We liked the location, design, amenities. Bedrooms are dark during the night when door closed, but there is still enough air until the morning. We did not use the kitchen for cooking, but it had all the necessary utensils. Nespresso machine was great, and the provided coffee excellent! Communication was quick and swift. We could leave our luggage after the check out into lockers. Many of us (we had two apartments for 8 people) will probably return next time.

The only problem was that we were not able to get separate blankets for each person, so we had to overcome our shyness, and share the blankets with a colleague.

Our representative was exceptionally helpful and personable. She also told us places to go and things to do. She gave us her contact information in case we needed help.

It would have been nice if all of us could have been together, but we were in two units. The beds were a queen bed in a bedroom and a pull out sofa bed in the living room area, so space was a bit cramped. Also, the bathroom was adjacent to the main living/sleeping area and was a bit small but we adjusted and made it work because the location and cleanliness standards were so good. We were located in the best location in the city.....by the metro, shopping district, near the central market, and close to a parking garage where we could leave our rental cars for the entire stay in Porto for a very reasonable cost. We will recommend for our USA friends and family.

We arrived at the evening and were greeted by the host. The apartment was quite spacious and good for a family of 3. The location is just perfect, few meters from the metro, all main spots are within the walking distance. Right over the street there is a market. The apartment was well equipped, you will find everything you need for a comfortable stay. Microwave, coffee machine, washing machine, iron and ironing board. The curtains are full black out.

The apartment itself had a view in the inside of the building, and I cannot tell, but it seemed like there was also the kitchen hood of some of the cafes nearby, so we were avoiding of opening the windows since the smell was very specific and unpleasant. Also some of reconstruction works were happening, outside, so the noise was hearing from the morning. Also the apartment didn't had a good sound insolation, the walls are very very thin we were able to hear the neighbours, when they were coming later, taking shower, and etc., Also we had an issue with hot water, one evening and next morning there were no hot water at all, but that was fixed later, and we were able to take warm shower in the evening! Thank you.

This is one exceptional property, very well kept and in a super great location. After walking around the city I can't think of a better, overall location. Indalina the hostess was very accommodating when we were late to our checking due to travel complications. Even so she took the extra time to explain the town and how to move around. This property sits on a pedestrian only section of a short street and across of a great market place. It has a lot of space and a balcony to a a great street view. It is a duplex with three rooms, all sparkly clean and with lots of space.

The unit was charming and had the essentials we needed. It was also in a very safe and well lighted location. Also liked proximity to everything, the subway is also just a few steps away. We also appreciated their efforts to make us comfortable.

During our stay, the water heater did not work the entire time in our unit. While it was inconvenient, we appreciated the fact that they still tried to make our stay comfortable by lending us the empty unit across ours for our shower needs. They tried to fix it, it just didn’t work. It was also explained to us since it was the holidays, parts were hard to source because stores were closed

Very helpful host, showed us around the apartment and highlighted various facilities in local area and places of interest on map of Porto and beyond. Apartment was very clean and comfortable, and in a great location on pedestrianised street opposite the fabulous Bolhao Market and within short walk of Porto's attractions. Previous reviews mentioned work taking place at the market, but all done now and we were really happy with location.

Excellent location opposite the bolhau market and the metro. Very comfortable bed and sofa. Exceptionally clean. Beautiful decor. Coffee maker. Lift. Great shower. Good WiFi. Great insulation from noise. Laundry area and powder / washing up liquid supplied.

Loved the layout and appreciated the outdoor space which would be useful for drying clothes but not for sitting out as no view and air con unit noise . This didn't put us off.

Location, location, location. We spent 4 days walking around Porto and our accommodation was never far away. Couldn't have been in a better spot. Room was very clean, bed comfortable (after all the walking) and the host was a very nice, helpful lady (thanks).

Instructions for the taxi driver were incorrect and we were delivered to the wrong location. A few phone calls were required before we were taken to the right place.

We stayed for 3 nights. The apartment is located just opposite Bolhāo Market and steps away from many attractions and popular cafes. Just use google map and you will discover all the nice ones nearby. Mantegaria is a couple of doors down while Fabrica de Nata is just around the block where Santa Catarina Chapel and shopping street are. We met the owner Nina/Lina upon check in and she explained about everything in the apartment and gave us a map highlighting the nearby attractions. The apartment is clean, has everything you need and it is well equipped. Even the sofa bed is big n comfy. We love Porto and would love to stay here again the next time we visit!

Everything was great.

The location was perfect. Our host, Idalina, was very helpful. She allowed us to store our luggage in secure, on site lockers, the day we left. Idalina gave us an overview of the city and showed us on a map where different key areas of interest were. The master bedroom on the 1st floor was absolutely beautiful. The wardrobes had plenty of space. The apartment was very modern and clean. The bath towels were big and thick - very nice. There were 2 hairdryers in the apartment. It was quiet in the evening for sleeping, as the road is a pedestrian way with no cars. The air conditioning worked well. The location was very central to get to the river area or up toward the church tower and train station where there is so much history. Such a beautiful and walkable city. I wish I was back there right now and would definitely stay here again.

Some extra outlets in the bedrooms on the 2nd floor would be nice to have but there were plenty on the 1st floor. There was no shampoo or conditioner, but we all had our own. This might be useful info for other travelers.
