The location is perfect, just in the center but not too close so you dont have the noise. The housekeeper is very nice and tries to help with everything except she doesn't speak any other language than Portuguese. The apartment looks clean

The housekeeper doesn't speak any other language than Portuguese, and google translate is ot working well which makes it hard to communicate if you need anything. Also, she sends the entrey code by the time of the checkin, but we received it an hour later.

Great location for our one night stay in Porto at the top of the dynamic 'rua de Santa Catarina'. A seven minute walk from Bolhâo Market and metro station. Lots of interesting shops, cafés, restaurants, and bars on the doorstep of the apartment. We received tips on good places to eat and sites worth seeing before we arrived - we really appreciated this. Breakfast was included too. The apartment has two bathrooms which was appreciated by our family of 5.

Apartment was very small for a family of 5 but we managed it well.

The wonderful Fernanda met us and took us to the apartment and showed us round. Nothing was too much for her. Very clean apartment with a superb terrace. I had coffee outside most mornings. The building going on around us was no problem at all. Housekeeping was amazing. We enjoyed it so much that we extended our stay to 11 nights instead of 7.The location was superb for going anywhere. The only thing was the hills! We are relatively fit 60 + years so it wasn't too bad. It would be a struggle if your mobility is not so good. Although you can take trams, funicular or cable car up or down the town. Which is great fun. Loads of lovely cafes/restaurants. Coffee and pastel de natas and port. What's not to like! It is our 2nd visit to Porto. We will be back next year.

Nothing - all was amazing.

Our room consist of the bed room, a separate mini lounge, kitchen area and bathroom. The entire accommodation was above my expectations. The apartment is on the main street with so many cafes, restaurants and Porto attractions are all within 10-20mins walk. The staffs were very friendly and helpful. The availability of the washing machine and dryer was a real bonus, even washing powder was provided. I cannot speak highly enough of Signature Apartments Santa Catarina. I would definitely stay again next time I’m in Porto.

There is nothing bad to say about the property

Fernanda, our brilliant housekeeper, was not only efficient and responsive but also exceptionally kind and helpful, from carryng our luggage and helping us do laundry to giving us useful tips on local shops etc. The apartment was comfortable, well furnished and everything new and clean. The location was very good and reasonably close to everything we wanted to see. It was quiet (heavy duty windows) despite being on a busy street. We liked having a code system instead of keys.

We could have used a bit more space, particularly for storage, since we were there for 5 days and had one of the smaller units (502). Shelf space in the bathroom would have been nice. And we did not really take advantage of the big terrace, due to construction work next door and no shade from the sun..Ideal for smokers, though, which we are not.😝

From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home. They were incredibly kind to my 8-year-old daughter, creating a warm, welcoming space that felt like family. Our early arrival was met with grace — they arranged an early check-in, had the bed turned down for my daughter, and greeted us with the warmest smiles. Every morning, we woke up to the heavenly scent of fresh-baked bread. I truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience — not a single complaint. Just pure gratitude.

The area around the apartments is currently being beautifully renovated, so you will hear some construction during the day. For us, it wasn’t an issue — my kids and I are deep sleepers, and honestly, the soft hum of the work reminded me of home, making it even easier to rest.

One of the BEST accommodations I have ever stayed in. A newer building. From initial check-in, throughout the stay, the staff, especially Keila were so attentive and personable, always seeing if they could do any more to make my stay better. Keila, thank you for all you do here! You are simply amazing. I stayed in the penthouse apartment, which was quite spacious for one person, with a terrace that had some of the best views of Porto. Daily housekeeping is also a major bonus. The location can’t be beaten, right on Rua de Santa Catarina only 200m away from the shopping district, and located within 500m of two metro stations. I’ll definitely be staying here again on future trips to Porto.

Only complaint I could possibly have was no fault of the staff or ownership. There is some construction taking place directly next to the building which can be loud at times, but they do not start until after 9:00am which means you can sleep comfortably.

Very good arrival organisation and the reception staff lady was lovely- they were flexible about ordering some basic food items for our arrival which I appreciated very much, They also have basics like oil and salt as we don't want to have to travel around with this. The location was very quiet, clean and conveniently located. Not amazing views or anything which you don't expect for the price, but I think it was good value for money and gave us the base to explore from.

Just a maintenance detail the shower leaked which I forgot to mention to reception, but I am sure they would have sorted it quickly.

The unit was clean. The bed was comfortable. There is an elevator which was convenient as we were on the 4th floor. Large windows allowed plenty of light in. Could not hear neighbours. The location is about 100 metres from the busy part of Santa Catarina, so very convenient. About a 20-25 minute walk to the restaurants on the river. Breakfast is served in a picnic basket brought to the unit each morning at 9am - croissants, eggs, ham, cheese, fresh fruit, yogourt and freshly squeezed orange juice. Delightful.

We had a power outage on our first night. Management was responsive and it was fixed in 3 hours. The bathroom was much smaller than shown in the photos; the shower was tiny and difficult to bend over without touching the walls. The stove is Induction. One of the pots would not allow the stove to function, and required management to figure out the problem. I'm not a fan of Induction. I like to make coffee in a Moka pot and this wasn't possible. They do provide a Keurig type coffee maker. The couch was not comfortable. Management was responsive to any issues we had.

Good apartments very close to the city center, about 10 minutes walk on the pedestrian street. There is everything you need inside. The host is very friendly and helpful. There is also good car park just several minutes walk, where you can leave the car for several days. The breakfast is brought to the room and is quite good, with warm bread.

The apartments are a little bit noisy, as the windows are on the road side (two room apartments) and the windows don't stop noise from passing cars at all.
