The apartment location is very good and is bigger than what it looks in the pictures. The room has adequate size, long corridor and good size leaving room and kitchen. Good and close by parking. Host very attentive to any needs and constantly communicating by WhatsApp. Very appreciated that host leaved some coffee capsules for the machine. I have to be clear, I will stay here again as the value for money is great.

There are only two things that can be better and will push the rating to 10.- The sofa bed is not very comfortable and the view from the apartment is not very nice (old back of buildings). For the view nothing to do about it but the sofa I think can be improved.

Location was excellent and the staff were incredibly helpful, friendly and professional. Terrific to have a washer and rack to dry clothes. Air conditioning was great and having parking garage available was a huge plus.

As we knew the layout is a bit odd as it is long and narrow and inconvenient for the bathroom to be so far away from the bedroom. Would have helped to have a mirror in the bedroom and tea towels in the kitchen. Nice to have a printed brochure about the place but given times an online pdf or website would be more helpful to cover info like WiFi and TV streaming etc. Would have appreciated double bed instead of twins but we did know that ahead of time.

This apartment is nice, modern, looks new. There is a bedroom, facing the street, with big windows and wooden shatters. It was quiet and peaceful to sleep there. Besides bedroom there is comfortable living room and kitchen with big windows.

I did not like separate reception at different location. First you need to check in at the reception (if you have car - to pay for parking, which is at different location as well). Then walk to entrance door to discover- there is code entry to the building and to the apartment. While booking, it was stated, somebody will meet us at the apartment. Having luggage and a car it was not the most convenient way to check in and get to the apartment. View from the kitchen is bit strange. A lot of upkept buildings, and small additions. This apartment, San Bento, was on 2nd floor, with steep stairs, 44 steps (if I count them correctly). I like the staff, helpful and friendly.

It was a short walk to pick up the keys; the key codes for access to the unit worked fine. The unit was clean and the beds were comfortable. It has a small terrace which was nice on warm days. Though the building is on a busy street, the unit was quiet except for occasional street noise. There are restaurants and shops nearby, and it is an easy walk to the Igreja de Santo Ildefonso, the Capela das Almas, the Sao Bento Station, and the riverfront area. The metro is only ten minutes away, which was helpful.

There was nothing we did not like.

This apartment was perfect for our needs. It had a full kitchen with a dining area, as well as a lounge area and separate bedroom. The bathroom was a good size as well. It is located in walking distance to all of Porto's attractions, and is very easy to find and get into. Note that you must climb up stairs to get into the units, so this may not be suitable for individuals with reduced accessibility.

The location is good and is within walking distance of the main centre of Porto. The apartment was on a busy street but was very quiet inside. The heating worked well and kept us warm. There were lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. The property hosts were easily contactable and were very helpful.

The layout of the apartment was long and thin, but this did not matter to us as we were out most of the time.

Amazing location at a walking distance to most attractions and also many public transport options, including to the airport.

The location in a bubbling place also comes at a cost of a bit of noise. It was also noisy from the rain since the drainage on the next house is leaking.

Lovely spacious bright apartment. Beautifully decorated.

I chose it over others because it offered a ‘balcony’….. however it was more like a grid over the windows because it was so narrow. The street is very noisy with traffic and continues to be busy through the night, not conducive to a restful sleep.

3rd floor apartment, no lift (elevator) have to carry luggage up and down many stairs

Lovely, helpful people at check-in. Nice-sized apartment. Good value.

No smoke alarm. Check-in is not at the property, about a 5-minute walk away. Lots of stairs to the top floor. I knew this in advance but needed to switch on the light as it was quite a dark stairwell.
