The hotel is located on a quiet street, within walking distance from the city center. Bus stop, ATM, massage center, mini mercado, bars and restaurants are all within a 5 minutes walk from it. I highly recommend this tapas & wine restaurant: Cantinho dos Bragança, just around the corner. The receptionists are incredibly nice. They offered me a lot of tourist tips, and also arranged my early morning departure to the airport. The price is quite OK for the location & the conditions inside. The bed was comfy; the blackout blinds at the window helped me sleep late; the bathroom was stocked with toiletries, and there was instant coffee and tea available in the room. Also extra blankets and pillows. Everything was clean (I'm not sure why other reviews say otherwise).

As mentioned my other clients, the hotel's aesthetics are outdated; it doesn't look like there was any recent investment to modernize it . And there is a bit of a smell - I assume it's from the insane humidity in Porto. But all in all, it's great value for money. And the kindness and friendliness of the staff made me ignore the inconveniences.

first of all we arrived at about 10pm and we found the receptionist waiting for us, gave us a map and indicated all the important areas in Center of porto! He was very informed and ready to help us in everything we asked! room was clean and hotel situated in the heart of porto (walking distance). great for a quick 2 night stay in porto if you intend not to spend much time in room

room is a bit small and hotel is a little old however we knew about this from before while reading the reviews.

The staff was excellent. Those at the reception desk was very helpful, kind and professional. Couldn’t ask for better staff in It was conveniently located right downtown near shops.

The only issue I found, the air conditioner didn’t work.

The service was excellent and our room was nice and spacious. It’s centrally located within walking distance to many tourist attractions. The hotel felt like an oasis after the bustling city.

For a budget hotel , it was great, as long as I had clean sheets and clean bathroom , that is all I need ! I am out all day and just want somewhere central in the city to relax after discovering Porto. A special thanks to Anna and all the staff who were helpful and kind always , downstairs the cafe has all your breakfast, needs , there is also a bar and TV room in the hotel. If your on a budget this place fulfilled my needs

I’m easy going , no air conditioning but Ana helped me out by providing a big fan, if you have big heavy bags there are a few steps if your on the top floor,

The localization of the hotel is perfect,.just 2 minutes from the city center. The room was very clean and cozy.

We would highly recommend this hotel and staff were excellent very helpful. Food and drinks were great too.
