The guys in the office were amazing. The apartment fit our needs perfectly. Location was walking distance for shopping, hop on hop off bus, restaurants, amazing bakery just half a block away and the grocery store was a few blocks from the apt. There is a lovely park walking distance from here. Our trip had some hiccups, and the guys in the office were our problem solvers. They generously helped us get to hospital, talked to the Uber driver to get our phone returned, and just helped to make our stay here much easier while recouping. We so appreciated their help.

The property was really well located. We wish we’d explored the neighbourhood more, as it had a few really nice little bars and parks. The staff was very responsive and gave us recommendations that we used throughout our stay. The place was clean, well-stocked, and great value.

Our only small issue with the property was that we either had very loud guests or construction work in the apartment above us. But it was a small price to pay for a great place.

The place was spotlessly clean and located in a street with cafes and restaurants and 10 min walk to a metro station. The hot water and wifi worked well and there were plenty of towels and the cooker was easy to use. The person I met at the reception office was really helpful with maps and tips on how to get around to specific sights, and we managed to drop our luggage off in the property a little early.

I asked in my booking email if the property had a washing machine and this question wasn't answered. There wasnt a washing machine but when we got to the area we saw there were 2 launderettes/ laundromats very close by - I would have appreciated this information in advance. Also we would have liked some kind of luggage storage after 11am check out on Sunday, the reception office is closed on Sundays

Great outdoor area with a barbecue. The house was clean and around it there was very good restaurants. All the main attractions are on a walking distance, you could walk to all of them. The metro with direct airport connection it´s just 3 minutes away

The convertible sofa (sofa bed) was very uncomfortable. The actual bed was very comfortable. Other than that we enjoyed our stay very much!

Fantastic apartment in the heart of Porto! Clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything you need for a great stay. The location is perfect, close to all the main attractions and great restaurants. Highly recommended

The location was amazing and the building was beautiful! The private courtyard was very nice and having a separate level with a bathroom/ half bathroom on each level was great. We really appreciated being on the first floor because we had a pushchair and some heavy luggage. It was the only one of three recent stays we’ve done that had cooking oil, coffee filters, and other cooking essentials which we really appreciated. The hosts were really wonderful. They gave great recommendations and answered all of our questions. The lock box for the key made it very easy to come and go as a bigger family (3 adults).

The building smelled musty- I think it was just the rock foundation- beautiful but a little damp. The table on the courtyard needed a good clean (bird droppings and cement from nearby construction). All in all, there were pretty minor improvements needed.

Good location. Comfortable beds. Lovely shower.

Blocked bathroom sink so water drained very, very slowly. Broken bedside light. No specific linen for sofa bed. No grill shelf.

It was a little noisy as one of the windows did not shut properly. It was a little bit further from the city center as we had hoped for.

It is easy walking to many tourist attractions. Everything is compactly arranged but quite handy for general use. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. They let us keep our luggages at the office after checkout. It is a nice stay in the apartment.
