The most beautiful old style house converted to a hotel with tiled old floors and old world wide winding staircase. The location was a few minutes from Trindade station, and 20 mins easy stroll to the old town and 600 meters from one of the market Bolhao. Nice room, big room with really nice wide wooden pine floors, clean towels, good air condition .

No issues

Big bright room and large bathroom. Shower pressure was insane, hands down best shower I have ever had. Great area, well connected; the station was about 7 mins walk and you could get to the airport in 30 mins (for 2 euros) Host was great, provided all instructions ahead of time, and was overall very nice.

The floor was very creaky and you could hear every step from the people above. When people would go down the stairs this was also very loud. I slept with ear plugs but if you’re very sensitive and to noise you should consider a that. There was no mirror in the room- definitely something to address, even a small one would do so you don’t have to wait for the bathroom when getting ready.

Convenient location with good public transport options nearby. Clean rooms, and the staff kept up with daily cleaning. Check-in was smooth, and the staff communicated well via chat.

The noise level was unbearable, making it difficult for us to sleep. We were told to walk more gently, which we understand. We had trouble getting fresh towels on our last night. The staff has a policy that towels on the floor will be replaced, but even though we followed this rule, they assumed we hadn’t. It would have been better if they acknowledged the oversight instead of assuming we didn’t follow the guidelines.

You will receive via Whatsapp a code for the front door and a code for your room. You will have no in person contact with any staff other than the cleaning crew so it's a little different experience than a typical hotel. However, communication with the "reception desk" is excellent and Joao (with whom we communicated) speaks perfect English. Our room was large and spotlessly clean and had plenty of storage, a nice couch, a little table and a balcony. The bed was very comfortable, the a/c worked well and the shower was one of the best of our trip. Water and tea were provided and appreciated. There is a common room on the first floor with vending machines, a microwave and a bathroom. Storage lockers are provided for bag storage before checkin and after checkout. The location was great and we recommend this hotel.

The only thing we wish we had was a mini fridge.

Amazing place. We came here after a negative experience with another accommodation and it was such a relief to find such a clean and comfortable place to stay. They even upgraded us to a larger room and it was very luxurious for the price we paid. The staff was very helpful as they sent all the necessary information beforehand. The self-service lockers for putting luggage before check-in and after check-out was great. We will definitely be back here next time we are in Porto!

Honestly nothing I can think of

Very spacious and clean room. Close to metro (Trindade), it's possible to walk downtown as well. One can leave the luggage in an own storage department inside the building before checking in/after checking out. Communication before/during/after the stay was superb! Everything was very pleasant! And when I return to Porto, I'd like to book a room in "Turista da Trindade" again.

Nothing to "dislike", but just be aware there's no elevator - especially when carrying heavy luggage, that's a bit tough ;)

Great location, centrally in Porto and near Trinidade metro station. Good clear communication with the property. Rooms clean and comfortable.

Wifi could be better. Rooms are a bit basic but there is coffee available in the lobby. Still with the price and location, it's still a very good place to stay.

everything about this was great. the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff, the easy ability to store luggage before and after checkout , wonderful room ,location was perfect ,very clean ,microwave and vending machine downstairs. close to cafes local dine in , close to metro the extra touches including bottle water, a kettle and a large bath towel/sheet it was so good I rebooked when I came back to Porto

The hotel is in a very good location. The arrangements that allowed us to leave our luggage before check in and after check out were a real help! The rooms were comfortable and had everything we needed for our one night stay. Communicating with the host was easy and they were very quick to answer. The transport that they helped us secure from the airport was excellent also.

We walked in to one of our rooms and found that there had been a leak from the ceiling and the floor and some bedding was wet. The young lady on site quickly resolved the situation, a new room was found for us and it did not impact our stay in any way. The lodging handled it very professionally and in a very timely fashion.

The location was great as it was easy to get to the centre, shopping area and airport. Luggage storage facilities was a plus too. The room perfectly served our needs and the breakfast was generous and delicious!

It was all good. It would have been nice to have an on-site lounge /bar but we knew it didn’t when we booked.
