The staff is extremely polite and helpful. The apartment is clean and comfortable. The location is excellent.

We didn't like the fact that there is no washing machine and dishwasher in the apartment. The laundry services weren't available on Sunday.

We enjoyed our short stay at the LETHESHOME apartment on the first floor. It was nice to have a reception available, we arrived early and they were able to accommodate us by having the apartment ready for check-in ahead of their normal check-in hours. Ines at the reception was incredibly helpful with setting us up and orienting us with recommendations for food and places to visit on our 2 day visit for our family. We were also pleasantly surprised by the thoughtfulness of the host, fresh bread was delivered at our doorstep in the morning, and other goodies like jams, and coffee/tea/hot chocolate during our stay. The apartment was very functional, clean and spacious with tall ceilings, the beds were comfy and we had hot water showers.

Minor comment - we weren’t sure if the central air/heat was running, we thought we configured it on the remote control, but I think some basic instructions might be helpful for future guests.

Great location, while central, it wasn’t noisy at all as the windows are double paned. A nice touch by the owners to provide with amenities such as water, coffee, tea and fresh bread every morning. The building also has an elevator which is a great plus.

We got the 2 bedroom, and the second bedroom has single beds. The size of the beds were really small and the mattresses were quite old as it dips on the middle. Service is somewhat touch and go, i requested for a towel change two times which they said they can do, but it was never done. Overall, would still recommend!

Nice apartment, there were 3 of us staying, our son was in a pull out bed from settee, which was comfortable. Good air-conditioning. Clean bathroom, good shower. Coffee, tea, butter, honey, provided and fresh bread hung in a cute bag on door each morning! Kitchen was clean and well stocked with utensils. Lisa on reception was, lovely, friendly, so helpful, even when phone was ringing and people were waiting, we never felt rushed. She also seemed to speak lots of languages fluently!! We arrived at 10.30 in morning, she let us leave our luggage while we explored, then phoned at 12.15 to say we could check in! Great central location.

Location could not have been better. We had a late check-in & it went smoothly. Accommodations were comfortable. Spacious apartment. Kitchen well stocked with everything we needed to make some of our meals. Fresh Bread daily, with refills of coffee, jams, & other goodies was a real treat. Front staff very friendly welcoming us by our names with interactions.

Some of the apartments had a street view but ours did not. Our apartment had a view of an alleyway…For this reason we kept our curtains shut. We spent such little time in the apartment that it was not a big deal. I still gave a 10/10 because the location was outstanding.

Perfect location and easy access to city centre and tourist sites. The apartment was large, spotless and stylish. Well equipped in the kitchen and breakfast items were available including a coffee machine. There was a lift available also. We were able to leave our bags before access to the apartment was available. The receptionist was friendly and helpful with our enquiries. I would happily stay here again.

There was no bedding for the couch, we had requested two single. The receptionist did call staff to deliver bedding but it never arrived. I was only there for one night and my friend who used the bedroom was staying for two. We were offered the breakfast ie.bread to be brought in the evening rather than the following morning as I was checking out early. It never arrived. It would be nice to have milk available for the coffee and tea offered.

The apartment is spacious, centrally located to all the historical places by foot. We only took the train going to Aveiro for a day. The morning bread were awesome with some jams everyday. It's a comfortable place to live for a week and very quiet considering it's location.

The wifi was not available when we arrived because of some issues, only came after 3 days. Television was not functioning - no signal at all but we don't mind as we were out all day.

The apartment was super clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The location was perfect for our needs with a big choice of restaurants, bars and cafes (including one opposite) only a few minutes walk away. We enjoyed a meal over looking the river and bridge which was a short walk away.

After our late arrival we were asked to pay the tax with cash before 6pm the next day to the receptionist. That caused us avoidable stress as we didn't have any euros to cover it. As our stay was so short (1.5 days) we were out sightseeing all day and stayed out for dinner. We did not want to rush back to the apartment early just to pay the tax. The host thankfully accepted my request to leave the cash in the apartment.

The property and room are clean, modern, and well equipped. The staff were kind, helpful and responsive. The delicious bread baskets in the morning was a nice touch we very much appreciated. The location is walking distance from everything and right in the city centre. we appreciated being able to store the luggage at reception upon check out.

We were at the back of the building, so it’s not nice view and not a lot of natural lighting. The lower mattress on the pull out bed is not very comfortable for a teenager (when traveling with older kids).

The apartment is in such a good location, close to everything and walking distance to all attractions. It was very clean and Lisa in particular was very helpful who gave us local recommendations. Fresh warm bread is provided each morning, along with butter and jams, which is such a nice touch. We were with a baby and it was very convenient with a lift. A high chair was provided, along with a crib and baby bath. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend to others.
