Fantastic location just a short walk to the metro and down the hill into Porto old town. Comfy beds and hot shower in a spacious apartment. Fantastic communication from the company. Amazing transfer service (highly recommend!) Sergio our driver gave us so many tips and was super helpful getting us into our apartment after a very late arrival due to flight delays. Kitchen was small but had everything needed! lovely complimentary bottle of wine too! The bag drop and lounge was fantastic and really helpful to rest the legs of the kids charge up our phones before heading to the airport!

It was very easy to get to the flat, as it's close to the Trindade metro station (city centre). Check-in was automatic with a code to take the keys, and all instructions were clear, All good nothing to report,

The flat was on the 4th floor (with lift) and there was no traffic noise, quite big rooms and cleanliness OK There was also a bottel of white wine, in the kitchen :) I was with kids, and I can tell this apartment it's ok, if you are trvelling with your family and kids,

Big space, all the amenities, centrally located, shops, restaurant nearby, excellent facility to store luggage in their reception. Overall, will recommend the property to stay with family.

- Cleaning needs improvement - when asked for some replacement like kettle, Blanket, they could not provide saying that it’s 1st January and stores are closed. I am surprised with this response as they have charged money for stay and they must provide service of basic needs. I found the excuse as unacceptable.

Think that a hand side rail would be a good investment for health & safety purposes as you have to climb up concrete stairs to a lift to get to your apartment floor just no teaspoons in the apartment

Great amount of space ! Comfortable beds , air conditioning and great location. Staff were very helpful and promptly replied to my messages . The sink drainage seemed to have a problem in the bathroom but as we only stayed one night, we didn’t think worth getting staff out. We will definitely use spot apartments again .

I like the facilities in the apartment, the location was very good and near the train station. The apartment was very clean and the check in was easy. Very recommended to a group stay.

Have stayed 3 times think for health & safety a hand rail is necessary for going up the stairs to the lift quite skippy when wet

Very roomy. Bed was comfortable. Lots of lights and mirrors.Good location. There is an elevator to your floor!

Kitchen utensils were sparse. And like the other reviews, you can get water on the bathroom floor when you shower..

Staff was especially kind, also the driver...And photos are truthful about the flat. It was clean and light and spacy. Its really in the center, close to Trindade metro station. It is perfect for 4 or 5 people.

Kitchen is not so much well equipped and the fridge had a wrong smell. In the bathroom there is no shelf what is a bit interesting and not so comfortable for more people..
