The room we had was excellent very comfortable bed and the seating at the table was wonderful. The bathroom was very modern and had a very good shower with plenty of hot water and a lot of pressure. The location is very close to Trinidade and Bolhao metro stations. The Catarina shopping street is a short walk from the apartment. There is a patisserie just next door where breakfast is served. All of the staff we felt with were extremely helpful and did their best to make our stay as pleasant as possible. There is also a lift in the building with access to all levels.

Need to have more coffee pods.

What a perfect location! Surrounded by amenities & landmarks. The property is immaculately clean and fashionably yet comfortably decorated. The staff was friendly, provided useful hints on traveling within the city, places to eat & special sights to visit. They were personable and always accessible. They even gave us two small complementary bottles of port! Beautiful building and lovely flat. We booked two apartments - one was a studio and the other a two bedroom. We would absolutely come here again.

Prime Location between Bolhão and Trindade Metro stations (Walking distance). Restaurants /Super Markets / Shops are near by. City attractions were close by and my 5 year old was able to walk there without any issues (of course we took break in cafeterias to taste the local food 😊)

Suggestion: I would suggest hosts to provide a demo (video) in opening the room door locks when we get into the room first time, because the door locks seems to be difficult to open. some technique is involved. We have called hosts to come again (outside of apartments - inconvenience for them) and open it for us which can be avoided for future guests. We were lucky that we tried it during day time instead of midnight. Also demo for the AC remote would be good as we were struggling to set the right temperature during the night.

Great location near the Mercado and a short walk from the river. The studio was probably bigger than we needed but it didn't matter. Everything we needed was there and the staff were very helpful and friendly

Nothing could be improved. Our bedroom was at the back so no street noise but there was an air conditioning unit running 24/7 outside our window. On the plus side it was a constant hum so after initial concern it didn't bother us and Im not a great sleeper

The location. It is walking distance to the main station Sao Bento (that links to Lisbon), walking distance to the metro stations, walking distance to shopping centres and local markets, lots of places to eat. Staff were super helpful and friendly. The apartment was very clean.

Nothing to do with Porto Apartment exactly. Just note that walking from Sao Bento station (though nearby) will mean lugging your luggage over cobblestones walkways going up a hill to Porto.

I loved the location, especially near the market and shops, as well as all the historic attractions. Great hidden kitchenette, espresso provided, comfy bed.

I didn't get arrival information -- but there was actually someone waiting at the front desk near the door to let me in and check in and show me the studio -- it was totally seamless. I would have liked to know that information ahead of time.

After a long search on various websites, I came across this fantastic place, it was my first experience in apartment hotels and I was a little skeptical, however I found myself very well, cleanliness on par with a high-level hotel, the huge apartment with lots of light, bright and welcoming, unfortunately we were only in Porto for a short stay, but everything is there, including a kitchenette! a no rush week stay is ideal to enjoy one of these apartments. really central location, metro 2 minutes walk. Andreia at the desk was very kind and professional, she gave us many valuable suggestions, and provided some maps indicating all the possible attractions. very recommended, definitely to recommend to friends for a stay in Porto

Convenient location, close to Mercado Bolhao, without being in the very crowded downtown area. Room is spacious and front desk staff is really helpful and provided prompt response.

Can hear the street noise (people talking and cars) at night. It is a little bit annoying, but did not affect our sleep too much, as the noise come and go. At least this is better than having nightlife spots or noisy restaurants on the street. The restaurants and shops are closed at night, it is just the people and cars passing by. The kitchen is kind of useless, not equipped to do any real cooking. Can only boil water using the electric kettle, or heat up some food with the microwave.

What a wonderful place to stay after walking the Camino. We were 4 people staying in a Two bedroom Apartment. Think 6 people can stay here (sofa bed in lounge) The guy from Mozambique was super friendly and helpful, in fact all the staff were excellent. Two of our group wanted to stay another day, and the staff went out of their way to organize this for us. The kitchenette is small and you can not really cook there, but it is good for a light meal. Close to the Trindade metro station, that will take you to the airport. There are also taxi's at the station that cost 23 Euro's to the airport. We left our extra luggage (while walking the camino) at Porto sao Bento Luggage storage Souvenirs Baixa) for 3 Euro's per bag. This was just 600m from the apartment.

Attentive staff, spacious room, the view from the balcony, and the elevator. We were given a map and recommendations right when we checked in. Complimentary bottle of tawny port wine in the room. Room had plenty of amenities including fridge, stove, silverware, dishes, and water bottles.

Hot water tank was a bit small, but we were accommodated for this. No ventilation in bathroom. Operating the shower required a bit of a learning curve.
