, but it would've been useful to have these replaced daily. We would've even purchased them but we never saw anyone else on reception to ask during our stay.

Location is fabulous! Minutes walking from Sao Bento train station, near big pedestrian shopping areas, across the street from multiple foot massage places. The room is comfortable. The view from the little window (we were on the top floor) is adorable and quintesential Europe. The mini-kitchen is convenient.

The signage at the front desk (for example hours are stated from 11-whenever) are not consistent with the email (which states hours begin at 9:00). When we went to check-out, no one was at the front desk (9 am) to hold our bags and no one answered the phones. However, the receptionist's purse was there! The man on the reception desk at night was always friendly and helpful.

I had a really nice stay at Olive apartments. I want to thank the staff, who help me through every single step. I had to change rooms because some friends were coming, and they had the second room ready in a heartbeat so I wouldn't wait outside for too long. I would highly recommend this place.

The only thing that was a problem was the acoustic in the first room I stayed in. I could hear every step from the room upstairs, because the apartment had wooden stairs and wood floor.

The apartment was very spacious, clean and the interior was beautiful and to me and my partner’s taste. The location was perfect and close to major attractions and popular restaurants in Porto! The staff were so friendly, I asked whether they could possibly do a little surprise for my partners birthday and they decorated the apartment with balloons! I would recommend Olive nature to my friends and family when they visit Porto!

Very friendly staff, clean and comfortable apartment. Easy to find and easy to check in. Excellent location in the city center with easy access with public transportation. Well equipped kitchen and bathroom.

As the windows are small and facing north, there is not much daylight in the apartment.

Its size, facilities, decor and location were all excellent. Staff could not be more helpful. Complimentary mini bottle of port was a lovely touch.

Not really a criticism of the property as such, more of the heavy footed guest who would stomp/run about the room above m. It’s an older property, noise can transfer rather readily so a little more consideration would be nice.

Great location. Loved the complementary port and coffee plus the vibe of the hotel staff, and the awesome apartment which was really spacious. The lift was handy and the shower was really good 👍

The floorboards creaked a little above us but to be honest the apartment was great and you’d have to be a seriously light sleeper to care. We had to search hard to find a fault - great value for money and the staff were SO helpful, kind and informative.
