Loved the cleanliness and layout of the apartment- all essential items included, such as coffee machine, kettle and hairdryer. Great location- appropriately 12 minutes to the river.

The bed and sofa bed were uncomfortable but we were only there for 3 nights.

the apartment exceeded our expectations. We travelled with a baby and the split level was perfect for us. There was also a private garden and bathrooms on both floors - which was perfect in the evening when the baby had gone down. The kitchen had everything we needed (but no oils/herbs etc) and there's a supermarket at the top of the road. The negihbourhood was great - it was really central but on a quieter street - and we were luckily able to park across the road

the bed was a bit soft - which might be great for some people! Also the code didnt work to the front door, but the keys were able to let us in. the reception is across the street which is fine if you arrive before they shut.

The property is in a fantastic location and is a really lovely building. Our room was nice with 2 x bed areas (one sofa bed) galley kitchen and dining table. There was a nice balcony that overlooked superb gardens of the surrounding apartment blocks.

The bathroom was nice but quite small and hard to wash at the sink without getting water everywhere due to the location of the tap being in the middle of the sink. I would imagine that our room was one of the cheaper ones as we had seen another at the front of the property that was really spacious and was very grand.

The check in instruction provided by the host is clear. The location is excellent. Walking distance to many attractions. Breakfast is good.

The door code to enter the apartment is #xxxx# except there is no # key on the pad. It was almost midnight when we arrived at the building due to the flight delay. We are lucky to ask the airport transfer driver to help us out. He tried and found out the # key is actually the bell key. We brought this to the receptionist next morning. She is very pleasant. We suggest that it should be specified on the instructions that the # key is the bell key. And she totally agrees with us. The room lights are too dim for a room decorated with mostly gray and black color.

I honestly can't say enough about this place. I really highly recommend it. The staff were so nice and helpful! The room was very spacious and modern. The balcony was a great addition, we were able to have a nice late pizza dinner on the balcony. The convenient great location, right in the middle, near everything, obviously makes it a perfect experience. Anyway, the bottom line is, we, out of all the cities we visited in Portugal loved Porto the most, and our stay here definitely added to the experience. I wouldn't consider any other place every time I end up visiting again.

Very nice and comfortable apartmertment in a central area of Porto. All facilities were functioning. We had a mistake with the number of guests in our reservation but the host was very kind and help us solve it with the assistance of booking.

Our second room was on the 3rd floor - there were a lot of stairs to climb to get to the room with the suitcases. I would suggest to add salt, pepper and some oil as a curtosy to the guests

Great location, central but quiet. Enjoyed sitting out in the sun on the balcony.

The ants. We arrived very late at night and I could feel something crawl over me as I slept. In the morning I could see ants all over the sheets and on the floor on my side of the bed. I will say this was immediately dealt with by reception but by the fourth night they were back so I put a towel down to try and stop them. They were also in the bathroom. Really missed having a full length mirror.

The location is good, it’s near the bridge and easy to find good restaurants surrounding. Besides, the breakfast is good, we enjoyed the juice and the bread, it’s good for us. The receptionist is very nice and patient, she had provided details rules for how to living and check out. The parking cost is very reasonable with the discount from the receptionist, so we are very happy to live here! Besides, the room is very comfortable with small kitchen, and we can cook by ourselves once the weather is not so good!

No elevator, so if your luggage is heavy, it’s need some effort to take the luggage if you are live in the higher stock.

Everything about this hotel was exceptional. Updated and yet quaint in keeping some original structures. The location is walking distance about 10 minutes to the centre core of the city. Just lovely! Instructions and suggestions were clear with Maria who took our to our unti. We would definitely return if we were to go back to Porto. Highly recommended. Btw, our unit also had a kitchenette with fridge and stove top.

Everything was fantastic about this room.

Friendly staff, did everything to make sure we knew everything. Took us over to the apartments to show us the entry code to get into the outside door. The entrance is nice and there are safe/lockers here. Stunning big refurbished staircase up to the apartments. The rooms were spacious and clean. I liked the way they have turned one big room into a 2 bed 2 bath apt and still managed to keep the rooms big. Well equipped kitchen area Comfy beds Air conditioning There were 6 of us in our 2 bedrooms and lounge sleeping area. The lounge bed was already made up and there was plenty of space left. With a dining table and 6 chairs and another lounge chair. Lovely big windows with shutters 2 bathrooms I asked if they could, at an extra cost of course, arrange for a birthday cake for our friend who was 50. On the Sunday, Anna brought it to our room with a bottle of Ferriera Port and lovely personally written card . When we went to settle up, we were told that it was a gift from them. It was such an unexpected and lovely gesture. We were 14 people in 3 apartments and had the best time. The main guest apartment was on 2 floors with a garden. So nice.

Only 1 wardrobe in the apartment for 6 which was located in one of the bedrooms. Really would benefit from one for each room. No iron. Couldn't think of anything else at all.
