Ana was amazing! We arrived in the morning after a long flight to drop off our luggage but Ana swapped rooms around to let us check in as soon as we arrived and provided an excellent service with a very good guide about Porto even though she was very busy with check in/out. The hotel is very well located within a short walk distance to the most of tourist attractions.

Due to our early morning departure at 6am, the night before we asked if we could have a breakfast box or anything to take away once breakfast was included in the booking but unfortunately they don’t provide it.

The hotel is on a busy street which makes finding it and the attached parking a little challenging, especially in the dark. Our room was at the back of the hotel so very peaceful. Friendly staff on reception and helpful cleaning staff. The room was a little dated, but clean and a good size, with air con. No fussy pillows and extra "stuff", just what you need, a bed, a wardrobe, a chair and two bedside cabinets. The bathroom had been nicely  redecorated and the shower was large, with excellent quality towels. The bed was really comfortable, first time in a long time, we've slept under sheets and blankets, but it was very cosy, and we both slept well. Good selection at breakfast, however, no eggs or cooked food, but good coffee. The breakfast room is small so we ate outside which was very pleasant on a nice morning. Cannot beat the location. It's a five minute walk away from a shopping centre with loads of eating places, and shops! Another ten minutes and you are in the centre of the city where all the tourist attractions are. Another short stroll takes you to the river bank.

No kettle or fridge in the room. TV was tiny, but personally we are not on holiday to stay in and watch TV, so we didn't care about this. The breakfast space is very small, so go early as it is a pain maneuvering around others just for coffee. If you want personal space to eat then prepare to eat outside, as there are few tables inside, and they are all together in a row. Great to have a free car park next door, but it is a little tight to manoeuvre in, unless you have a tiny car.

Está moi, moi céntrico. A 5 minutos do Coliseu ou do Mercado do Bolhão. O parking gratuíto foi unha das razóns polo que a collemos, porque un hotel tan céntrico con parking é moi raro. As prazas son pequeneiras, pero está ben. O persoal é superamable e o almorzo bufé deixounos moi positivamente sorprendidos: pequeno pero con moita variedade. Se teño que volver quedar no centro, repito sen dúbida.

O cuarto era moi xusto para tres persoas e as instalacións vense antigas, pero estaba todo moi limpo.

It is a good choice if you plan to discover the city. The hotel is the next street from the main pedestrian street and in a walk distance from all the main sightseeings. The hotel has private parking place that is extremely important for the center of Porto. Breakfast is good: a choice of traditional bakeries, some cheese and sausage. The hotel is tidy, clean, but old-fashioned a little. Really recommend it

The coffee is ... nit so good as it could be.

We were 3 friends. They didn’t have issue with bed and having comfort. I am tall and heavy person. Maybe that's why I had back pain fron the bed. Not a big issue but I suffered. For less weight people I think It's all good. However, my rating is still 10/10

The staff was very kind, the guy at the reception also spoke spanish other than portuguese. We were even allowed to leave our bags at the hotel after the check-out. The room was clean and the bathroom had a very nice shower. Also, the hotel is extremely close to the city centre.

Breakfast could have been better, but it was really okay.

Location of the hotel is perfect. Close to shopping street and market. Parking is a plus but have a small car. The hotel and rooms were spotless. The breakfast was served buffet style and there was an outdoor terrace to sit on. A good selection at breakfast and a good way to start the day.

A coffee maker in the room would have been nice

Breakfast was great, buns, pastries, coffe, milk, cereal and fruits - much more than what you'd find for such a price. Loved the room. Clean, smiley personnel, helpful with all our inquiries, and they even prepped a tiny bag of yogurt, fruits and cakes from the day before for me because I had a 6 a.m. flight out. Location is 2 minutes walk to Santa Catarina, so it's pretty easy to find. I'd definitely stay there again!

Toiletries - shampoo and bath gel are together so it's like 3 in 1. Not a big deal thought, unless you are traveling super light without them like I am.

They have a wonderful breakfast of pastries, breads, chelrses and ham. Multiple juices, tea pr coffee. Inside or outside dining.Elevator facility with parking right next did. walking distance to many attractions

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Free parking free breakfast and free wifi. We couldn't believe the price we paid for all this. Breakfast was plentiful and a good variety with indoor or outdoor seating in a pleasant patio area. The hotel was pretty central for all sightseeing. We used the yellow hop on hop off bus which was just around the corner. We loved "Mike Davis"....he was so informative about everything on check in. All in all a great stay.
