All of the staff we encountered were wonderful. From check-in to check-out they could not have been more helpful. The breakfast was good with a variety of choices. The rooftop terrace was very nice. They had music one night and we enjoyed it. It was my birthday while we were there and they left a note in our room wishing me a happy birthday and inviting us to the terrace for two drinks on the house.

When we went for the rooftop music they didn't have any food available. We probably would have had another drink if there had been food/snacks available.

The rooms are cozy, modern, and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The staff is exceptionally friendly and always ready to help, making our stay even more special. Breakfast is fantastic – a wide variety of delicious options to suit every taste. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable experience. We truly enjoyed our stay and would love to return!

The staff welcomed us with a glass of porto wine which was a very kind gesture. The room was nice and has good size. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast selection is good and enough. The location of the hotel is good. The staff is nice, kind and helpful.

The rooftop bar was closed - most probably because it was November and the weater was not the hotest. The restaurant has only snacks, no real meals. The window in the room was not closing totally well so we heard the noise of the street more than we wanted. Probably the isolation is already too old. I hated the hangers in the bathroom, they are totally useless. :) You can't hang your towel on them, they keep falling down. I suggest changing them to better ones.

The rooftop was great and very affordable. The bed and pillows were fantastic. The staff were wonderful and able to help with all our needs. The location was great and overall a great value for the price.

The bathroom was a bit uncomfortable. The shower has no curtain or door for half of it so no matter what you do the whole floor ends up wet. It also made taking a shower very cold, and the water also didn't reach high temperatures so it was a lot of cold showers. The room had no shelves for clothes, we were fine living out of suitcases but something to consider if that would really bother you.

Comfortable room, good location, great breakfast! Our room is comfortable and well equipped. The location of the hotel is good, a few minutes walk to the old town, plenty of restaurants, cafes and mini markets near by! Breakfast is plentiful and it has a machine to make freshly squeezed orange juice on tap! Bonus is the roof top restaurant, and terrace for drinks! Complimentary afternoon snacks! Great and helpful staffs.

It will be great, if the size of the wardrobe is bigger! We have 6 hangers between the 2 of us and no shelving or draws! Sound insulation isn’t great, we were woken up by our neighbours returned from a night out at 4 and 6am, on separate occasions!

The bed was very comfortable so I slept well. Hotel was in a good location and felt safe. The staff always greeted me are were very approachable and helpful.

A little more attention to detail in the cleaning is needed. The shower head and rail on shower door needed a good scrub with bleach as did the inside of the fridge and sink overflow drains. Thick dust on top of some of the sockets and skirting boards too. These are minor things that did not detract from my stay but I did notice and would elevate my stay to a superb.

Each and every one of the staff are brilliant,the reception, maids and breakfast staff. They are such an asset. Location is ideal as you can walk to most things, including cafes and restaurants. The welcome glass of port was a nice touch

.Although there is a roof top bar, it is weather dependant and there aren't real seating or relaxing areas. The colour scheme is very businesslike but could be quite boutique with a little more thought

I liked everything about it. The staff was really nice and spoke really good Spanish, they helped me a lot and explained everything to me so I could have a pleasant stay. The room was big and comfortable and the bathroom was nice too. Everything was so clean. The breakfast was really nice I really recommend it.

The breakfast was perfect and had enough varied plates to keep me, and my friends satisfied. I loved the fresh-squeezed orange juice, and the hot coffee dispenser with warm milk was an added plus. The rooms location, while not providing a great view, was quiet and allowed me a good nights sleep.

The bathroom layout was conducive to water on the floor from the shower and the drain. Not a big deal, just had to remember to take a shorter shower and leave a towel by the opening.

The staff were brilliant - friendly, knowledgeable, polite and nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was very good with plenty of choice.

The bar prices were the highest we had paid in Spain and Portugal on our trip. The snacks to entice people into the bar seemed to be left overs from breakfast. I would have thought with a drink, perhaps some savoury snacks.
