The support throughout the stay was amazing The room was nice with all the essential things available They also offer a discount voucher for a parking place very close to the hotel The room and the whole place was very clean The cleaning lady is very kind if you happen to talk to her for any info Wi-Fi connection was very good

The room only had a window on the internal stairs, so we had to use aircon, and we are not really a fan of it. (but the room itself was ok) Maybe the price is a bit too high for the structure of the room itself I was expecting something more "solid" from the pictures from the site

We already stayed at MyStay Porto Bolhão last year. The neighborhood is very authentic and there aren't too many tourists. I really like the old wall and the parquet flooring in the room and it's in a quiet location. And we slept really well in this very comfortable bed, which was definitely not the case in the next hotel. We made a mistake when booking and were able to resolve this quickly and easily on the phone with MyStay. I will certainly choose this accommodation a third time. It was wonderful in Porto!

The stay was comfortable. It was neat and tidy. The room had all the cooking utensiles and appliances for basic cooking. The location is great. Walkable distance to main attractions.

Only suggestion is that, if they could provide basic cooking incredients such as salt sugar coffee and oil, it would be great. As we cant carry all these items all around. Providing just the utensils wont do any help. And its a headache to find the shops to buy these basic items. Also they wont come in small packets. So its not practical to spend time buying all of them and leave them behind for a 1 or 2 day stay.

Nice room with balcony and a small kitchen unit! Clean and homely. It was great to have a fridge! Central location, were able to walk and explore the city conveniently! Supermarket around the corner and lively area therefore good for food and drinks! Excellent communication regarding check in and help with parking.

We were fine but if any issues with stairs/ mobility problems, there is no lift.

The room was clean, comfortable and cosy. Location was also good. I liked my stay at the property. It was neer to metro station, market and a lot of shops and lockers.

Unfortunately my room was on the last 3rd floor and the lack of elevator was a big minus. And also there were a patio with chairs and tables, but the door was closed and there were no opportunity to relax there.

I was impressed with how well organized the entry into the room was. All that was required was an online check-in in advance and we were sent all the necessary information afterwards. We were able to leave the room at the agreed time and there was no check-out. Everything very easily organized, really great! The room was wonderful, a perfect mix of old walls and modern finishes. We had the room with terrace which was perfect. The location is optimal. There are some nice restaurants nearby and a parking garage for which you pay 10 euros for 24h.

Just a note from my side. I thought at first we didn't receive shower gel and shampoo. Only after I searched in the bathroom cabinet, I found everything.

Have everything necessary for short stay. Efficient and silent AC and a confy bed. Parking on discounted public park close by. Very central location, the main shopping street is a block away.

Our double room is rather small for 2. Small window to the stairs, rather noisy. Sound isolation is poor, you can hear every move from neighbours. Water pressure inconsistent to the low side.

Great location, everything is nearby. The communication with the owner was also great and everything was clear to us. The apartment is relatively small but for us, people who are most of the time outside it was OK.

The only thing which is really bad is that there isn't fresh air because the apartment don't have windows to the outside. + you can hear literally everything from other rooms.

Bed was very comfortable and location was perfect

Checkin not until 4pm and only place to leave bags are a few lockers which were full when I arrived, so I needed to carry my bag until 4pm.

Location is right in the city and Mercado de bolhao is walkable. Room size is just right for 2 people. It was clean and comfortable. Self check in and check out so process is smooth and efficient. Very affordable!

I do not think there is anything I dislike but perhaps a suggestion for improvement is to install a holder for toiletries.
