The staff is amazing. I was contacted directly to ensure I knew how to check-in and get the keys. They are also very helpful in arranging transfers and providing tourist advice, where to eat, and what to see and do. We got a studio apartment and it is very spacious and light. The added kitchenette is handy. The location is superb, it is just across the road from the new renovated Mercado Balhao and a few steps away is a mini supermarket.

There is a long flight of stairs to get to the elevator so if you having heavy luggage, get some help.

I would like to thank the very friendly staff who accommodated us late at midnight after our flight to Porto got delayed. The apartment itself was fabulous, fully equipped and super clean. The location was absolutely incredible - at the very heart of the city, within a short walking distance to every major attraction. Everything was super close, even the supermarket was just around the corner. If you liked, you could even take a nice walk to the ocean along the scenic Douro river valley.

The only disadvantage of the location was a relatively noisy street - it wasn't very busy at night, however the noise from infrequent cars driving on cobblestones was unbearable at times. Luckily I had a set of earplugs with me, which saved me from sleepless nights.

Large, clean, comfortable and stylish room - we liked design and facilities. Location is also good - there is a brand new market near (modern and affordable).

Our room was one on 1st floor right above the stairs - if you planning to sleep a lot - do not chose this one, because you will hear all oncoming guests with their luggage. For us it was not a problem at all - we were coming back late and started early. Be aware that they have a managing company for different apartments, so they will sent you huge bulk of useless messages (instructions, rules, recommendations and so on)

Very clean apartment in the heart of historic district of Porto and walking distance to many of the sightseeings. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly, always available to help. We stayed in a one bedroom apartment which had two double beds and two bathrooms. Very comfortable and well equipped!

Nothing negative just some points worth mentioning: As clearly mentioned in the description, there are a number of stairs to the first floor (it’s 30 stairs!) The soundproofing could be reinforced as an improvement.

The apartment is in an excellent location, directly opposite the market and a short walk from Sao Bento train station and many of Porto’s tourist sites. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly – they carried our luggage up a long flight of stairs to the elevator on the first floor, and gave us access to laundry facilities in a nearby building. Our apartment was comfortable, very clean and it was easy to prepare breakfast and simple meals. We were very happy with the apartment and enjoyed our stay very much..

Wow, this place is fantastic, you couldn't get a better location, literally opposite a fantastic local market and excellent bar. Close to everything worth seeing in Porto. The team at Youropo who manage the apartments have an office yards away from the apartment and deal with everything and any questions instantly, plus offer tips and great local advice. The place was spotless and they did a full clean and change of linen midweek.

Nothing.....the only issue we had was getting the TV and heating to work....but it was "user error" LOL

The efficiency of the staff. They were welcoming, organised and helpful. Any questions were answered in a timely way, and we were contacted halfway through our stay asking if we would like a room clean. Considering we were only staying for four nights, this was an exceptional service. The positioning of the apartment was excellent. We were right next to the Bolhao market, and the many places to eat surrounding it. Our apartment was great for comfort, cleanliness and meeting our needs. Having a small kitchen meant we could easily prepare food when we needed to. The stairs are a climb, but there is a lift for anything above the first floor.

We couldn’t fault the service.

It was in a great location. Everything was in close proximity by foot or bus. Property was clean and good size. Staff were amazing! Very helpful and communicative. They also left me a nice Birthday surprise. Overall a great stay and definitely recommended.

Only that there was no lift to the first floor but it’s because the building is old but beautiful. Saying that staff are very helpful to bring the suitcases up to the first floor to the lift. The staircase leading to the first floor is so beautiful that it kind of makes up for lack of the lift.

This apartment is located in the middle of historic Porto, close to the Bolhao metro station, several bus stations, mini cafés and restaurants, end several grocery stores. It is about an eight minute walk from Sao Bento train station. The studio apartment was very clean and rather quiet, considering the location in the middle of the bustling city. All staff were very friendly. The air conditioning in the room was quiet, although it took us a while to figure out how to use it.

Some written or instructions for using the equipment inside the apartment would have been helpful. The laundry facility was one block away and was accessed by someone else while we were using it, against the hosts‘ expectations.

The location was very good as it was near shops, restaurants and the Metro system. The kitchen section looked to be very new and had everything you might need. The staff were very friendly and helpful with lots of information about attractions, tours etc. The office was open 24 hours.
