The property was exactly as pictured—well-maintained, kid-friendly, and perfectly located within walking distance to the scenic spots. Porto’s charming narrow streets make walking the best way to explore the city. Each room had its own bathroom, and the spacious layout with children’s toys was a hit with my 5 and 8-year-old boys. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and my parents enjoyed the well-equipped kitchen. The property is close to three supermarkets, including Pingo Doce and an Asian supermarket Supermercado Chen. The management team was outstanding, providing detailed information through emails, WhatsApp, and videos before our arrival and staying in touch throughout the stay. Sunshine filled the rooms and balcony, creating a warm and delightful atmosphere.

Spacious apartment, all ensuite rooms, huge lounge and very well equped kitchen. Location was perfect for exploring Porto. We had Joana as our contact and she worked hard to ensure we had an enjoyable stay. The transfers she arranged worked well and we're great value Comfy beds, nice linen and choice of pillows. Cafe next door offered excellent food and drinks.

On Saturday night we had some noisy neighbours above us that came back at 2.30pm. it's a city so not unexpected but a bit annoying. A sheet offering information regarding apartments, would be a help. We had a WhatsApp contact which was great but if info was available in the apartment we wouldn't have had to message so often.

Modern spacious apartment in the heart of Porto. We were traveling with 2 adult children and my parents and had ample space with this 4 bedroom unit. Each had an adjoining bath and a full bath was in the hallway as well. The kitchen and living rooms were huge. The apartment was steps away from restaurants and about a 15-20 minute walk to sites like the Livrario Lello. Parking was available on the property but you have to call ahead to reserve.

The bathrooms were a bit small with limited counter space. It would have been nice to have a couple of hooks outside the shower. Also check out time is promptly at 11am. We were out at 11:04 and our access code to the elevator stopped working. Once we called the office, they took care of that, so a minor inconvenience.

It was nice to have bathrooms for every bedroom.

A concert near the location was held with very loud music. Apparently the noise ordinance doesn't go into effect until 10 p.m. That was extremely frustrating and we probably would have selected another location for our young family. In addition, the guests at the room next door had a loud party with people getting physical. Fortunately they only stayed the one night.

That it was able to accommodate a group of 10 adults (comprising 5 couples) and that the location was close to many amenities and attractions and metro stations.

That it did not have much in each of the bedrooms, e.g., wardrobe or cupboard for cloths. The mattress was also too soft for those of us who prefer a firmer mattress for our backs and a good night’s rest.

Person I communicated with over WhatsApp was so understanding about our late arrival. They were on time to meet us at the property & it was a quick but efficient run through everything we needed to know. Also at the end I left a cardigan in the apartment and our time had expired by 1 minute. I contacted the agent and they responded immediately, granting me an access code. SUPER EFFICIENT!!

The location was great. The rooms ea h having a bathroom was fantastic for a group of women. The washing machine was great too. Beds were very comfortable.

Need a plug for the kitchen sink so can wash up pots and pans and not have to use dishwasher. Not enough bath towels were provided for the number of people booked - however dropped off when asked.

Everything was amazing. Every bedroom had its own bathroom, plus an additional bathroom. The beds were comfortable and there was room for everyone in the living room with two sofas. The check-in method is also great. Location couldn't be better and it was fairly easy to park in the sorroundings.

Only the fact that all the AC have to be on the same mode (not the same temperature though) and the fact that showers need to be quick to avoid running out of warm water. But nothing ruined the experience! All and all, amazing!

Almost everything!

The window in the main bedroom (facing a hotel)is not very dense and the souind of traffic and deliveries early after sunrise does not allow a great sleep! The windows on the lounge seem more insulated and outside sound is quieter. The wineglasses are very weak and need careful handing when cleaning them.

The size of the property was excellent for a large multi gen family trip. Great to have en suites in all rooms. The also decorated the flat to celebrate my dads bday (we sent them the decs)

The open plan bathrooms took a bit of getting used too and some shelving in the rooms would have been useful.
