The apartment is on a great location , walking distance from all main attractions . The breakfast was also good . I liked the fact that we could leave our lagguage there before checking in , as they have locker room . Great value for money

3 nights in Casa Rosa from 9 April to 12 April. A lovely apartment hotel in the central district of Porto. An easy 5 minute walk from Metro Balhoa station. We had a 2 bedroom flat with a private bathroom for each bedroom. The space was generous with a very good layout. An additional easy chair in the living/kitchen area would be nice for 4 guests, and a coffee machine might also be a nice item to add, if possible. But these are small comments. All in all, Casa Rosa is a lovely place to stay. The bedding is excellent, the beds are very comfortable, and the entire place is well maintained and super clean. Highly recommended! 👍🙂

We loved this two bedroom apartment as both bedrooms were of reasonable size and the kitchen was well equipped with the exception of a toaster which would have been helpful. There was also no iron available but when we requested one Rita assisted us which was great. The apartment is located in a great central area where there are many restaurants and retail shops around.

Our only criticism was the lack of a toaster for breakfast and an iron in the apartment with the latter being delivered when we requested.

Location was excellent. While we are not big breakfast eaters, the sacks left at the door each morning was delicious and filling. Metro station < 10 min away.

Nitpicky items: It was warm and night and because of the location on the corner of 2 pretty busy streets, we couldn’t really open the window in the bedroom due to noise. The doors into the bathrooms from the bedroom were just glass. There is a curtain to pull across for privacy, but kind of a pain in the middle of the night.

Location about 20 min walk to main station at Sao Bento and historic centre. But there's a metro 5 min walk away. Breakfast was very cute in little bag delivered, self contained room if you want to cook you can. Rita was very helpful on my first night when code wouldn't work on door of room and also when I messaged her. Rooftop area to sit out and enjoy the evening sun. Very comfortable bed and lovely shower.

Breakfast, fantastic location, sound proof, quiet with shutters closed, clean, air conditioning and friendly breakfast host.

Turning on the lamp in the main living area was a little tricky but we managed to figure it out. It is a push pedal on the floor. Perhaps, in the future an instruction sheet to turn on lamp. A little dish washing liquid and sponge would be nice. Paper towels or a tea towel to clean the counters.

We had a great stay at Cassa Rossa. Every morning, breakfast was delivered early and left outside the door — a lovely touch! It was slightly different each day, always delicious, and very generous in portion size — we often couldn't finish it all. The apartment itself was clean, tidy, and well-maintained. It's in a good location, making it easy to get around. Overall, a very pleasant and comfortable experience. Highly recommend!

Great location in city and within walking distance to restaurants, shopping and places of interest. Bed was very comfy we slept well. The breakfast was tasty and set us up for the day. All in all our experience was a positive one.

When we entered the room there was a strong unpleasant smell. We worked out that it was coming from shower drain, so we ran shower for a few minutes. This fixed this issue but maybe room should be checked before guests arrival if room is prone to this problem.

We had a 2 bedroom en suite apartment. Perfect for our 2 married couples to have a living room and kitchen to share. Fairly large bedrooms with perfect king sized beds and with some great details. Well stocked kitchen. Fantastic location. Great Breakfast.

On arriving we had sewer smells in the showers (from recent rain issues) and a number of lights and drains that didn’t work. We plugged the drains ourselves with tissues and the management solved everything else the next day. There’s no staff except at morning breakfast. The windows into the bathrooms are weird.

large bedrooms with comfy beds and pillows. two nice en-suite bathrooms. kitchen had adequate supply of pots and pans, silverware and glassware. nice living room and dining table.

limited use of kitchen - didn't have any dishwashing soap or rags to clean up mess in kitchen. Although they have housekeeping services its every 2 days. small fridge and very small trash cans.
