The staff was wonderful, we arrived a little early and they held our luggage and even moved it to our room while we were out and about touristing. The breakfast was wonderful. We found the room a little dated and the toilet a little spare for room. The shower pressure was amazing Everything was clean and comfortable. Also great location for Metro access and only fifteen minute walk to train and bus station. Downtown to all the "touristy" stuff is about a thirty minute walk.

All in all, except for the toilet which was pretty small which might be just right if youre a leaner person than I.

The stuff was extremely nice, there was no problem to check in, find the place etc.. it was very smooth. We could have left the bags until the afternoon and come back to pick them up before we went to the airport. Its very convenient location, on metro, close to the centre by walking.

It was quite noisy. I dont mean that there was anybody loud etc, but the walls are quite thin and there is shared bathroom so you can hear the ppl coming in and out, plus there is a light in the common hallway, which is constantly on and you can see it through the gaps in the door.

Great location! Also, the breakfast was good, there were different options so we could combine products. The stuff was very friendly and it was a pleasure to communicate with the ladies :)

There was no option to safely close the balcony doors to the room, and since we shared the balcony with neighbours, it wasn’t that safe to leave the valuable things in the room when we go out. Also, there was a fungus in the shower, and a problem with water in the toilet - the water container did not refill itself automatically after use.

The staff was very helpful. I appreciated the detailed information about how to reach the place and there was never a problem. The locations is also good, everything can be reached easily.

The room was a bit tiny and the bathroom without a winow smells of mold a bit. They try to keep it clean but there should be a bit more air.

Great staff, great breakfast, good sleep, nice balcony with great view, really nice facilities! We also got a beautiful towel swan on the bed with rose petals and that was phenomenal!!! We definitely absolutely recommend Mirandesa for a short trip to Porto. (Keep in mind that during the winter season it's a little bit cold and our AC did not work as we wished it did but we had an additional blanket in the room which helped;)

A very pleasant place to stay for the 10 nights in total. The staff were always pleasant and helpful and the location was ideal being walking distance to the train and coach station and with several options for bus or metro. There was also a lavendaria on the corner which was so convenient seeing I was traveling for several months. Plenty of places to find a good meal and close enough to walk into the Centre and the river etc.

Great location just away from the centre. Very clean room, with towels and sheets changed regularly. Basic breakfast, but good for the price you pay for the accommodation. The staff let you come and go as you please. They let us use the kettle/glasses even after hours.

Room a bit noisy in the mornings. We had a room with external bathroom and you need the key to keep closed the bathroom door so it is a bit annoying when you need to use the toilet in the night etc. The light in the bathroom is timed and sometimes it switches off mid shower.

super pleasant stay! perfect location very friendly staff at the reception, even offered us a breakfast box to go since we were leaving early the second day. breakfast is good too, the room and the external bathroom too was very clean. the furnitures from the room is all good, super cozy bed, super warm in the winter thanks to AC, oh even the balcony was so cute!

if I have to come up with one I would say the keys are a bit old and not very convenient to use. but again, it’s a very very trivial problem, doesn’t effect the overall experience at all!

Clean sheets and towels, 15 minutes to the centre and really kind staff. Breakfast included - spared us time in the morning :) groceries and metro stop right around the corner.

the bathroom was a bit smelly and wet, no way to ventilate it, but it was clean, despite it was old. :)
