The staff were so kind and accommodating. We had a massive trip over from Australia with around a 24hr delay and they let us drop off our bags and use the bathroom and relax in the terrace until our room was ready. We were upgraded to the Brasão room also which was beautiful, very comfortable and the bathtub was great to have to relax after such a journey. Breakfast was also amazing.

Nothing really! We did get a little tired walking back and forth from the centre of town but probably just bad planning on our part. The location was good in that it was nice and chill and quiet with a nice selection of restaurants nearby and a decent laundromat if needed.

The accomodation is very good located, we needed ca. 20 minutes to walk to the city center. The Metro to the airport is a few minutes away. We were delighted by the beautiful design of the place, everything was made with so much care and love for detail. The room was spacious, everything very clean, beds very comfortable. There is a little terrasse next to breakfast room. The breakfast was wonderful, very varied and the products of good quality, you can get fresh eggs and orange Juice, cheese, ham, fruits etc. . The staff is very friendly, communication to them very good. By a next visit we would definitely try to stay here again.

Cosy place and an amazing breakfast (from 8 to 10), with large choice and selection of bread, fruit and others. When sunny, breakfast can be taken on a pretty terrace. Very clean place with daily room-service and fresh towels. Host was very welcoming and helpful.

Nothing really, just little niggles. It is about 20-30 minutes walk away from most places (São Bento or Campanha station, main attractions), though very accessible through Uber (max 2-4 minutes wait and very affordable). If sensitive to noise, chose a room towards the courtyard, to avoid noise of the entrance and road (not very busy though).

The guesthouse is close to the centre, walking distance, in a neighbourhood with beautiful houses. The old house itself is beautiful, very well renovated. The rooms are small but well arranged, and very cosy. Our room was perfect for a family with two kids (despite of the size, a separation between two rooms, one with the bed and the other with the very comfortable sofabed). We also loved the breakfast, with many different options. The fresh orange juice and homemade cake were particularly good. There is a nice courtyard where you can sit and chill. Fabio was welcoming and helpful.

Perfect location, only few minutes walking to city center or train station. Easy connection to airport. Delicious breakfast. Staff very kind and helpful. Very comfortable bed. Fabio gave us bigger room than we ordered

The staff were super super friendly and did all they could to make our stay comfortable. They went out their way to provide vegan breakfast options and even let us check in early and upgraded our room! Everything about the place was beautiful. Was clean, nicely decorated and was in a great location. Would definitely recommend.

So much to commend! Comfortable beds; use of kitchen; amazing breakfast; delightful house refurbished with style and a great artistic decor - such as the light fitting made from a bicycle suspended from the ceiling! Loved sitting in the sunken garden terrace with cool lighting, listening to the neighbour's water feature.

I loved the interior design and the neighborhood. Host was helpful and nice. Good value for money. Free drinks in the kitchen, patio for all the guests. I recommend it 100%:)

The only problem we had was the noise, in our room we could here noises from the hall and other rooms.

We loved everything about this guesthouse. The owner and personnel are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The breakfast is amazing with fresh fruits and freshly baked cakes every day. And the patio garden is perfect for chilling. It is located in a quiet neighborhood with lots of good restaurants and a 10 minute walk from the city center. Oh and WiFi is faster than at home :)
