The location is very good, just 20min walk from towntown. Many supermarkets nearby, good metro connection. Everything necesarry in the kitchen was there. I really enjoyed that the place had a bluetooth stereo.

The toilet had a bad plumbing smell that made the whole apartment smell. The a/c didn’t work. The backrest of the sofa in the living room collapsed when you rested on it. The walls are very thin and every walk on the stairs is heard.

The apartment was perfect for my short stay. I walked everywhere so the location was good, about 30 minutes away from the city centre, so a quiet neighbourhood. The apartment had everything I wanted, good ventilation so I didn't have to use air-conditioning. The bed was perfect, the sitting/dining/kitchen area has a deck looking onto grassy backyard. I didn't feel I was overlooked by neighbours. The owners were extremely helpful. Great stay 🌞

The hosts were available if needed and gave a warm welcome to Porto by messaging a series of walks from the property as a starting point to become acquainted with Porto. The property was within a very easy walk to the centre and many of the places that I wished to visit, at the same time it was a haven away from the vibrancy and bustle of a thriving city. I enjoyed visiting the local shops seldom frequented by visitors, the service was genteel, the produce excellent and everything was inexpensive.

For two days there was a family in one of the other flats who played loud music, shouted and created more noise than would be acceptable in many properties.

Good street, lots of good places to eat and other businesses, close to town and other amenities. The staff were excellent at getting back to us when one of our little girls wet the bed, they sorted it out in the same morning and were super understanding about it.

There was a bit of a smell in the downstairs apartment but when advised, the owners got back in touch quickly and said they would get the pipes cleaned as this is something that needs done occasionally.

The apartment was big and clean, with multiple spaces to be in and a fully functional kitchen. The area is well connected.

While the kitchen is perfectly functional, many of the pots and utensils were in bad shape. This may not be a big deal for some, but after traveling for some weeks I would have liked to be able to cook and it was one of the reasons I booked this space. Also, no wine opener! Ended up having to buy one for twice the price of a bottle of wine. Still minor details, easy to fix.

Lovely appartement on the ground floor. Pity that natural sunlight does not come in, and therefore is sometimes cold. Even on street level I could barely hear noise from outside, thanks to the good isolating windows. The bed is very comfortable. The staff is very kind and attentive. I just missed some sugar and dishwasher tablets.

The host Ana was very helpful as she allowed to check in earlier than the normal time. The flat is very spacious and clean. The air conditioners were very powerful as we didnot require all three ACs. I likes the clean pine flooring. The sunny rear terrace was a bonus.

The apartment was extremely clean, quiet, with everything that you might need for your stay, renovated and the hosts were super helpful and kind. Totally recommend it, as I already did to my friends and family!! :)

Loved the mid-century style of the furnishing in the renovated building. Comfortable, well equipped. Good location in interesting, cool area. Close to metro, shops and good local bars and restaurants. Around 20 minutes walk down to town.

Being at the back of the building, we were not aware of traffic noise but there is a very "barky" dog next door.
