This hotel is just perfect! The interior design is fabulous. You can see beautiful flowerpots with amazing plants everywhere. The rooms are soundproof, so it is very quiet despite being close to the metro station. Staff are very helpful and friendly. It's a place you don't want to leave :)

First of all the property was furnished impeccably and aesthetically - so it makes the stay like an oasis away from the actual neighbourhood the hotel is situated at. Equipped with a small gym, and the room has almost everything you would need for a comfortable stay.

For my room I was required to climb a small flight of stairs - though the very friendly staff who welcomed me at check in helped me lug the luggage all the way up. Could imagine this would be an issue for people with mobility issues - though perhaps you can request this upon booking? Can try. For my room there were 2 levels akin to a loft, the air conditioning system on the first floor takes some time to cool down the second level - which sometimes make it such that the first floor is much colder than the second. Definitely not a big issue though. The neighbourhood the hotel is situated in had construction work happening around - not noisy in the room itself.

Where do I start? This hotel is top notch! From the moment we arrived we felt welcomed. We were scheduled for a noon check-in but we arrived hours early. The team worked their butt off to get us into our room at 10 (we arrived at 915). When we walked in wow!! The decor was absolutely beautiful and has everything you need and more. On the table was a bottle of wine, crackers and chocolate with a personalized note. Next day after dinner a box of biscuits with a hand written HBD to my husband note. If that wasn’t enough we also received a really nice tote for each of us (4 of them). You communicate with the team via their chat and I swear they are sitting in front of it because I would have an answer in mins and/or a knock at the door with whatever I requested in the chat. The beds and couch is super comfortable and the breakfast they offer is an experience I recommend. Everything is homemade and so fresh. To close out the level of service this team provides after we checked out and they cleaned the room I got a text from them telling me that we forgot a shirt and a pair of sunglasses and how should they proceed. I told them not to worry about either but I have left stuff in hotels before and NEVER have they called me to ask how they should get it back to me. Just in case you didn’t get it from my review (lol) I’m absolutely in love with the people and this hotel. I will be referring this hotel to my travel agent friend and when we come back to Porto this will be my hotel of choice.

Everything was absolutely amazing! It exceeded expectations!

The apartment was beautifully laid out, and I loved the artistic design. The location was central to everything we wished to see and experience in Porto. The staff was very friendly, and while we did not take advantage of many offerings, each interaction was enjoyable. I loved the welcome basket, which was exceptional, and the downstairs living room was inviting after a long day enjoying the city.

Tiny and primarily insignificant things, but the door design, while artistic and visually appealing, made it difficult to enter or exit the apartment with any sort of baggage or load. My wife was slightly irritated with hauling the microwave from the upper cupboard. Neither of these were showstoppers

Amazing little hidden place in the middle of the city while remaining super calm. Our studio was well furnished, with great taste. We also ordered breakfast with the property, which was dropped in front of our door in the morning - grat quality and enough quantity. Also, the location, really close to the city center by walk and literally next to the metro station was pretty perfect! Finally, the little market of the place where you can fill up on snacks and basic food offers great products to complete a meal or start with an apero at home!

Nothing to complain about!

Renovated in May 2022, everything is new and thoughtfully designed, to make you stay in an home away from home. You will find even toaster, cooking book & cooking oil in the kitchen:) BOA has excellent app/page for giving visitors information about front door codes, useful tips about apartment itself and also about nearby restaurants/shops/winery's. Was really practical. Plus you can chat through that system with the reception and all the requests are answered quickly. Excellent service, would def recommend. Location is also good, main metro station really close, main attractions, restaurants etc in walking distance.
