The staff is amazing. I was contacted directly to ensure I knew how to check-in and get the keys. They are also very helpful in arranging transfers and providing tourist advice, where to eat, and what to see and do. We got a studio apartment and it is very spacious and light. The added kitchenette is handy. The location is superb, it is just across the road from the new renovated Mercado Balhao and a few steps away is a mini supermarket.

There is a long flight of stairs to get to the elevator so if you having heavy luggage, get some help.

I would like to thank the very friendly staff who accommodated us late at midnight after our flight to Porto got delayed. The apartment itself was fabulous, fully equipped and super clean. The location was absolutely incredible - at the very heart of the city, within a short walking distance to every major attraction. Everything was super close, even the supermarket was just around the corner. If you liked, you could even take a nice walk to the ocean along the scenic Douro river valley.

The only disadvantage of the location was a relatively noisy street - it wasn't very busy at night, however the noise from infrequent cars driving on cobblestones was unbearable at times. Luckily I had a set of earplugs with me, which saved me from sleepless nights.

The hospitality from this management team/host is superb with big shoutouts to Paulo & Raefela for their exceptional service! Comfy beds, hot water for at least 2 people, full kitchen, umbrella, and as pictured. Apartment faces major street but windows are great quality so we had no issues sleeping. Working elevator for 2 people with carry-on suitcases from 1st floor with stairs only from ground floor to 1st as advertised. Keys pickup/drop-off a few doors from apartment building, and there is someone there 24/7 😁 to greet you. Suggestion to host for a couple more hooks, and shelf to put items on in bathroom would be ideal. Absolutely wonderful stay, and wouldn’t hesitate to book again when in Porto!

This is a professionally managed, very clean, comfortable, beautifully decorated apartment. It is centrally located across Bolhao market and just a block over the shopping street, Santa Catarina. Very lively region not just with tourists, but locals as well. Plenty of great restaurants, cafes in the vicinity. It is slightly far from Ribeira/Gaia, but central Porto being fairly compact, it must not be more than 20 minutes to the river by foot. They have a 24/7 reception that is a couple doors down the apartment. They stored our luggage free of charge during both check-in and check-out, which was very convenient.

Large, clean, comfortable and stylish room - we liked design and facilities. Location is also good - there is a brand new market near (modern and affordable).

Our room was one on 1st floor right above the stairs - if you planning to sleep a lot - do not chose this one, because you will hear all oncoming guests with their luggage. For us it was not a problem at all - we were coming back late and started early. Be aware that they have a managing company for different apartments, so they will sent you huge bulk of useless messages (instructions, rules, recommendations and so on)

The location is unbeatable, just a short walk to the city center, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. It’s perfect for exploring the area on foot. The apartment is nice, clean, and very spacious. It had a warm and welcoming vibe. I was particularly impressed with the well-equipped kitchen, which had everything needed to cook a quick meal if you decide to eat in. Overall, this place exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort and convenience during their stay.

One thing to note is that the elevator starts on the second floor, so you’ll need to carry your luggage up one flight of stairs to access it. However, the receptionist was incredibly helpful and assisted us in bringing everything upstairs, which made the process much easier.

Very clean apartment in the heart of historic district of Porto and walking distance to many of the sightseeings. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly, always available to help. We stayed in a one bedroom apartment which had two double beds and two bathrooms. Very comfortable and well equipped!

Nothing negative just some points worth mentioning: As clearly mentioned in the description, there are a number of stairs to the first floor (it’s 30 stairs!) The soundproofing could be reinforced as an improvement.

The apartment is in an excellent location, directly opposite the market and a short walk from Sao Bento train station and many of Porto’s tourist sites. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly – they carried our luggage up a long flight of stairs to the elevator on the first floor, and gave us access to laundry facilities in a nearby building. Our apartment was comfortable, very clean and it was easy to prepare breakfast and simple meals. We were very happy with the apartment and enjoyed our stay very much..

The little loft was super cute and just like in the pictures. It was clean and cozy. The bathroom is very pretty. The location right next to the market is excellent. The YOUROPO office is also right down the road, so checking in and out were extremely easy and everyone was very friendly. We also got to lock our bags on our last day for as long as we wanted. Very recommended.

If you need help with your bags let them know beforehand because the stairs to the first floor where the elevator is could be a small challenge.

It was in a great location. Everything was in close proximity by foot or bus. Property was clean and good size. Staff were amazing! Very helpful and communicative. They also left me a nice Birthday surprise. Overall a great stay and definitely recommended.

Only that there was no lift to the first floor but it’s because the building is old but beautiful. Saying that staff are very helpful to bring the suitcases up to the first floor to the lift. The staircase leading to the first floor is so beautiful that it kind of makes up for lack of the lift.
