LOCATION WAS EXCELLENT. ROOM WAS QUITE LARGE. BED WAS COMFORTABLE. THE WALLS BETWEEN ROOMS ARE VERY THIN THOUGH - SO YOU WILL HEAR YOUR NEIGHBORS FOR SURE.

THE WATER PRESSURE IN THE BATHROOM IS A BIT LOW SO IT WAS QUITE DIFFICULT TO SHOWER.I WAS QUITE CONCERNED ABOUT ALL THE BAD REVIEWS ABOUT LEAVING THE MONEY IN THE SAFE, AND THAT SOMEONE WILL BANG YOUR DOOR IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT TO ASK YOU FOR THE MONEY, LUCKILY THIS DIDNT HAPPEN TO M

Everything was perfect. The room is bigger than from pictures, actually it's a small flat with two rooms so you are sharing a kitchen and bathroom with one room. The cleaning service was there everyday, everything was clean. The room was warm, with heater and new window. Maybe don't take others that much serious, because this winter in Lisbon was horrible but this apartment is without mold, it is not humid and it doesn't smell bad (like other apartments in Portugal this winter). So we were surprised a lot. And the location is perfect (in the city center, one minute from Continente, Market de Bolhao and also one minute from best biffanas in Porto Conga)

the location is great, just next to Mercado do Bolhão, walkable to anywhere. The place is very clean, cleaners are there everyday. My room facing the backyard is very quiet, with some sunshine in the morning. The room is very big, with a great glass door leading to small balcony. the bathroom is clean and big with good shower. I saw some bad reviews but that’s not my experience here. Very comfortable place.

The electric stove is not working. It will be much better if there’s a working desk and chair in the room

Good place to stay for 1 night in Porto. It was already our second time here before our Camino. Great location, the bathroom is only among 2 rooms. Great price for what you get here. Could only recommend for short stays for sure. I didn't have any problems with check-in, everything was provided in advance. No need to leave the city tax in a box anymore, it is now charged via Booking.

The room was one of two in a shared apartment. It's right near the city center so we could always walk around; two metro stations are near it so the location is great. The room is okay for a short stay.

There wasn't a lot of surface space where to put backpacks and such so the room was a bit messy. Also we didn't know there would be a cleaning surface so we left some things in the bathroom which were thrown away.

Great apartment, just the essentials. The room is spacious, double bed with a fan and cupboards. Bathroom and kitchen is outside the room but we didn’t have to share with other guests. Great location, quite central. Clean and spacious but no bells and whistles just the essentials.

The property was quite clean and neat when we checked in. The process was pretty straight forward and explained well via message before checking in. The location is excellent. It is very central in Porto, and right next to the Bolhao market. Most of the sites you want to see can be walked within 15 minutes except maybe the beach.

Nothing that I didn’t like. If I was nitpicking, no elevators may be a problem for some travelers.

Communication with the staff, one of the numbers on a key safe wouldn’t work so we messaged a property with no reply, someone in the building (we don’t know who that was) came down and without a word pressed different code and opened our key safe so we got the keys out. Next morning we were leaving early, we were worried where to leave the keys in case key safe wouldn’t open. All we got from the staff was the message that we HAVE to leave the key in the key safe. It didn’t work of course so we left in the room and message the property. No one replied. So yeah customer service not the best. Or if you don’t want to contact people just change the code on a key safe.

It’s location is perfect. Tidy and clean shared space. Utensils are available 🙂

Hopefully they install AC for hot days, Wonderful though,Fans are provided. Still loved it 🥰

A good location it was important. Very clean ,quiet , good price and perfect for a few days just only in summer.

-It wasn't a proper apartment like booking shows, it was a room with a shared bathroom and kitchen. Unfortunately there weren't any wardrobes and bedside in the room. -The room was very cool.
