A spacious apartment in a location that's second to none. The daily cleaning service was an unexpected bonus. The bed linens were crisp and white and the towels were soft and fluffy. Alex was a great host and responded quickly to queries.

Perhaps a pdf guide to facilities would be a good idea. For example, we returned to the apartment after a day out to find the condenser container of the air-conditioning unit overflowing. Instructions for the use of that and the combi microwave would be handy. The lighting in the bathroom is very poor and there's evidence of damp and leaks from the apartment above.

We had a great 4-night stay in Porto and were really happy with our choice. Everything was exactly as shown in the photos. The place was spotless, located right next to the metro station and directly across from the Bolhão market – definitely great value for money. Sofia was very polite and helpful. She had sent us detailed check-in instructions, responded immediately to our messages, and kindly allowed us to keep the room a bit longer on our last day since our flight was in the evening. Even though we didn’t ask for it, the room was cleaned daily, which was a pleasant surprise. It’s just a pity we didn’t get to meet her in person! Highly recommended for anyone visiting Porto.

- someone was there to greet me and check in and we talked about how to tour the city, great hospitality - host helped to get my luggage up the stairs, was a bit sick at the time so appreciate the help MUCH - the apartment itself is functional and well designed, kitchen has sponges and vegetable peelers - location is excellent, it is right across a big market, and about 20 meters to the subway station, real close - you can walk to most sites in the city, no need for a transportation card at all - a reasonable-sized supermarket is about 600 meters away - the washing machine is hidden out of view, you have to ask where it is :)

- maybe the stairs? but i searched a bit before making the booking, it seems most apartments in the city center are without lifts? i personally didn't find the stairs to be anything at all, even when i was a bit sick. it is wide, and sturdy and i think very good stairs :)

Location is great - right by the lovely indoor market. Staff were very responsive and very helpful and could contact via Whatsapp. Only criticism about comfort could be a preference thing - the bed was very firm and the pillows weren't very thick. The children slept well on the sofa bed. The listed appliances/facilities list didn't seem to match - says there's a toaster but there wasn't one in the room. Staff were helpful and brought a panini maker but this tripped the electric when put on so couldn't use it. We were only here for two days so it didn't matter too much. We had a room on the third floor so only plan on staying if you can climb stairs as there's no lift. This is a great base to stay at if looking to explore the city at a very reasonable price.

The location was fantastic, right next to Bolhão metro and the fabulous food and drink market. Just had to jump on the Metro from the airport and wait until Bolhão. Also useful to have a supermarket very close by and access to a shopping centre (could get a couple of bits from H&M). The check-in was easy and stress free. The apartment was modern, clean, and the right size for a family of 2 adults and 2 small children.

We were on the 1st floor so were woken a couple of times by other guests returning. No view from the window.

Excellent location next door to the Bolhao market and the metro station, and 1 minute walk to the main shopping street of Porto. Very comfortable bed. Very clean, recently renovated and quite room/apartment with all kitchen facilities, including a coffee machine with good coffee enough for our 3 days of stay, and a washing machine. They even provided some salt and oil for cooking. Staff at the reception was very nice and helpful.

We were accommodated on the top floor, just under the roof. The room/apartment itself was very nice, but reaching it required climbing to the 4th floor, as there is no elevator. This can be somewhat challenging after a long day of extensive walking.

cozy and clean apartments in a convenient location in the city center, friendly and helpful staff on call. The apartment has everything you need for a maximum of 3 people. opposite there are food market and metro station, supermarkets and shopping center within walking distance.

Unfortunately, from the description on the booking we did not understand that this was a studio. We are traveling with two small children and would prefer to have a separate bedroom as written when booking. in addition, the size of the room is far from the stated 55 meters (it looks more like 30-35)

This is the most perfect location across from the spectacular food hall at the Mercado and with great metro access as well via Trindade station. Walking around Porto from here is also more than achievable due to the central location. It is a bright airy apartment which is pleasant to be in.

Everything was splendid. A very nice lady contacted us upfront to pinpoint the time of our arrival. Handing over the keys was in person with an additional chat about what to visit in Porto. During that a handy map was given to us. The flat itself was very classy. Everything cleaned up, internet working, no other issues. Location is excellent. Next to it is a market with food stores and restaurants. The metro is also nearby.

The location is brilliant. Very central and yet quiet, very comfortable despite being at the 4th floor and needing to do some stairs 😅. The bed was super comfy and the air con was very useful.

There was a little patch of mould on the wall near the entry. That made my allergy a bit worse, but nothing to say affected my experience overall.
