Loved the cleanliness and layout of the apartment- all essential items included, such as coffee machine, kettle and hairdryer. Great location- appropriately 12 minutes to the river.

The bed and sofa bed were uncomfortable but we were only there for 3 nights.

I liked the location and I appreciated how they made a whole apartment, with bathroom and kitchen, in the small space.

I hen I was booking the place, I only booked this specific one because I saw beautiful ceilings on the picture, but we got a plain unit without character. That was disappointing. The stairs were not my favorite, but it was expected. The bathroom did not have enough space to put my products: no shelf in the shower. Whoever cleaned for our arrival did not clean some TP on the floor, but other than that the place was very clean. The walls and floors were quite thin: there was a group of loud drunk tourists who came back at 2am. How did I know? Because I heard them all the way. And they lived above us, so we heard them stomping on the floor. I’m sure they weren’t stomping, but it is how it felt when I was awaken at 2am.

the apartment exceeded our expectations. We travelled with a baby and the split level was perfect for us. There was also a private garden and bathrooms on both floors - which was perfect in the evening when the baby had gone down. The kitchen had everything we needed (but no oils/herbs etc) and there's a supermarket at the top of the road. The negihbourhood was great - it was really central but on a quieter street - and we were luckily able to park across the road

the bed was a bit soft - which might be great for some people! Also the code didnt work to the front door, but the keys were able to let us in. the reception is across the street which is fine if you arrive before they shut.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. We had a big stroller which was not easy to take to the 2nd floor, guys from reception let us to keep it at the reception office. The apartment is located in nice district close to markets, restaurants and landmarks.

We found the apartment rather small for a family with 2 small kids. The balcony is small too. The ants were all over the place but it's not the fault of the staff as the apartment was clean. There was no mirror in the apartment, only a small one in the bathroom.

The property is in a fantastic location and is a really lovely building. Our room was nice with 2 x bed areas (one sofa bed) galley kitchen and dining table. There was a nice balcony that overlooked superb gardens of the surrounding apartment blocks.

The bathroom was nice but quite small and hard to wash at the sink without getting water everywhere due to the location of the tap being in the middle of the sink. I would imagine that our room was one of the cheaper ones as we had seen another at the front of the property that was really spacious and was very grand.

The check in instruction provided by the host is clear. The location is excellent. Walking distance to many attractions. Breakfast is good.

The door code to enter the apartment is #xxxx# except there is no # key on the pad. It was almost midnight when we arrived at the building due to the flight delay. We are lucky to ask the airport transfer driver to help us out. He tried and found out the # key is actually the bell key. We brought this to the receptionist next morning. She is very pleasant. We suggest that it should be specified on the instructions that the # key is the bell key. And she totally agrees with us. The room lights are too dim for a room decorated with mostly gray and black color.

I honestly can't say enough about this place. I really highly recommend it. The staff were so nice and helpful! The room was very spacious and modern. The balcony was a great addition, we were able to have a nice late pizza dinner on the balcony. The convenient great location, right in the middle, near everything, obviously makes it a perfect experience. Anyway, the bottom line is, we, out of all the cities we visited in Portugal loved Porto the most, and our stay here definitely added to the experience. I wouldn't consider any other place every time I end up visiting again.

The accommodations were exactly as pictured and described. The apartment was wonderful, very clean and the staff was extremely friendly. The delicious breakfast is brought to your door and can be enjoyed in your own cozy space. The guests on the uppers floors must really try to be quieter!

Slightly noisy ....upper floor guests need to be more courteous and try to be quieter especially at night!

Very nice and comfortable apartmertment in a central area of Porto. All facilities were functioning. We had a mistake with the number of guests in our reservation but the host was very kind and help us solve it with the assistance of booking.

Our second room was on the 3rd floor - there were a lot of stairs to climb to get to the room with the suitcases. I would suggest to add salt, pepper and some oil as a curtosy to the guests

Excellent location! The street felt quiet and safe, very easy to walk everywhere. The host at reception was very helpful with recommendations. Beautiful old building that's been restored.

We didn't find the mattress or pillows comfortable but did like the style of the accommodation.
