The studio is really central, it's easy to move around Porto by foot or public transport. You can easily walk everywhere from there and it's just 15 min from the Jardim do Morro, the best place in town to see the sunset.

Location, quicky check-in, communication of employees

The room they gave us was not the one in the photos. The room was very small and there were no necessary items in the bathroom. There were a lot of items in the kitchen, but for those who do not use the kitchen, it is ridiculous that there is nothing in the bathroom. The bed was for 1.5 people, not 2 people. The bed linens were like plastic, you can wake up from the sound of turning over in bed :) The most important problem is that the parking information is not accurate. Parking is paid - 18 euros - when we went they said there was no space. 1-2 nights is ok, but not longer

Arranged airport transfer to the office and return from property with hosts and arrived at office before opening times. A short wait and were met by the team who were superb. Our stay was in the top floor apartment, it was spacious clean and more than acceptable. Bed was very firm but incredibly comfortable. A centrally located apartment in a very quiet area. We live in a semi rural area and the city noises did not intrude on our enjoyment. Restaurant and bar facilities very convenient, metro a 5 minute walk and local buses in abundance. Lovely little cafe at the end of the road. If you wish to cook facilities to do so are there but we did not. We are not experienced in travel abroad and things were easy and very reassuring. Locals are just brilliant - helpful and friendly. Yes the property stairs are steep - so if you have read the reviews then dont complain after the fact. Obrigado - Diolch yn Fawr - thank you

Bathroom was excellent. Kitchen appliances were clean, new and worked well. Easy to get to by train or bus. VERY near a major metro station. Close to a grocery store. Staff was pleasant and efficient, but you MUST go to their office to get the code to the lockbox (thankfully not too far away). The room felt safe and had solid doors at street entry and into the unit.

All the window blinds were in some state of disrepair. The beds were extremely hard and we had trouble sleeping on them. There was no microwave. No soundproofing; other guests came in late and apparently drunk and woke us every night.

The apartment is in a great location in the heart of Porto and close to Trindade Metro which is easy to hop on the get to the airport. Love the modern apartment, large double bed, and sofa bed for two adults. There is a kitchenette, coffee maker, fridge, oven, and microwave. No laundry but there is a heated drying rack, hand wash your clothes and place them on the heated drying rack. Great for a 1 week stay even though we stayed only 3 days. Great value for the money compared to other hotels in Porto.

No elevators and stairs can tricky to navigate, have to walk slowly and carefully when carrying luggage. The apartment can get hot.

I arrived too early for the check-in. Via WhatsApp, I was given instructions to drop off my luggage and then visit their office for check-in. The receptionist was very nice and gave me a lot of Porto tips. My friend suddenly decided to join me, so we had to request extra linens for this new plus one, and they adjusted with us quickly. The place is so close to the metro station (and therefore the airport to rent a car or whatever) and a good walking distance to everything else.

The staircase to the room was a bit of a workout with luggage.

easy communication, good central location, everything we needed, clean and comfortable, good recommendations given, home from home-weather was so good we really only slept at the apartment and spent most of the time out and about

not the hosts fault but work being done on nearby property meant our lie ins weren't for as long as we might have wished for

Everything was perfect - from the very beginning to the end. Clean, quiet, new and complete kitchen equipment. Everything according to description. Appartment located in the city center, so there is no problem to find any place by bus or on feet.

Super happy with this accomondation! It was very easy check-in at their office location & also when we arrived the apartmant was ready so they let us go inside one hour ealier. Last day they also let us leave our lugaggr until it was our time to hit the airport. The apartmant was very clean, comfortable & spacious. They left us some coffee alongside with bottled water.

Nothing, everything was good!

Ideal apartment for a couple staying in Porto. Shops, restaurants and cafes all close by. About a 15 to 20 minute walk to the River. All amenities are in the apartment, and it's nice and quiet with windows shutting out the noise. Met in the apartment by a very helpful lady, who talked us through all the things to see in Porto. This place is highly recommended.
