This hotel is just perfect! The interior design is fabulous. You can see beautiful flowerpots with amazing plants everywhere. The rooms are soundproof, so it is very quiet despite being close to the metro station. Staff are very helpful and friendly. It's a place you don't want to leave :)

The hotel was new with a modern interior design and landscaped garden areas that made it feel like an oasis in an urban setting. I booked a studio unit and found the apartment well designed, efficient layout, nice bathroom & mini-kitchen. The gym was well equipped for a small gym and the hotel was adjacent to the local subway station.

Although I liked the location, if you want to be in the "old town or waterfront" this was 15 minutes walking distance from those areas. Porto is a smaller city so nothing seemed too far by foot. I also appreciated that the location was quiet.

I wished I’d read the breakfast arrangement more carefully(though it was a struggle to find it) Having the same thing delivered to the room every day got a bit tedious even though it was good quality. We ended up wasting quite a lot and would not have ordered it every day for a week if we’d realised what it would be. Also, we were disappointed that there was no outdoor furniture to sit on our little balcony/terrace Everything else about our stay was very good!

I stayed here with my sister, it's a really good location, walking distance from main attraction and city centre yet also far enough from the noise and hustle so it's in a really lovely, quiet area. It's close to some great restaurants, cafes and massage parlours. The staff are really friendly and accommodating, the decor and interior of the grounds inside etc are beautiful. They also give you a welcome hamper which we thought was a really cute touch! There's a shop on site which is nice and convenient - bought a few things from here. There's a gym on site, which we appreciated. The beds are comfortable, great shower and there's a kitchen with all the utensils etc you would need.

So I think something that I would say could be improved is, there's a lot of decor in the actual bedroom and I appreciate it's part of the aesthetics but in terms of practicality, it would be better to have that space to move around and be used for things like storing or putting your luggage. It felt a little tight - like the shelf with all the vases - personally I think it just took up a lot of space where the room could have been left to be more open for living space and perhaps having shelves against the wall instead to store vanity products, other products etc on - that was just our opinion - it would have made it a bit more comfortable I think.

Great location and easy walk anywhere or close to Metro station. Staff was so friendly, kind, and helpful. This is an ecofriendly type of place with a calm feel about it. Really nice quality and very clean. Lovely decor and full kitchen to cook if you want. Great setup and concept.

Some of the decor is a bit impractical. We understand that a mood was created there but the lighting could be brighter esp in living/dining area. A lamp on the floor is not very useful. Could also use more outlets for phone charging. Counterspace is minimal so we had to put the microwave on the stovetop. A small table to the side for the microwave would have been appreciated. Upstairs well equipped. Could use more shelving in bathroom for personal items.

The apartment was spacious, beautifully decorated and immaculately clean and had a lovely feel to it. It had everything we needed for a self-catering stay. The bed was also very comfortable. Once you entered the door from the street into the complex it was a little oasis in the middle of town.

At first, I wasn't sure of the location as it is a 20-minute walk to the riverside. However, on exploring further, it is a great location for discovering hidden gems of restaurants and other attractions. Only two things I would improve are better lighting in the bathroom and a handrail on the stairs up to the bedroom, but these are personal preferences and not a criticism.

First of all the property was furnished impeccably and aesthetically - so it makes the stay like an oasis away from the actual neighbourhood the hotel is situated at. Equipped with a small gym, and the room has almost everything you would need for a comfortable stay.

For my room I was required to climb a small flight of stairs - though the very friendly staff who welcomed me at check in helped me lug the luggage all the way up. Could imagine this would be an issue for people with mobility issues - though perhaps you can request this upon booking? Can try. For my room there were 2 levels akin to a loft, the air conditioning system on the first floor takes some time to cool down the second level - which sometimes make it such that the first floor is much colder than the second. Definitely not a big issue though. The neighbourhood the hotel is situated in had construction work happening around - not noisy in the room itself.

The apartment was beautifully laid out, and I loved the artistic design. The location was central to everything we wished to see and experience in Porto. The staff was very friendly, and while we did not take advantage of many offerings, each interaction was enjoyable. I loved the welcome basket, which was exceptional, and the downstairs living room was inviting after a long day enjoying the city.

Tiny and primarily insignificant things, but the door design, while artistic and visually appealing, made it difficult to enter or exit the apartment with any sort of baggage or load. My wife was slightly irritated with hauling the microwave from the upper cupboard. Neither of these were showstoppers

Very kind staff and amazing property!! Courtyard was picturesque and the apartment was even more beautiful.
