The apartment was exceptional and in a good location

We booked Spot apartments as it had the facilities we wanted such as a washing machine, restaurant and the apartment had excellent reviews but when we got to reception we were told we were not staying in the apartment we had selected on your website. Instead we were told that we had to go to a different location where the keys were left in a key box. The young man at reception was very friendly and informative and highlighted everything on a map so we have no complaints about that but the apartment had no wardrobe nor washing machine so it was impractical.to sum it up we got a totally different apartment complex to what we booked 🤷‍♀️

The location was fantastic. We enjoyed our tin of sardines for breakfast and a coffee. Easy to enter the building and get the keys from the lock box and it was great to be near to the spot lounge to leave our luggage the following day as we explored Porto before a late flight.

There was no tea pot or tea strainer, which was frustrating as there was loose tea! I like my tea and I managed to make some using a jug and straining the leaves, but that meant it got a bit cold! The light over the table didn't work.

Lovely comfortable apartment with everything we needed for a weekend with friends. Great location.

The beds were a little small and had been made up as double beds. Since I was there with four friends, we separated them and used the spare linen in the cupboard to make them up as single beds. There were a lot of mosquitoes in the apartment, so it might be a good idea to provide some kind of repellent.

The building is classic and very nice. The position of the apartment is perfect for touring Oporto or to get close to the departure points of the Free Tours. There are places to have breakfast very close. It is also very clean and has everything you need to spend a few days whether you want to eat out or in the apartment. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, good rest.

At night sometimes some noises of cleaning trucks are heard, but nothing remarkable, in general, it is a quiet area to be so central.

The apartment was amazing, great space, great light, super comfy

They empty the trashes in the street 4 times a night. It makes a terrible noise and I could not sleep for most of my first night. It's was a bit more calm the next day, they came only once. So perfect place but take earplugs 😅

Location central but quiet area. Small outside sitting area and extras like coffee and biscuits. Loved the layout of the apartment. I would stay here again despite some issues.

Unfortunately the shower was not working and could only be used by hand. After clarifying on booking by message to confirm twin beds (as stated in description) and sofa bed 3 people the "twin beds" were made up as a double. We were given linen to change the beds as too late for housekeeping.

The house was really cute, ideal for 4 people since it had two separate bedrooms and a really spacious living room. We loved it and we totally recommend it. Sparkling clean and new renovated. Excellent location, downtown. One of us spent a day at the apartment working remotely, has a large table, so even for these purposes, it works perfectly.

Spotlessly clean; beautifully decorated and cool layout; comfortable beds; kitchen section really well equipped even with mini dishwasher which we did not use. Also, a little outdoor area. Picked up keys at a central reception area opposite Trinidade station: fantastic welcome. I was feeling dreadful with a terrible cold. While I waited for the room (I was early), Pedro (a Brazilian, I think his name was Pedro), made me hot tea with honey, which was so kind. They had comfy chairs and washrooms so if you arrive from a long journey and just want to wait for the room, no need to trek around.

I liked everything and would definitely stay here again or recommend staying here.

Perfect location, close to the grocery store and not far from Sao Bento station! The building was gorgeous and the apartment was spotless! The kitchen had many appliances and cutlery which was nice because you are able to cook without any problems. We had a wonderful stay!
