We discovered the apartments to be extremely clean and cozy. Traveling with a baby was made easier as they supplied a baby kit that included a cot, high chair, and hot tub. The staff at the reception desk were welcoming. Breakfast vouchers are available for purchase, but the bakery next door opens at 6am and offers a better breakfast option. Generally speaking, the apartments are well-equipped to accommodate babies and toddlers.

The apartments lack washing machines, but there's a laundromat just a 2-minute walk away. In apartment 22, some of the floor tiles are damaged and need fixing. At times, the Wi-Fi appears to be slow and congested.

The apartment is clean and comfortable. The balcony has a very nice view of Porto. It's in good location, quiet and safe, supermarket and good restaurants are close. All major attractions are within walking distance. We enjoy our stay, recommended.

The bed in the living room is not a proper bed, it's a small couch, smaller than a twin bed.

The location was farther away from the train station than expected and up a very steep hill. With luggage this was very difficult.

We had an incredible stay at a family-friendly hotel in the heart of Porto, and I can’t recommend it enough! With a spacious room featuring a well-equipped kitchen, we could easily prepare meals for our 4-year-old, making our trip stress-free. The location was perfect—within walking distance of major attractions and parks—allowing us to explore the city with ease. The staff were exceptionally welcoming. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the comfortable beds ensured we could unwind after a day of adventure. This hotel truly made our family trip memorable, earning a solid 10/10!

We really enjoyed walking Porto for 4 days and the Spot apartments are a great location to do so. We took the metro train from airport and even rolled our luggage from Trinidade station- wasn’t too much when you know exactly where Rua de Bolhão is! Super, super clean place- cheers to the staff. Used the kitchen to make breakfast- had everything needed! Groceries nearby. All were so helpful- thanks Leonor! We loved our time in Porto!

The accommodation boasts an excellent location right next to Mercado do Bolhão, making it easy to explore the heart of Porto. All the staff we interacted with were professional, kind, always smiling, and very helpful. The apartment itself - especially the bathroom and kitchen was spacious and exactly as shown in the photos. If I ever return to Porto, I would definitely choose to stay here again.

Everything was great, not one dislike.

We were met by Lenore, who once we figured that they did not have parking, found us parking at the Spot Hotel, 2 doors down. She checked us in and told us about everything. The apartment was huge and worth the money. The bathroom was very large and the kitchen was well equipped. There were markets and bakeries all over so getting food was easy. Location was also great, close to the metro and easy walking. Porto is under construction for the next several years, so be careful where you stay. No construction here! Great bang for your buck, especially in a larger city!

We arrived early (around 12pm) and were lucky enough to be able to check in thanks to Leanore. It seemed to be a first-come, first-served process with early check-ins, so I wouldn't rely on it. The apartment itself was spacious and very comfortable for our family of 3. We were on the 4th floor, which was easily accessible by a lift. The apartment is conveniently located, with many shops, restaurants and public transport options nearby.

Just about everything! The cleanliness of the apartment, the very comfy bed, the fully equipped kitchen and powerful hot shower. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. Cleaning/towel change every two days was an unexpected bonus. Just a few minutes walk to Bolhão market.

Very little and nothing which would prevent us from staying here again. A shelf in the shower for toiletries would have been useful as would a small coffee table in the lounge. More lighting than most places we stay in but still awkward for shaving/applying make up.
