Location very good, apartment clean and spacious, quiet, staff friendly, reasonably well equipped.

House keeping was rather erratic. Coffee pods not topped up on a daily basis. We left towels out to be changed (part way through our week - but thought that they might have been changed halfway anyway?), the dirty towels disappeared but weren't all replaced (aah!) It would have been good to have a dish cloth to dry the dishes - rather than have to put the dishwasher on for a few items. Couldn't get into the safe - door was left closed so couldn't access to set the combination number. Shower in one of the bathrooms needed some maintenance - one of the shower heads didn't work.

It was a lovely apartment with a ensuite to one bedroom and a bathroom for 2nd bedroom. Very fresh looking, good ventilation and clean.

The receptionist was not entirely welcoming on our arrival. The apartment lacked a few things like extra toilet paper, dishwashing tablets, laundry powder, tea towels. We ended up locating the cleaning staff who happily provided this but it would have been easier if this was already there. The apartment has a washing machine which was useful but no clothes airer and nowhere to dry your clothes so one of those would be helpful.

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, thank you both Ana and Filipa for showing a very beautiful image of Porto and its lovely people! The location is very good, the apartment is spacious, clean, it has everything you need and it is very quiet weekday weekend day and night. On our last day, the flight was in at 6h30 PM so we asked if we can leave our luggages beyond check out time and the staff allowed us to keep them in the lobby, which we extremely appreciated! Thanks again Ana and Filipa! Would definitely come back!

The floor is a little squeaky in the master bedroom, it is kind of annoying if someone wants to move around while the other person is asleep.

The staff were very welcoming, wiling to help with anything we needed. The apartment is very well situated but not noisy at night. Everything was spotlessly clean. The breakfast was also perfect!

One flight of stairs . So if you have luggage and a stroller for a child like we did, it's a bit inconvenient to carry things up to the first floor after which there is a lift.

The apartment was very spacious, well-equipped, comfortable and stylish. The location is great with plenty of restaurants and the food market nearby. It's a short walk down the hill to the main sights. The buffet breakfast was excellent with a great choice and some home-made cakes and freshly squeezed orange juice. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay again.

We had no complaints at all.

The building is in the center, very close to restaurants/shops/coffee etc. The apartment is clean and new, and has all the facilities, you can make food, or do your laundry. Filipa and the staff is very friendly and helpful. They even let us stay a few more hours after checkout because out flight was delayed.

The 3 rooms are different in their size.

The apartment was not the duplex with stairs published in Booking. There is a building with apartments for renting, and we received one with the 2 bedrooms as requested. The breakfast is very good but served in another building 300 mts from the apartment

The check-in process was super easy, and the host was really friendly and welcoming, with the highest service level. The rooms are super-nice, including everything you need, and the cleaning was superb. Thanks for an amazing stay, will for sure return.

The staff was very friendly and helpful! they helped us with making sure our train from Lisbon is not delayed and were happy to direct us to some services we needed during our stay. beautiful spacious apartment, very clean, kitchen well equipped including dishwasher and laundry machine. comfy beds. The apartments are perfectly located in a central, but quiet area. walking distance from metro and bus stations. This is the best place we stayed at during our trip to Portugal

Accecibility- there are steep stairs at the entrance and then a very useful elevator that takes to you the upper floors. but the elevator is small. so when taking your luggage it may take a few cycles to get everything up :-)

The breakfast was lovely - mostly continental which is my preference with delicious fruit and very fresh tasty bread, but the lovely staff there were more than happy to serve eggs at request. The property is immaculate but cosy and decorated with superb taste.

A little street noise on weekend nights but not remotely problematic
