Good location,good bed and cleanes.

There is no communication with the host. He never answered a single message or a single call. It would have meant an earlier check-in, but the host did not respond to any of the communication options offered.

The sound isolation is quite poor — you can hear everything from the hallway and other rooms, so earplugs are a must.

Everything!! It is well located. Near everything. It's so easy to get there. The building is clean and the room too. The bed was so comfortable. Nice interior design. It definitely is a place I would recommend, and I'll book again

The check-in was so complicated for technical issues. However, the staff helped at the end. The shower is tiny, and the water splashes everywhere. Sometimes, a bad smell comes from the bathroom drain, but it's minimum, and not all the time

Location wise it's excellent with Restaurants, Shops and the Main Sights a short walk away. Check in was hassle less with the Access details for the lobby and the room available via the app and you can come and go at your leisure. The room was simple, adequate in size and the bathroom was a modular wet room with shower and toilet.

The hotel as the name is completely digital so there's no staff if an issue arises. This wasn't a problem for us but some people like the people touch. Sound travels as with all budget hotels so bring ear plugs if you're a light sleeper. The A/C didn't work in our room so you could have it on or warm, we visited in the winter so this wasn't a problem but it would have been unbearable in the summer and I could imagine getting it sorted a pain.

Nice hotel, really good value for money - cheap clean and comfortable. Orange juice and complimentary biscuits there on arrival. Very easy to get in and out at all hours (for early trains etc.) Just up the road from a very lovely cafe for breakfasts.

It was a bit strange having to book in completely on line - but it was easy to do and worked well, just took some getting used to and wasn't completely clear that that was what we'd booked onto. Also, our room key PIN was the same as the outdoor door PIN which gelt like it could have been a bit of a security issue if everyone had that. But other than that it felt clean, safe and secure.

The location of the hotel was great. You can walk to the city center. The beds were comfortable. There was free beverages in the reception.

The cleaning wasn't great. For example they took away all the towels and left none in the room. But we could communicate with the hotel through Booking, and they brought towels in the morning.

The room was very clean, with a modern bathroom and a super comfy bed. We also appreciated the self check-in process through the app – really easy and convenient. The location is excellent, right in the city centre, which made exploring Porto very simple.

The only downside was the early check-in option. It’s just one hour earlier than the standard check-in time, which doesn’t help much if you arrive in the morning. It would be great to have the possibility to check in around 11 AM, especially for early arrivals.

There was almost everything you need, without anything you don't, clean and on hand. With the added bonus that you don't have to deal with anyone else. Just arrive and enjoy!

There wasn't any coffee facilities that I found - certainly not in the room. There was also no cup in the bathroom so I found that a little awkward. If there is a vending machine on site it could do with better signage.

Location was good. Bear market, restaurants and pharmacy. Air conditioning was fabulous!

Found the digital access code process a bit difficult. It would have been better had I understood that I could check in earlier then the check in time and the code would be sent to me at check in time. Once that was completed (at 3 on the front steps) everything was smooth.

The staff was super friendly and provided me with all the answers I needed, whether when I needed a flat iron or when I needed a quite space to work for a couple of hours. The room is great, I had a twin room on the 6th and highest floor with even a view where I could spot the famous bridge. Location is great as it is a couple of minutes away from the theatre square with busy bars and restaurants.

The bathroom is the weak link of the hotel, there is no water receiver and if you take a shower the whole floor of the bathroom (and at times part of the room) gets soaked.
