The room we had was excellent very comfortable bed and the seating at the table was wonderful. The bathroom was very modern and had a very good shower with plenty of hot water and a lot of pressure. The location is very close to Trinidade and Bolhao metro stations. The Catarina shopping street is a short walk from the apartment. There is a patisserie just next door where breakfast is served. All of the staff we felt with were extremely helpful and did their best to make our stay as pleasant as possible. There is also a lift in the building with access to all levels.

Need to have more coffee pods.

Excellent option for such an old city as Porto. The building is fully renovated, our apartment was new, clean and super spacious. It was almost full 1-bedroom apartment for the price of a small room in a good hotel. Super comfortable option. If you want to cook it has a fully equipped mini kitchen. Location is very convenient, there are plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, bakeries and 2 big supermarkets nearby. I'd recommend this option over any hotel unless you stay at some fancy 5 star hotel.

The apartment had 2 minuses: 1) It had single glass windows, we could hear noise from the street very well. The street was quiet after 12am, but before that time you can be disturbed by some drunk people returning from bars. It wasn't a big deal for us, we were going to bed at 11pm and could fall asleep, but if you are very sensitive or need to go to bed early, ask whether they have rooms with windows at a backyard. 2) Very slow and unstable wi-fi connection. We had 5G European SIM cards, so it's a big problem for us, but if you to watch Netflix and YouTube, you might not be able to do that.

What a perfect location! Surrounded by amenities & landmarks. The property is immaculately clean and fashionably yet comfortably decorated. The staff was friendly, provided useful hints on traveling within the city, places to eat & special sights to visit. They were personable and always accessible. They even gave us two small complementary bottles of port! Beautiful building and lovely flat. We booked two apartments - one was a studio and the other a two bedroom. We would absolutely come here again.

The accommodations were perfect. The staff was more than helpful and so warm and friendly. Nothing needs to be improved. We highly recommend this property. Book it now! You won't regret it!

The apartment was really clean, and was well stocked with toiletries and kitchen utensils (although we didn't use the kitchen facilities). The hob, sink and fridge were hidden away very neatly in a unit that looked like a minimalist sideboard - very good use of space. Air con worked well. The bedroom and bathroom were lovely - very high quality finish.

I would have liked a plug socket in the bedroom.

Porto Old Town is located within easy walking distance of most of the city's attractions. The place is quiet and comfortable. I was there during the Great Iberian Blackout and in the dark fell and sprained my wrist badly. I cannot say enough about the kindness of the staff, who went out of their way to help me.

There was no kitchen sink for me to wash the dishes.

Prime Location between Bolhão and Trindade Metro stations (Walking distance). Restaurants /Super Markets / Shops are near by. City attractions were close by and my 5 year old was able to walk there without any issues (of course we took break in cafeterias to taste the local food 😊)

Suggestion: I would suggest hosts to provide a demo (video) in opening the room door locks when we get into the room first time, because the door locks seems to be difficult to open. some technique is involved. We have called hosts to come again (outside of apartments - inconvenience for them) and open it for us which can be avoided for future guests. We were lucky that we tried it during day time instead of midnight. Also demo for the AC remote would be good as we were struggling to set the right temperature during the night.

Great location near the Mercado and a short walk from the river. The studio was probably bigger than we needed but it didn't matter. Everything we needed was there and the staff were very helpful and friendly

Nothing could be improved. Our bedroom was at the back so no street noise but there was an air conditioning unit running 24/7 outside our window. On the plus side it was a constant hum so after initial concern it didn't bother us and Im not a great sleeper

We stayed in a two bedroom suite which was perfect for our group of four adults. Clean and spacious. Having a huge living room was a big bonus. Location was perfect, right in the middle of everything and easy to get to from the aiport on the metro. Great value for money. The staff were friendly and also allowed us to store our luggage there for the day after we checked out.

Good location, helpful lady on the front desk who highlighted on a map many of the key places to visit on arrival. Nice room with all the amenities we required and the bed was very comfortable. Arranged for a very nice driver to take us back to the airport for our early morning flight

Prefer key card entry to room/premises rather than physical keys

I loved the location, especially near the market and shops, as well as all the historic attractions. Great hidden kitchenette, espresso provided, comfy bed.

I didn't get arrival information -- but there was actually someone waiting at the front desk near the door to let me in and check in and show me the studio -- it was totally seamless. I would have liked to know that information ahead of time.
