Location: good. It´s central and helps to walk almost everywhere in Porto. There´s a convenience store right there in case you need anything. Room: it´s OK, but quite small. I guess it is aligned with the price. Staff: very friendly!

Size of the spaces: Due to the location (in the center of Porto), all the spaces in the hotel feel small: the lobby, the dining room, the room itself. If you do not spend a lot of time in the hotel I guess it will be OK for a couple of days. Breakfast: it´s OK. The buffet includes scrambled eggs (eggs could be better), a variety of breads (good), coffee, fruit. However, I would prefer to try new dishes and alternatives in other restaurants in Porto.

I liked the location

I didn't like that there were posters in the lift that 10:30am to 12:00pm was a suitable time for breakfast. However when we got there at 10:45am, the place was truly scanty and so was the food. We had to stand up to request the food we wanted before staff would refill it. Wasn't pleasant. Also,the air conditioning unit in my room stopped working and for 2 nights we had to be in the heat all night. The staff tried his best to boost the ventilation from his end twice and it didn't work. Fair enough, however, it was not acceptable.

The staff was great. Due to our other accommodation getting cancelled at midnight, we were worried we won't find a place. Ibis hotel confirmed our reservation immediately and we had no issue checking in past midnight. The wifi was reliable and the room very quiet. Bonus: there is a supermarket literally 10 seconds away from the main entrance of the hotel. This was very useful!

There were some rougher people around the hotel, especially at night. But we had absolutely no issue at all throughout our stay. The room was very basic, but the price was affordable for the location.

Location, price, breakfast, comfy bed. Quiet hotel considering its central location... that was also a plus.

Nothing really, just something really minor which bothered my wife a little bit was the smell of food preparation (for breakfast) in the middle of the night (say 4, 5am ish). Again, something minor but worth noting.

People were friendly. There was always someone available to help in Portuguese, Spanish and English. They cleaned the room everyday, changed the towels, sheets, etc. The Internet was good and there were a lot of options on TV. The location is good, you can easily walk to the city center. Breakfast started really early everyday which was perfect because I was on a business trip and needed to leave early in the morning. Very convenient both for business or leisure trips.

My colleague and I enjoyed everything about this hotel; the friendliness of the arrival, the simplicity of the check-in procedure, the cleanliness of the rooms and the variety of food available at the breakfast. The location was to our liking, only 10 minutes walk from Sao Bento station. It was a very enjoyable visit.

The hotel is very clean, the staff was friendly, and the location is central. It’s a good value for money and meets the expectations of a basic hotel stay.

The entrance is a bit odd as it’s inside a building. Also, there are two Ibis hotels in the city with similar names, which caused some confusion upon arrival..

The staff is very kind and the rooms are satisfactory. Good location of the hotel.

The breakfast was problematic since the guy from the lobby was responsible for adding food for breakfast, but he had another job to do, so i found myself asking him to add more food, which shouldn't be like that.

The location was perfect. The breakfast was very good - the coffee was good, there were different kinds of: tea, fresh fruits, sweets, bread, a machine for fresh orange juice, three kinds of milk. And also pets are allowed in the hotel. The accommodations are very good for a 2-star hotel.

Reception Staff was very friendly and helpful. Joana was particularly cheerful and gave good guidance about places to visit. They also accommodated our request for a delayed checkout.There is a supermarket right next to the entrance.which is very useful
