LOCATION WAS EXCELLENT. ROOM WAS QUITE LARGE. BED WAS COMFORTABLE. THE WALLS BETWEEN ROOMS ARE VERY THIN THOUGH - SO YOU WILL HEAR YOUR NEIGHBORS FOR SURE.

THE WATER PRESSURE IN THE BATHROOM IS A BIT LOW SO IT WAS QUITE DIFFICULT TO SHOWER.I WAS QUITE CONCERNED ABOUT ALL THE BAD REVIEWS ABOUT LEAVING THE MONEY IN THE SAFE, AND THAT SOMEONE WILL BANG YOUR DOOR IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT TO ASK YOU FOR THE MONEY, LUCKILY THIS DIDNT HAPPEN TO M

Everything was perfect. The room is bigger than from pictures, actually it's a small flat with two rooms so you are sharing a kitchen and bathroom with one room. The cleaning service was there everyday, everything was clean. The room was warm, with heater and new window. Maybe don't take others that much serious, because this winter in Lisbon was horrible but this apartment is without mold, it is not humid and it doesn't smell bad (like other apartments in Portugal this winter). So we were surprised a lot. And the location is perfect (in the city center, one minute from Continente, Market de Bolhao and also one minute from best biffanas in Porto Conga)

The property was quite clean and neat when we checked in. The process was pretty straight forward and explained well via message before checking in. The location is excellent. It is very central in Porto, and right next to the Bolhao market. Most of the sites you want to see can be walked within 15 minutes except maybe the beach.

Nothing that I didn’t like. If I was nitpicking, no elevators may be a problem for some travelers.

A simple room with a shared bathroom (only other room so it wasn’t too bad). Comfortable bed and an ok location.

Communication with the staff, one of the numbers on a key safe wouldn’t work so we messaged a property with no reply, someone in the building (we don’t know who that was) came down and without a word pressed different code and opened our key safe so we got the keys out. Next morning we were leaving early, we were worried where to leave the keys in case key safe wouldn’t open. All we got from the staff was the message that we HAVE to leave the key in the key safe. It didn’t work of course so we left in the room and message the property. No one replied. So yeah customer service not the best. Or if you don’t want to contact people just change the code on a key safe.

A good location it was important. Very clean ,quiet , good price and perfect for a few days just only in summer.

-It wasn't a proper apartment like booking shows, it was a room with a shared bathroom and kitchen. Unfortunately there weren't any wardrobes and bedside in the room. -The room was very cool.

Location is really good and the studio was amazing. I was a solo traveler, but for a couple is more than enough and you will find anything you need. Staff are really supportive and help me with my needs as well. Recommend and will definitely come back

Very convenient to everywhere because it's quite in the city centre. The price is good for the location and sleep.

It's a little bit dirty with spider webs at the balcony area. Read alot of bad reviews on google map but it's lucky for us that non of those complaint has happened

Worth for the money. Location. Single occupancy room. Kitchen Iquipment provided. Properly working fam provided (good for summer time).

Staff doesn't speak English. Even not friendly by impression. This should be improoved.

The location was great, close to the city center and main attractions by walking.The room and the bathroom was really clean and I think it is good that you share the bathroom with only one other room. We only stayed one night but I can recommend to everyone, we enjoyed our stay!

The towels did not seem clean enough luckily we had our towels so not a big problem. The walls are really thin we could hear the conversations of the other room. But overall, it was a good stay. We only had these two points as negative.

The place is in a very convenient location, near metro station, restaurants and the Praça da Liberdade.

We had a hard time trying to find a parking spot nearby. Also, the room heating takes a lot of time to warm up the room.
