Location very good, apartment clean and spacious, quiet, staff friendly, reasonably well equipped.

House keeping was rather erratic. Coffee pods not topped up on a daily basis. We left towels out to be changed (part way through our week - but thought that they might have been changed halfway anyway?), the dirty towels disappeared but weren't all replaced (aah!) It would have been good to have a dish cloth to dry the dishes - rather than have to put the dishwasher on for a few items. Couldn't get into the safe - door was left closed so couldn't access to set the combination number. Shower in one of the bathrooms needed some maintenance - one of the shower heads didn't work.

It was a lovely apartment with a ensuite to one bedroom and a bathroom for 2nd bedroom. Very fresh looking, good ventilation and clean.

The receptionist was not entirely welcoming on our arrival. The apartment lacked a few things like extra toilet paper, dishwashing tablets, laundry powder, tea towels. We ended up locating the cleaning staff who happily provided this but it would have been easier if this was already there. The apartment has a washing machine which was useful but no clothes airer and nowhere to dry your clothes so one of those would be helpful.

I loved the location, so close to the wonderful market. Easy to walk to all the sights and some lovely little cafes right outside. The breakfast was amazing and worth the short walk to the sister hotel. Fantastic 'home cooked' chia puddings and other healthy offerings, as well as delicious cheeses, ham, eggs and pastries. The cakes were amazing, and made by one of the staff, Dina. Both Dina, and Ana were simply fabulous and deserve a special mention. Such hard working and friendly staff. Nothing was ever too much trouble and their personal touch made all the difference to our stay. The apartment itself had absolutely everything we needed for our stay, including washing machine, iron, ironing board and clothes drying rack, all of which were really useful as we stayed for 9 days. The kitchen was also just perfect for our needs.

The area is a little noisy, but that's the downside of being so close to such a popular market! I found that earplugs did the trick and blocked it out! The bed was 'ok', but not great. Whilst firm, it wasn't particularly supportive. Some instructions for the washing machine would have been useful. The controls weren't intuitive and it took a while to figure it out! That was the only small criticism I have of the apartment.

The staff were very friendly upon our arrival and had our keys ready and quickly provided all the information we needed. The room had one bedroom and one loft with lots of room for four of us. Very conveniently located to walk to most major tourist destinations in Porto within 15-20 minutes

The front door of the building is easy to miss, so you have to pay attention. The elevator is also extremely slow, so you have to be prepared to climb the stairs everytime you return.

The location was excellent, walking distance to many restaurants, shopping, & sites. Also the staff was kind and responsive, providing extra towels & pillows when we requested.

This is not really the problem of the lodging, but we suggest they document the washing machine instructions. What was written was insufficient. Even googling the manual gave obscure instructions and the icons on the machine were not explained. We had to guess which icon was washing and we had to guess which slot to put the soap. Sadly we got the guesses wrong and had to stay up past midnight to get the laundry rinsed enough. Breakfast was okay, could have more hot choices.

The communication with the team was clear and straightforward. On arrival, we were greeted by Ana who was very nice and friendly. As we were in a rush to head off to a scheduled activity, Ana promptly checked us in and gave us all the info we needed to leave and enter the premises. All very straightforward. We were also very lucky to have received an upgrade. Our group of 4 originally had a 2-bedroom apartment, but ended up having our own rooms. Was a very lovely surprise. I highly recommend this stay, and would return myself!

This was the perfect place for a group of four to stay. The apartment was clean and had all the amenities we needed. The staff was exceptional, so kind, and responsive. The breakfast was amazing, including protein options, juices, coffee/tea, breads and fresh homemade baked goods. The apartments are perfectly located 2 blocks from Bolhão market. They were very helpful with parking recommendations near the apartment and walked us through check in. I would definitely stay here again.

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, thank you both Ana and Filipa for showing a very beautiful image of Porto and its lovely people! The location is very good, the apartment is spacious, clean, it has everything you need and it is very quiet weekday weekend day and night. On our last day, the flight was in at 6h30 PM so we asked if we can leave our luggages beyond check out time and the staff allowed us to keep them in the lobby, which we extremely appreciated! Thanks again Ana and Filipa! Would definitely come back!

The floor is a little squeaky in the master bedroom, it is kind of annoying if someone wants to move around while the other person is asleep.

The staff were very welcoming, wiling to help with anything we needed. The apartment is very well situated but not noisy at night. Everything was spotlessly clean. The breakfast was also perfect!

One flight of stairs . So if you have luggage and a stroller for a child like we did, it's a bit inconvenient to carry things up to the first floor after which there is a lift.

The apartment was very spacious, well-equipped, comfortable and stylish. The location is great with plenty of restaurants and the food market nearby. It's a short walk down the hill to the main sights. The buffet breakfast was excellent with a great choice and some home-made cakes and freshly squeezed orange juice. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay again.

We had no complaints at all.
