The design and atmosphere of the apartments are wonderful, it was a pleasant feeling to come back there. Breakfast was good and they served it in the box, it's like Christmas every day. We didn't eat each position inside and that was a good thing, because we could take it with us as a snack. City center. It takes 5-10 minutes to reach the heart of the city with the most popular museums and attractions. A lot of restaurants and amazing coffee shops were around. Plus the transport system was nearby

Had a great stay, the staff were very helpful and the apartment was spotless with great facilities. The sofa bed was okay for a couple of nights but a bit hard for any more than that. A couple of things that would have made it better - some tea, milk and sugar in the apartment or at least available to buy with the coffee. Pool area was lovely and well maintained. Sadly some of the other guests were rowdy and made an unpleasant atmosphere but that wasn’t the fault of the apartment staff. Hot tub was a bit gross later in the day, full of grass from kids jumping in and out but it was cleaned well each morning. Nice quiet area, about a 15 minute easy walk into town. Would recommmend a stay.

The location was excellent, only a 20 minute walk to the river in the city centre. Very close to metro stop '24 Agosto' which is about a 10 minute walk away, right next to a large supermarket. Metro takes roughly 30 minutes direct from airport. Very clean apartment and building. The kitchen was well equipped. Air conditioning great! We loved the outdoor area with pool and hot tub, with plenty of seating and loungers for guests. Pool towels were available free of charge, but these did run out when we asked for fresh ones after a couple of days. The reception staff were very friendly and had lots of advice about where to go and how to get there. You can leave your luggage after checking out. We would definitely recommend this place for families. Bear in mind the apartment is over 2 floors with bedrooms and main bathroom downstairs and kitchen/diner/lounge and wc upstairs. This gives you plenty of space.

The sauna is in the basement and so not easily accessible or inviting. Did not affect our stay at all though! The hot tub did look a little dirty inside, I'm not sure how often it was cleaned? Not all rooms have a balcony, ours only had windows that could be opened looking out onto the street. We would have preferred a balcony over looking the pool, but we could easily walk from our ground floor room to the outside seating for a quiet morning coffee which was lovely.

Stunning 1 bed apartment which was so spacious. The interior was very stylish and the apartment was very well thought out. The kitchen area was ideal for breakfast in the morning. Huge fridge and freezer and even a dish washer. Comfortable bed. Cot in the room for my son with a really good quality mattress which is a rarity in hotels. The shower was great Nice sofa and table area. Nice balcony with seating. We were ground floor facing the road I read other reviews saying it was noisey but I found it fine. I didn't have time to use the sauna but used the hot tub and the pool area is Stunning. The staff on reception were lovely. We arrived at 10pm and reception was closed but the staff were there to let us in. The location was fantastic and so close to the attractions Would highly recommend to stay here to anyone. I stayed with my son who is 3 and we had a lovely time

Location is a bit further out than where we had stayed on a previous Porto visit, but is still only a 25 minute walk to the river. The room itself was very comfortable and well equipped, and was nice to have air conditioning available.

Only small niggle was that, whilst there was a coffee machine in the room, you are only given enough coffee for 1 cup per day. This was made worse in our case as the property had thought there was only 1 person in each apartment in our booking instead of 2 couples (as was the case). This meant we didn't even get enough pods for 1 coffee each per day. A very minor detail to be fair.....but I do love my coffee!

THe location was amazing and the reception from the staff was great and understanding You can leave your luggage for some time to collect later after you check out Easy to get an Uber from the location and walking into the centre is around 15 mins The room is solid and I did not hear any noise from next door It is very clean and cleaning is every 2 days, if you want more, you can ask View from the room is nice and you can imagine in summer a nice place to chill Cafe about 2/3 min walk away

The towels are kids size and need to be bigger please Need either an extension lead of another socket near the sofa

Arrival was simple, check-in was easy, parking in the semi-underground garage is tight but at the back of the hotel and with lift access to the rooms. Reception staff were super helpful and spoke great English which was great as our Portuguese is about ten words!! The apartment was simple and uncluttered but with all the essentials for a great stay including good quality crockery and cookware, a good sized fridge freezer and good furniture. There was plenty of good light and ventilation, plus comfortable bed and bedding. The bathroom was super clean and spa like with beautiful tiling, rattan baskets and good towels. There was plenty of storage in the hall, bedroom and kitchen, perfect for all that food shopping from the city market just a ten minute walk away. A great stay and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended.

Lovely apartment in a lovely location

Staff not very attentive. Was very disappointed upon our arrival, we arrived early and appreciated that the room may not be ready which was fine. Reception staff offered to store our luggage and took my phone number and said she would try and get the room available earlier and would ring me. I received no call so headed back ready for 3pm ready for check in to be greeted asking who we were and that the room may still not be rready and being left waiting for around another half an hour. Not very good service in all, however was a lovely apartment.

We had a two bedroom apartment and it was very clean. The beds were very comfortable. The outside jacuzzi and inside sauna were great. We visited in October and the pool was unheated so very cold. It's about a 15 minute walk to the river or to the indoor town centre market main shopping area. It's in a quiet residential area so noise was not a problem. There are cafes and restaurants close by and a large supermarket with cafe a five minute walk away near KFC. We had a massage from a masseuse with a salon on the same street which was amazing. We also had a pedicure from a salon on the same street and they were half price of treatments in the UK. There is a great bakery and coffee shop at the top of the street and the prices and products are great compared to UK prices. If you need shoes repairing we found a great cobbler in Bonfim who charged £7 for heals soles glue and polish. Porto is hilly and the paths and roads are not great ie trip hazards everywhere so leave your heels at home. It was £4.00 in an Uber from the town centre to the apartment. I would definitely stay here again. We booked a taxi through booking.com from the airport for £15.00 which is a great price as was 30 mins by taxi to the airport.

Everything is so new and shiny, i felt all warm and cozy...the street is very quiet and wide, so plenty room to park your car. They even had a covered parking for 15€ a day if available. All in all i would definitely stay there again.
