The apartment was in a really good position and it was easy to get in and out of the center. There is plenty nearby to keep you occupied with regards to food and drink. We loved making our way back and stopping in a few places close by the apartment. The area itself is quiet even though we were close to the a busy road we were never disturbed by it. We would stay there again if we visited again in the future.

There wasn't much to complain about really. The small things that would have maybe made the stay a bit more comfortable are more hangers in the wardrobe to hang clothes. There were only 3 and one was broken. A full length mirror inside the wardrobe would be great for getting ready. The tv needs to be updated. None of these things are expensive to update.

Great apartment for few nights/a week to stay. Clean, big enough for 3 people (would be enough also for 4 or 5 people), equipped well (we were there only for 4 nights, but also in case a week or more it has everything you need), bed and sofa were comfortable. Close to city center (500 m/8 minutes from Mercado do Bolhao or Trindade). Communication the providers and info from them was great also.

Only some details that are not important (at least for us) for few nights stay. There is no elevator, so for older people could be an issue or if you have heavy luggage. Bathroom is fine, the only thing we would recommend to add there some towel holders.

The apartment was very large and comfortably fits 3-4 people. Just be sure to know that the loft bedroom is not very private and you have to pass throught it to get downstairs from the other bedroom (if you are traveling as two couples). We traveled as friends, so this was not an issue. The two bathrooms were great. Location was also very convenient and close to the city center (on foot).

When it rains it is a bit loud in the loft bedroom but ear plugs will solve this issue. There is mold in the upper bathroom window, which should be fixed. What would also be great is a symbolic selection of coffee capsules and/or teas. The coffee machine is available but we’re not going to buy a whole package of coffee or tea for two nights. This would have made the stay superb.

The staff is excellent and the location is perfect. Very clean and modern. The kitchen is a bit illogically laid out, but it has everything you need for a short stay.

There are just some small things that could make a stay nicer such as a place to hang your bath towel, hand towel, and toilet paper in the bathroom. Perhaps an extra protective layer of cloth over the mattress protector so the nights aren't so sweaty. And warm, dim light bulbs in the bedside table- the lamps were brighter than the ceiling lights.

The location is brilliant. It's in the town centre and very easy to get around. The accommodation was clean and facilities were good. Communication with staff was good, they responded on time. A huge thank for early check-in as we had an early flight.

I asked for a heater as I felt a bit cold in the evening, but they never brought it even after promising I would have it the next morning. I also reported the door wasn't locking from inside, again no one was sent to have a look after promising that they would send someone - This didn't make us feel safe the whole time we were there in the night. Also it would be good to have a reception or staff office or concierge luggage storage in the building, as they do not allow late check outs - to help with keeping luggage

We picked up the keys from a nearby office and the gentleman who helped us was delightful and very helpful, which was a great start. The apartment is very spacious, which was a nice change from some of the smaller apartments we had booked on this trip. Nice little balcony area, which was very pleasant to sit on and have a glass of wine.

We liked everything. The apartment is big enough to add a washing machine, but it was not promised or in the description, so this is not a complaint, just and observation.

Great location, close to the historical town centre, Ribiera and Luis Bridge. There are plenty of cafes and restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The apartment is quite spacious for a couple, or a small family, and it is clean. We never meet the owner nor the staff, but directions, codes to access the apartment and other guidance have been shared clearly and promptly.

The bathroom doesn't have a window nor an extractor, meaning we had to hang the towels in the chairs in the living room to allow them to dry. The floors in the kitchen/living room was extraordinary loud. We assume there was not one living behind the flat, but still...

The bedrooms are not separate, so if two families come, it is very inconvenient to live in the walk-through room. There is nothing about this on the website at all. The apartment needs urgent repairs. The floors creak terribly. The door to the bathroom on the first floor is smaller than the doorway and therefore does not close with a lock. The upper shower does not work at all, and the lower one is screwed with polyethylene to hold it in place. The entrance hall smells very strongly of mold

Clean ,bright ,comfortable bad , nice and relatively large apartment ,enough wardrobe for longer stay, bathroom is nice modern clean with toiletries ant towels supplied enough for our 2 night stay , hot water running immediately ( ok 3-4 seconds) also hair dryer kitchen full cooking set , caffe machine , even vine bottle opener ,location is good 10-15 minutes walk to all attractions 1st caffe , restaurant 2-3 minutes walk

Spacious well kept apartment. Easy to find and not far from the metro, cafes and restaurants. Wifi! Excellent and constant. Comfortable bed, hot water and decent shower. The best thing was how much space we'd had, but there were a few things that we didn't like. It could do better with little effort

The keycode pads were tiny, the first code to get in unclear and we stood in the rain for 10 minutes trying to understand the code. The smell in the bathroom. We kept the air extractor on the whole stay Coffee machine! Absolutely no point saying this is a facility if you do not provide either coffee pods, or instructions and where to buy coffee pods.
