The apartment is on a great location , walking distance from all main attractions . The breakfast was also good . I liked the fact that we could leave our lagguage there before checking in , as they have locker room . Great value for money

3 nights in Casa Rosa from 9 April to 12 April. A lovely apartment hotel in the central district of Porto. An easy 5 minute walk from Metro Balhoa station. We had a 2 bedroom flat with a private bathroom for each bedroom. The space was generous with a very good layout. An additional easy chair in the living/kitchen area would be nice for 4 guests, and a coffee machine might also be a nice item to add, if possible. But these are small comments. All in all, Casa Rosa is a lovely place to stay. The bedding is excellent, the beds are very comfortable, and the entire place is well maintained and super clean. Highly recommended! 👍🙂

Breakfast, fantastic location, sound proof, quiet with shutters closed, clean, air conditioning and friendly breakfast host.

Turning on the lamp in the main living area was a little tricky but we managed to figure it out. It is a push pedal on the floor. Perhaps, in the future an instruction sheet to turn on lamp. A little dish washing liquid and sponge would be nice. Paper towels or a tea towel to clean the counters.

We had a great stay at Cassa Rossa. Every morning, breakfast was delivered early and left outside the door — a lovely touch! It was slightly different each day, always delicious, and very generous in portion size — we often couldn't finish it all. The apartment itself was clean, tidy, and well-maintained. It's in a good location, making it easy to get around. Overall, a very pleasant and comfortable experience. Highly recommend!

Great location in city and within walking distance to restaurants, shopping and places of interest. Bed was very comfy we slept well. The breakfast was tasty and set us up for the day. All in all our experience was a positive one.

When we entered the room there was a strong unpleasant smell. We worked out that it was coming from shower drain, so we ran shower for a few minutes. This fixed this issue but maybe room should be checked before guests arrival if room is prone to this problem.

We had a 2 bedroom en suite apartment. Perfect for our 2 married couples to have a living room and kitchen to share. Fairly large bedrooms with perfect king sized beds and with some great details. Well stocked kitchen. Fantastic location. Great Breakfast.

On arriving we had sewer smells in the showers (from recent rain issues) and a number of lights and drains that didn’t work. We plugged the drains ourselves with tissues and the management solved everything else the next day. There’s no staff except at morning breakfast. The windows into the bathrooms are weird.

Our apartment was really beautiful and large, with furniture showing particular style. We liked it a lot. The breakfast was various and abundant, the staff really kind and helpful. The house is located near the city centre and to a lot of restaurants. I would warmly recommend this place.

There is only one thing, but maybe it's me (I'm quite anxious as a person). The main door has a broken glass, and is not possible to lock the door of the single apartment from inside...the two things combined makes me feel a little unsafe. I hope the will fix the glass soon!

The property is located in the city center and if you travel by car there is a parking garage located near by where you can leave your car for the duration of your stay. Key less entry is a plus since you don't have to worry about misplacing your key. The rooms were very clean and the beds very comfortable. The breakfast provided in the morning was nice, and staff was accommodating. Several restaurants and grocery stores were in walking distance. Even though the hotel is located in the city center the street was pretty quiet at night, and we were not disturbed by car noise while sleeping. I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Porto, and I would return if I can visit Porto again

The hosts made sure I had my breakfast early in the morning, as I requested. The refrigerator and stove worked well, and the refrigerator was very quiet. Overall, the room was quiet, a reasonable size, and very clean.

There were no laundry facilities in my room or in the building. I went a short distance down the street to do my laundry.

We liked the layout and size of the place (5 people in 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a kitchen/livingroom). The location was good.

We didn't get more toilet paper so we had to buy some, plus we didn't get a fresh towel. But those are just minor inconveniences, nothing we couldn't fix on our own. The spare bed in the livingroom wasn't very comfy.
