The apartment (F) is huge and we really enjoyed the space. We had two bedrooms and two bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. There is a smart TV which worked well. A very adequate continental breakfast with fresh fruit and coffee was delivered at 8 am each day without fail. There is a large dining table that we could sit and eat at and do other things like use a laptop, etc. The support from the staff was excellent when the coffee machine stopped working one of them brought a replacement within two hours and all was well. We would definitely stay here again.

Because it is so big, the living room would be improved greatly by a central large rug and some more easy chairs. There is one arm chair and a sofa bed. The latter is actually not very comfortable to sit on. A few things about the apartment need a little maintenance and laundry facilities such as a washer-dryer would complete the picture.

We were moved from this block of flats as the flat above is a resident and the noise from them, all night, was horrendous. We were in the basement flat. It was quite cold and to portable heaters given. We were then moved to an outstanding flat in the main building, on another street away, where you collect your key and the reception staff are located. This flat was superb. Fantastic breakfast left outside your door early morning for you too. Cleaned every other day and well kitted out.

Noise on the first night which the staff resolved, with great customer service by putting us in another of their apartments, close by. However, still waiting on the reception to refund me for first nights accommodation. They did say it would be a couple of days but it is now a full week.

Great location, close to the center, shop and fastfood 700 meters, to FC Porto stadium 1,5 km, public transport 300 meters. The sights are wonderful, the Louis I bridge amazing. There is a cheap Bolt in Porto, so the journey from the airport was fine, keys picked up at reception in the other hotel (350m). Stayed in an old house but beautifully renovated apartment. The apartment was large, everything worked as it should. Only the second bathroom smelled of waste, which is already mentioned here. It is necessary to use this bathroom, then it is not such a smell. The beds are soft. Might need more than 1 dishwasher tablet. Pleased with the welcome water and coffee capsules. We enjoyed our stay, no need to take public transport thanks to the cheap Bolt, but it works well too. The port wine was delicious. Could have been better weather but it was perfect for walking. Considering the building and the location the furniture is a bit low end… The garden view is really not as it looks in the pictures. And the flat is part of a longer two stories building so you can really hear the other customers. The reception is not the easiest to reach with the car … you kind of have to all the way around because of the one way roads. I guess I was just expecting more for the price. And … Would have been nice to have a couple of coffee pads more, we did not stay enough for it to make sense to buy more and it does not really cost much to the hotel .. seems like an easy way to please customers.

Initially we were supposed to stay in another of their buildings, but since our room wasn't ready, they suggested that we stayed rather in the Alves da Veiga location. The apartment/room was big and comfortable, with two toilets for our party of 4. The stayed at the penthouse, which provided us with privacy and no neighbours, which was nice. The breakfast, delivered in a basket, was also nice and plentiful.

The staff in the reception was friendly but really slow. When we arrived, there were two receptionists and one other party was also checking in. Instead of the second receptionist check us in, she prefered to watch what her colleague was doing, instead of helping us. The garage entrance is also REALLY narrow, so don't try to park here with a big car (such as a SUV).

The location was good it’s in walking distance to the market, the apartment was spacious for a family and having a manned reception for the luggage was very helpful if your arriving late or early.

The service from the reservations team prior to departure was lacking. They changed the accommodation that we were meant to be staying in four days before we travelled as they had issues with the original booking. No apology wars given until I mentioned this fact. They told us it was an upgrade but as we have never seen the original we will never know. The apartment is very noisy as they are wooden floors, the breakfast is in a box delivered to your door in my opinion is not worth the money as there are so many nearby cafes and restaurants and shops. Very repetitive asilos if you are staying longer than two nights.

The apartments we had (I and K) were amazing! Both apartments were very clean and spacious and had a well-equipped kitchen. Apartment I had 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, while Apartment K on the top of the building had 1 bedroom/1 bathroom on the mainfloor and a loft-bedroom with a small shower/toilet.

The floor in the bathroom can be a bit slippery when wearing socks around. The floor is very smooth. Also, the doorknobs on the internal doors (at least in Apartment I) have these L-shaped handles that are prone to snagging on clothes, limbs etc.

Clean property. Convenient location. On-site parking. One bottle of water and 2 coffee pods provided. Housekeeping came every other day. Fairly quiet. Really nice shower and bathroom. Has heat pumped AC which was very nice and cosy.

There were a couple of everything in the kitchen and a dishwasher but it would’ve been nice to have extra plates and bowls etc so we didn’t have to wash as we went and could at least half fill the dishwasher and run that instead.

Beautiful converted place. Good location. Nicely refurnished and it has everything you need. Comfortable beds and lovely showers. kitchen is well equipped if you want to cook

Coffee machine is very old so don't expect a good coffee in the morning. Also we had to walk in peak of heat for 7 min to pick up the keys from reception. It'd have been nice if they could do the check in at the apartment so we didn't have to walk to reception for check in /outs carrying luggage on cobbled stone. Apart from that, a great place to stay. Highly recommended

One of the staff at the reception had no customer service at all. No smile, very strict to her own rules and not approachable. The other staff who checked us in later in the afternoon(she vwas extremely helpful, friendly, smiling, with a very good customer service,, and attentive to the customer needs ), She was completely different from the first one we met when we arrived I'm really sorry for highlighting this, but we didn't really feel welcomed with the other member of the staff.
