I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Porto! The location couldn’t be better – just a few steps from the city center and all the main attractions, which made it so easy to explore the city on foot. The room was spotless, very comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. A special mention goes to the receptionist, who was always available for any request and gave us excellent recommendations that really made our vacation even better. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Porto!

The best thing of the stay has been definitely the comfort of the bed. Also breakfast was delicious, a very large offering of different food, both sweet and savory.

The location of the structure wasn't top choice, the road in which the structure is located is not very nice but on the other side is quite close to the main center of the city. Something that could be improved in the room is placing a wardrobe/rail which comes very handy for travellers.

Everything is beyond perfect! When you just go inside the hotel smells very clean and amazing. The staff was very helpful and good-humored. We didn't have chance to try breakfast but it was also looking very good. Everything was super clean. We are planning to visit Porto again, we will definitely stay at the same place. Plus in my opinion hotel location is also great. If you are okey with walking, you can go anywhere by walking. But if you don't prefer that you can use taxi etc. which makes the road very very short. And I also need to add that since the beginning communication from the hotel was helpful! You could find a person to ask your questions even before arriving Portugal or Porto.

Quite a good location not too far from the main shopping centre and train station. Hotel very clean, good choice at breakfast and you could have coffee and homemade cake at anytime of the day and night.Goncalo on reception was so friendly and helpful and gave us a few good names of places to eat and drink

This is a very old building so unfortunately we could hear every footstep in the room above.

The staff were friendly and very helpful. The hotel is very close to Santa Catarina church and the Bolhão market. The Metro is also very close. Breakfast was very good and varied. There was plenty to eat each morning.

There wasn't any type of cupboard for a stay longer than 2 days. Unfortunately I had a room on the ground floor which was quite cold

The room was a little smaller than we would have liked but adequate for our 5 night stay. The staff were wonderful. Very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was great. Plenty of choice and excellent quality, mostly continental style but very very good and you could also have complimentary tea/coffee and cake in the afternoon after 4pm! The location was perfect, in a quiet part of town but just a short walk from cafes, shops, a shopping mall and supermarket and if you don't mind walking, a 25-30 minute walk to the port area.

Everything was acceptable for a short stay.

The place is beautiful, perfect location and service amazing. The shower in our room was too small, so taking a shower was not very comfortable, but for everything else a 5out of 5

Pretty much everything was great from the moment we were met at the door by the friendly and helpful staff. The check in process was easy, the room was clean and brought, the breakfast was very good and was a very complete meal; more than just a continental breakfast. Coffee is available all day. The location was great. Very quiet yet within just a five - or ten-minute walk from lots of places to eat, drink, and sightsee. It's in the older part of town, so be ready for lots of old beautiful buildings and some very narrow streets and sidewalks.

We really had no complaints.

Excellent hotel near the city center,the very busy pedestrian street of S.Caterina.The room was clean and has everything what I needed.The bed was comfortable. They offered handmade cakes and coffee every day:)))The staff (Goncalo,Joanna and Rui)was very kind,friendly and helpful!

The room was clean and spacious with two windows. The bed was very comfortable. I loved that the location was so close to Bolhao station giving an easy access to the metro and airport.

There was a very strong scent throughout the staircase. It was not a bad smell, more like an air freshener but very overpowering.
