Great stay. Quiet street, very central location, only 5 minutes away from Trindade metro station.. and walking distance to any sightseeing point in Porto. My room was big and spacious. Very nice decoration in the whole accommodation. Free port wine and biscuits during the day. The breakfast is good and sufficient to start the day. Good coffee :) I felt very good in this accommodation. Camila was very helpful in making the guests comfortable and attentive if any requirement. Nearby, there are plenty of places to eat, drink and shops too.

The property was beyond my expectations. The owners must be congratulated on the very thoughtful conversion making full use of the views. I had a very private walk-on terrace with a variety of chairs to enjoy the view. Staff always reply to pre-visit questions and are really welcoming. Thank you for the early breakfast! Very quiet location with very accurate photos of the greenery! You would not think you were an 8-minute walk from the Metro! Excellent breakfast. Even a welcome sip of port and nibbles when I was there....it made all the difference!

Too many positives to find anything wrong!

I absolutely loved my stay at Casa 45 Porto. On a hot day in August, arriving there felt like reaching an oasis. Everything was beautiful, simple, and convenient - from the friendly staff to the superb room to the amazing location (Casa 45 Porto is within easy walking distance of all the landmarks of Porto). My only regret is that I couldn’t stay longer.

There’s nothing I didn’t love about it.

Excellent continental breakfast with huge choice. Very warm welcome. Exceptional rooms, furnished with taste with local high quality goods. Nice combination between "old" and "modern". Balcony (1st floor) and garden can be used by all guests. The host provided good advice for restaurants, cafes, sightseeing in the surrounding area..Easy access to the Metro (incl. to the airport). Highly recommended.

Parking lots a scarce, but this is not different to other locations in Porto.

Great location, really helpful and accommodating staff, the room was ready for me two hours early (I think she saw me really exhausted after negotiating cobbled slopes with gigantic luggage..). The room is spacious and nicely decorated, so very clean and towels smelt very nice. The common area is wonderful with a garden, terrace and various areas to relax. It felt like my Porto home!

My room was street side, unfortunately there was construction work just opposite, and loud music from across the window. But when the window is closed, it was't that bad. I would definitely book the garden side room next time.

We liked everything. Great location in center Porto on a quiet little street five minutes walk to the metro station (direct train to the airport). All the places to visit we could reach walking. Lots of restaurants nearby. Camila, who took care of check in, preparing breakfasts and keeping the place spotless was a pleasure to deal with. We had some good moments talking with her. The Porto wine and cookies available for guests was a nice gesture.

Fatima and Camilla were great and looked after us so well we felt like we were staying with friends They answered all our questions The location is so so quiet We had a garden view room -the peace and serenity from the garden and the sunshine was great The daily breakfast The accomodation is beautiful with the seperate little spaces to sit

Nothing to dislike

We love almost everything (location,staff, deco,…) during our stay. It looks very normal from outside, on a shabby street. But once you enter, it’s a whole amazing wonderland.

The noise was very loud. Seems like they dont have the soundproof because you can hear clearly all other guests talking, or when they were walking normally in their room above ours

Fatima was exceptionally gracious. Comfortable, spotless spaces in a very handy location.

Just some minor things, very minor. 1. A reading lamp would be nice by the easy chair in the room I booked. 2. The bathroom sink drain was a little slow. 3. The address is hard to find and read in the dark. Some more light, perhaps a motion sensor light would be nice.

Loved everything about this B&B. From the modern mixed with antique style, to the lovely breakfast, the cosy bed and friendly staff/management. This was the perfect base for our first visit to Porto.

Minor and can't be helped - there is some noise from nearby bars at weekends l, particularly when people use the street as a short cut. However the room wasn't at all stuffy when the windows were closed and the air con worked well too.
