Complimentary port was a lovely gesture 😊 Amazing buffet breakfast and the staff on duty each morning were very efficient.

Check in was disappointing, the receptionist on duty was not welcoming and left the desk whilst we waited for our room key. We waited around for 10 minutes or so and asked another staff member and she sorted it all out immediately and was a very pleasant lady.

localization was great, staff very kind and able to solve any request in few minutes. room was very clean, bed comfortable. You can see that design are new. breakfast very good with delicious local sweets.

It was excellent having the metro right in front of the hotel. Easy access for getting from and to the airport . Was delighted also to get a private balcony with our room on the top floor,it's was an excellent bonus . The breakfast buffet was excellent each morning with a great selection of hot and cold food The hotel very kindly gave us a breakfast bag on the last morning as we were checking out very early at 4am. Would highly recommend this hotel and we will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Porto.

It was a bit noisy with a busy road and metro In front of the hotel but we did get ust to it after a day or two.

They have a wonderful breakfast from 7 am to 10 am, it has many choices starting from sweats and ending with a good omelet including bacon, the staff is very friendly and can help you 24/7.

The hotel has only 1 elevator, and you can easily wait 5 to 10 min for the elevator in the morning or after the breakfast due the fact that everyone is trying to go somewhere.

We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Trindade. Our twin room was clean, quiet, spacious - you could do yoga/exercise in the hallway, and the bed was comfortable. There's lots of wardrobe space and a fridge to store your food. We love the books and free water in the room and appreciated the complementary glass of Porto wine. The hotel is only a few minutes walk to Trindade Metro station (when you come out, walk to the traffic lights, cross the road and turn left - the hotel is just up the hill). Everything is in close proximity. Bolhao, the shopping area, is less than 10 minutes away, Sao Bento station is about a 15 minute walk (depending on your pace), the cathedral is another 10 minute walk from Sao Bento. Porto has good public transportation but we walked everywhere. There are 2 laundrettes nearby if your staying for a longer period. I recommend going to the one in Bolhao as it's bigger and have more machines. A wash is around €3.80 and drying is €1.80 for 15 minutes. You don't need washing detergent and fabric softener as the machines already have them. You pay by cash. The staff were friendly and helpful, particularly the breakfast and bar staff.

Breakfast is basic but probably enough for most people. An iron and ironing board would've been helpful. Wi-fi can be sluggish on a tablet but ok on a phone but this is probably because we're on the 8th floor. These are minor issues and didn't dampen our stay. I'd still recommend you try Hotel Trindade.

Amazing place! So close to the Trinidade train station (but don't worry, you can't hear the trains running). We found this place to be such a great central location. The breakfast buffet was plentiful. For a traditional Portugese food, we recommend Churrasqueira Lameiras (it's a short walk from this hotel) it was cheap and very big portions. We would definitely stay at Porto Trinidade hotel again!

People where nice, clean and big room with nice view. The bed was super comfortable and had everything you need.
